To be really honest the whole place is disgusting! On a scale of 1-10 the level of the place is -10! The staffs at the reception, from the looks of it, it seemed like it was a girl's night at home with Netflix! and energy drinks like Redbull and XL.There was no professionalism. Chatting on the phone gossiping with each other.I mean at least act like you are working while the patients are at the counter! On the other hand, the doctors are really good except punctuality. But it is acceptable if they at least come, even though it is a norm to be late on time as it might be because of their busy schedule 🙄Since, there are only few options, because of limited Hospitals and Clinics and same doctors are rotating everywhere, patients have to be more patient😐 Hoping EVE CLINIC management will have an eye on customer feedbacks and pay more attention and arrange some uplifting classes regarding “CUSTOMER CARE” Thanks GOOGLE for this platform 🤓

The eve clinic is so friendly and warming the customers. The receptionists, lab lady, x-ray man and the doctors are really so pleasing. Doctor Ibrahim is so friendly and my son was fond of him. It is just like another home. We enjoyed the day.

One of the worst health providers in the country, the level of customer service given by the staff are apalling. They do not even respond to calls but wear fancy headphones showing off as if they are very professional call center agents. Moreover, when asked about the token status their reply was “dhen inee thi number” instead they called 5 more numbers in advance within the span of 1 minute. When we inquired about it with the dental assistant her reply was very rude and asked us to wait until they call the numbers again. This level of misinformation provided by an organization that boasts quality healthcare is absolutely unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone and would ask them to look for somewhere else because this is not the service we seek from a private healthcare institute.

Speedy service most of the specialists Avila be under one room and test and other medical assistance also be available but the clinic is only available on official days rather than hoidays

It is not a cheapest place to do your tests, but with worst service and doctors who are not commited to their job. My consultation was cancelled 4 times, they promised that doctor will call but she never did. Dr. Aminath Juhaina completely irresponsible, and doesn’t care about her patients. The staff at the reception is trying to be helpful but sometimes don’t understand that they are dealing with health issues and not job interview appointments. This is terrible place especially if you are badly seeking for medical help. They will not provide you with it there. This should not be left just like that.

SCAMMERS! Avoid this place if you are a foreigner / tourist doing a Covid test here to fly, be prepared to get a fake Positive test even though you don't have covid, they'll say its a false positive so that you have to take another fast test which costs RF1000.
