An amazing facility. The lodge has a simple and yet exquisite design. The rooms are spacious and each comes with a private balcony. The meals are sumptuous and so is their English breakfast. I enjoyed my stay while in Blantyre.

Extremely we'll run Lodge with lovely gardens and super staff. Spotless well appointed rooms. The breakfast options are extensive and dinner was very nice. Highly recommend for a Blantyre stay.

It was perfect to stay here for the first 2 nights being in Malawi. Although rooms are quite expensive — the rooms, the included breakfast and the garden make it worth a stay. Also the staff is super friendly & welcoming.

The place is wonderful! clean, cozy, unique, quiet and friendly. The rooms are like small cottages with view to green spaces, small or big gardens. The room is big enough to have kitchenettes, sofa and a nice bathroom. The room has a lot of light. I prefer this lodge much more than a hotel. Every detail is taken care of: decoration, cleanliness, friendliness. The place is always clean, modern and vintage at the same time. People is very nice. It is very comfortable to rest, to work, to stay one night or for a long holiday. The breakfast is great, and the environment with the big green yard to have breakfast is beautiful. I have been there already three times in the last month and I hope to be there soon!

Great food and service. The breakfast is well organized and nice selection. The room was very comfortable and the grounds are safe and well kept.

Leslie lodge is a homely and welcoming place to spend time when visiting Blantyre. The staff - Veronica, Victoria, Andrew, Chef Manda and the wonderful ladies on reception and cleaning staff make you feel at home for every second of your stay! The evening meals are carefully prepared and presented and the breakfast is very generous. Little touches like the welcome drink and decorations add to the ambiance. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and there are well kept gardens that you can use. It is great for meeting other people ... particularly at the hospital, KuHES or MLW. Thank you Leslie Lodge! Look forward to my next visit.

Wonderful place to stay. In walking distance to the College of Medicine this lodge offers truly everything. Nice and clean rooms, friendly staff, delicious food and a lot of space to relax.

High-level and super comfortable accommodation. They have a nice outside terrace and offer free fruits and self-service coffee & tea all day. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff was incredible nice and helpful. Airport pick-up is possible.

I would recommend anyone traveling to Blantyre to stay at Leslie Lodge. It was a beautiful hotel with nice rooms and facilities. And it was very affordable. My group and I paid for the half-board, so dinners and breakfasts were included with our stay. The food was really great. Not only was breakfast a buffet, but you could request the chefs to make you special eggs, french toasts, bacon, sandwiches--it was pretty nice. The staff was amazing, all of them extremely kind and friendly. Everyone at Leslie Lodge truly goes above and beyond for their guests. For example, our flight got cancelled last minute. Zino and Loyce did everything they can to get us on other flights so that we didn't miss our second flight to New York. It was really awesome. I really recommend staying here if you are ever in Blantyre.

Leslie's Lodge is an absolutely amazing place to stay. Everything is bright, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The food is amazing and some of the best I have had in all of Malawi (and I have traveled extensively across the beautiful country!). Food options were creative and different every night, with vegetarian friendly options using all local produce (amazing!). The lodge also provides filtered drinking water for all guest rooms, which is a luxury that I do not take for granted. Most of all, however, I cannot say enough about how kind and selfless the staff are. During my most recent visit, our group had a travel emergency with our flight cancelled. Zino, Loyce, and the entire staff went far above and beyond in kindness, even driving us (and we were a frantic group!) to the airport in their personal vehicles. The extravagant kindness really touched my heart, and I feel like I have a family at Leslie's Lodge for the next time I visit Malawi. 5 stars- an amazing place with amazing people.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the accommodations were wonderful. I would highly recommend the half board (includes breakfast and dinner) as it makes getting dinner much easier and the food was great. I felt safe and welcome the entire time. They also have potable water in the rooms (potable to Americans at least) which is preferable over having to go to the grocery store for bottles.

Nice,clean environment with a beautiful garden teeming with life.Includes complementary breakfast but the food is a bit sub standard especially dinner menu and quality.
