good
and
they
have
flexible
time
for
appointment.
But
recently
have
noticed
that
reception
makes
a
lot
of
mistake,
for
example
giving
the
report
to
wrong
patient.
Me
and
my
wife
notice
that
some
of
the
document
was
missing
so
we
asked
what
happen.
The
girl
in
the
reception
said
she
accidentally
gave
the
report
to
some
other
patient.
I
think
if
she
made
a
mistake
it's
better
to
inform
us
immediately,
but
this
time
luckily
we
noticed
and
we
asked
her.
If
we
didn't
ask
she
might
have
just
ignored
it.
And
very
recently
the
attendant
filled
the
wrong
patient's
folicle
study
sheet
and
the
doctor
was
confused
and
thought
it
was
my
wife's
second
session.
So
we
had
a
huge
miss
understanding
because
of
this.
And
another
time,
since
there
was
no
space
inside
the
clinic
some
of
the
patients
was
waiting
outside.
And
the
doctor
had
to
shift
to
another
room
for
some
reason.
The
patients
waiting
outside
the
clinic
had
no
idea
of
the
situation.
And
the
reception
and
other
staffs
also
didn't
give
any
instructions.
So
some
of
the
patients
was
still
waiting
for
there
token
to
be
shown
on
the
First
room
they
were
told.
About
2
or
3
patient
missed
the
queue
because
of
this
and
there
was
lots
of
confusion
inside
the
clinic.
Overall
I
think
the
clinic
is
very
good
but
need
some
quality
customer
service.
