The best of the best of the best! Pancake with butter and apple tart - unsurpassedly delicious. The waiter is charming. And a view of the sea.

Super cozy, service was a bit slow but tbh the place was a full house so understandable. Just please ease up on the heat :D

Great cafe. Very busy at lunchtime, we were seated about 10 mins after arriving. Food very good, and reasonably priced.

We really enjoyed our lunch. Very fresh salads, a really nicely balanced banana and chocolate pancake. And prices are not too bad. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. It can get busy but it still feels nice. Toilets are clean (not wheelchair accessible) and so is the restaurant. One issue is that the staff is very busy so it can take a while to get attention sometimes, but it's understandable.

Friendly staff, good food, good prices, and nice interior. Dogs are welcome outside on the terrace, but also inside, which is nice. Location is great. Only personal downside for me is that you can't make a reservation, so sometimes if you are with a larger group (4-5 people), there's a long waiting time. They also have great ice creams, f.e. Coupe Fruit (pic) is great.

't Bretoentje serves the best food at the seaside in Westende, the staff works hard to get your meal to you fast. Only downside is it can be a bit noisy, I guess that comes with the immense popularity of the place.
