I was really excited to come here as the reviews were excellent. I made an appointment for my husband to have his teeth cleaned first week of December. When we arrived the appointment was solely for a consultation. After some frustration we agreed maybe it was a miscommunication. So we made another appointment for teeth cleaning the following week. Both my husband and I called to confirm that it was indeed a teeth cleaning as we travel from a local island to Male and have to take the day off. Again, we were met with another consultation and no teeth cleaning appointment after several confirmations. The manager did come to talk with us but as we come from other islands, it should be understood that we make an appointment for what we ask for. Very frustrating experience. I’m sure the dentists are excellent, but organization and management should be fixed.

Recommend. This place is so for the best dental clinic I have been to. From the receptionist to the dentists everyone is so welcoming, polite and helpful. I went to remove a broken tooth. The process was easy and I was well informed of procedure and prices beforehand. I liked the clean interior too. Relatively short waiting time compared to other places.

I have never been a person who likes dentists, but from the moment I arrived I was made to feel welcome and comfortable . The waiting area is well designed with calming background music , an an informative video playing on a tv . The video was a great idea , it introduced the Doctors and personalized everything .. I was actually looking forward to meeting my Doctor . When I was taken through to the clinic I was not disappointed .. clean modern equipment but most of all a warm greeting from Dr Ajith who explained everything about my condition in a simple understanding way . He filled me with confidence as did the whole team there . A wonderful experience !

This is our first visit to Vitalcare multi speciality. The service I have received is excellent. All the staffs was great, kindly and very very polite. Never had such a great experience in any clinic in Male’ yet. And about ENT dr.Thooha, she is one of the best doctor I have ever met. She explained everything to us in a very clear manner. Dr.Bipina is an excellent Dentist, she is very professional and very friendly. Always takes her time to explain every procedure she is doing and provides valuable advice. We had a very pleasant experience with Dr.Bipina and staff who are very helpful and always available to help , for me and my Daughter. My Daughter was very anxious about the appointments and any procedure, but Dr.Bipina was very patient with her. Professional and extremely Child Friendly. And for me she has always taken an extra step to treat so carefully to avoid any mistake on her part. She makes sure that the patient leaves fully satisfied. This would be the simple best dental experience of my life - given my extensive dental issues that says a lot! Dr. Kiran is an outstanding dentist and I have never come across a more patient and nicer doctor. In all, Vital Care has just been very refreshing for me. The calm nice ambiance and the soft music is a bonus. 100% recommended!

Very disappointing. Have been there 3 times within one year for laser teeth whitening. Always paid 1000rf. Now, after only a 3 month they are telling me that the price increased to MORE THAN DOUBLE to 2500rf. End of Oktober I ask for teeth cleaning and have been told 600-1000. Only 2 weeks later it is 600-1800. They will NEVER see me again. Such price increases for the same service in a short period are not acceptable.

Service Provided was okay. Refused service because we were late by 13 mins. Next appointment day we had to wait half an hour to get service. Said cleaning and whitening cannot be done on the same day but ended up doing both on same day later.

I am extremely glad to express my very genuine feelings towards Vital Care Dental for the following reasons: 1- The staff are all so kind and nice. 2- The doctors are very talented and very experienced. In spite of these qualities, the doctors put a lot of effort to treat the patients so carefully to avoid any mistake on their part. The doctors are very kind and considerate. Lately I was treated by Dr. Shaamaa who I found to be the best dentist so far. She is very clever, very kind, and considerate in her manners towards her patients. She makes sure she leaves her patients fully satisfied. 3- The place is very well organised and very clean too. 4- They have the most appropriate equipment and tools to enhance the treatments.

I love this place. It's very calm and giving environment. Even has my favourite childhood tv show 🤭,anyways my experience here was good didn't have to wait too long got my teeth fixed and given good advice and the people there are so nice and helpful would like to mention this one girl in particular whose name I caught Ayesha, she greeted me with a smile and showed me to where I have to go and from there I met one of the best doctors here Dr Kiran who was very professional and good at what he does

Recently I had my root filling procedure in vital care dental. Service is good, I would like to mention one particular staff, Zuleykha. She greated me courteously with a smile and assisted me during my visits. Dr Siddik was the dental surgeon that I had the consultation. He made the whole procedure of the root filling feel comfortable. So I'm very happy about it hopefully my next visit will be as good..
