    Very bad service. One of my friends had a miscarriage and had to have scan after wards and was asked how many weeks along she was even when all documents related was sent to them. How insensitive can they be? Even when miscarriage was happening to her they messaged informed to pay for a scheduled scan which was made when the baby was fine which was cancelled and they were informed what happened and was sent the relevant docs. Inform your staffs to check people's cases and act appropriately. This is the pinnacle of bad service. How can they not be aware and ask such questions for someone who miscarried.

    Very bad experience Staff are unqualified for even the reception job. I literally came out with a refund for my memo and they call me after 5 minutes and ask if I’m coming for my appointment 😡 The doctor Dr. Malaka was supposed to be starting checkups at 16:00 but she didn’t show up. Around 16:25 she texts the staff saying she will not be taking any appointments today and she will only be taking online consultations for tomorrow. This is a gynecologist. What is she going to look at my my stomach and tell me what’s inside ? I guess this is the reason I got an appointment on the spot in this place cause no one comes here because of the lack of professionalism.

    Worst place ever 😤 , keeping the customers waiting like 45 minutes, doctor’s are late like hell. One thing is good that they have online communication to make appointments and issuing memo.

    Scan service is very good and they have flexible time for appointment. But recently have noticed that reception makes a lot of mistake, for example giving the report to wrong patient. Me and my wife notice that some of the document was missing so we asked what happen. The girl in the reception said she accidentally gave the report to some other patient. I think if she made a mistake it's better to inform us immediately, but this time luckily we noticed and we asked her. If we didn't ask she might have just ignored it. And very recently the attendant filled the wrong patient's folicle study sheet and the doctor was confused and thought it was my wife's second session. So we had a huge miss understanding because of this. And another time, since there was no space inside the clinic some of the patients was waiting outside. And the doctor had to shift to another room for some reason. The patients waiting outside the clinic had no idea of the situation. And the reception and other staffs also didn't give any instructions. So some of the patients was still waiting for there token to be shown on the First room they were told. About 2 or 3 patient missed the queue because of this and there was lots of confusion inside the clinic. Overall I think the clinic is very good but need some quality customer service. Hope you guy will improve

    One of the best health care providers. Staff are friendly and easy to contact for appointments as well. And on too they have the best specialists in town.

    Great service by the caretrust team. Also Dr Ibrahim Rasheed is the best radiologist in Maldives. He is so attentive and caring. There’s no doubt about anything when we come out of the scan room after consulting cause he tells us everything so transparently.
