An incredible resort that offers something for everyone. Amazing experiences and excursions, esp the jet skis and seeing the dolphins. The most beautiful beaches, ocean views and sunsets from their water villas and beach bungalows. The staff are kind, friendly and attentive. We were treated like royalty and felt so safe at the resort. Beautiful and clean accommodation -your team is amazing. Thank you to you and your staff for an incredible experience and I highly recommend this resort. An absolute paradise on Earth.

Great island resort, had a wonderful experience. The island has a number of water sports, scuba/snorkeling excursions, tennis court, badminton court, yoga classes with an instructor, gym etc. The staff is extremely friendly, great food options - a number of different cuisines with live food counters. There were also different engaging activities like live music performances, beach parties, crab race. Highly recommended resort!!

Everything is amazing here! Absolute paradise, best hotel we have ever stayed at! The Sunset bar is fantastic, the drinks are amazing, view is incredible! Malinda is awesome, he makes the best cocktails on the island! All the staff here are so welcoming, from reception to the bar and the service is excellent everywhere! Also special thank you Dilshan in the Sunset bar, he to makes fabulous drinks, Ifham in the restaurant, he always greeted us with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed. To Vilam at the dive school, thank you, you were so patient and my first dive was just brilliant! Muhammed who was our guide on the snorkeling trip to the fish tank, I cannot thank you enough, you made my year! A huge thank you to everybody, I can't wait to come back

Unbelievable. Surprising. Revealing. We have long considered whether we really want to go to the Maldives as "active vacationers"... However, due to the current situation "C19" we were then forced to our luck. The people and the hotel itself surprised us in all respects so much that we will go to this resort again. And there were enough and very good activities (Best thanks here to our Jogi Syamjith)... And best thanks to all employees of the hotel, who made this vacation possible.

Had a really nice stay in the resort. Snorkelling with sharks, amazing weather and the lagoon. The resort has a lot of water activities to offer, highly recommend for couples or family stay. There are a couple of places to have food and drinks. We went to grab water and drinks from the Beach bar. Highly recommend the coconuts! Don’t forget to eat the coconut meat with a spoon! Our stay at Cinnamon Dhonveli Maldives was amazing! We stayed in a beach bungalow which allowed us to walk straight out onto the beach and had everything you could need, including a beautiful open air shower. The staff here are what really make the experience so amazing every member of staff were so helpful! Osi at the beach bar was so such a great Bartender along with everyone at the sunset bar and Ahmed looked after us every meal and was so attentive and always had a smile on his face! In Cinnamon Dhonveli your experience will start from the moment you arrive at the island. The staff will get out of their way to make your stay are comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The all inclusive is a must, we had access to all sorts of drinks including delicious cocktails and snacks all day. The meal were absolutely delicious and offered a variety of options that changed everyday. They also have many affordable activities options with a very fun and capable team. I would like to give a special thanks to Lyn, who pampered me from the very moment I arrived at the island until I left. Definitely I place I would like to go back!

Our stay at the Cinnamon Dhonveli was absolutely wonderful. For those not wanting to prolong the travel onwards from Male, the resort is relatively quick to get to and is easily accessible by a speed boat. The rooms were very well maintained and had a clean aesthetic- particularly enjoyable were the direct access to the sea and the nighttime views of the moon from our balcony. Special mention for the diving course which was well-conducted on the resort premises. The staff there is really the highlight- lovely people with a very welcoming and generous outlook! Sanjeeva, the GM, was a fantastic host and is doing a great job with his team.

Cinnamon Dhonveli is an amazing resort. The beach is incredible and great for snorkelling. We loved the water bungalow it was very spacious and had great views. The food was fantastic and there was so much choice, our waiter Lasaan was great. Shout out to Rafiqul at the beach bar who makes the best cocktails and made our holiday very special. We hope to return again soon!

After a couple of small minor issues with the room, ushan the general manager couldn't do enough for us. We moved and our dream holiday to the maldives met all expectations. The food was fantastic and the place was spotless. The only thing for me that if I could wave a magic wand at would be both the sunset and surf bars they were quite dull and uninviting, it would not stop me coming back here though. The maldives was a one visit thing for me to tick off my list but I will be back. Good luck to all the staff and stay safe.

We stayed at this resort the first week of October. Was a little concerned about rainy weather. Though we did have a little bit of rain, it does not last long. Generally had great weather. The rooms are great - very spacious, neat and extremely well maintained. Same goes for the grounds. Impeccable cleanliness all round. The food was AMAZING! So much more than expected and certainly the best hotel buffet I have ever experienced. The staff friendly and accommodating. Did some snorkelling around the island - breath taking. Really nothing to fault. Definitely recommend and would love to visit this resort again.

We visited this island for our honeymoon and thought it was fantastic. It's tiny and takes less than 30min to walk all the way around but has excellent facilities. The food is especially fantastic and there are plenty of options for snorkeling and water sports, if you feel like doing more than lounging in the sun. All the staff are super friendly and I'd have to say this was one of the best holidays I've ever been on.

One of the best properties in Maldives among 4* hotels, which offers very good accommodation (rooms are well equipped from basic accommodation and my choice is Beach Front Junior Suite), surf, beach and snorkelling facilities. The food is also I should say one of the best in comparison with the hotels of the same level and price: quinine is international and very high quality. Seafood, in one of the restaurants for breakfast the hotel serves champagne, which is more common for 5* hotels. The staff is very attentive, so I highly recommend this property for different clients: couples, families, surfers. The surf bar has amazing view and beautiful waves, coming by the rocks. The colours are amazing.

We were booked at Cinnamon Velfushi but due to bad weather our stay was shifted to Cinnamon Dhonveli. To make amends for this change, the team upgraded our stay to better rooms and package. The service is top notch and the water suite villa rooms were too good but overall the property could have been better. The food wasn't to our liking maybe because it was more suited to western cuisine and was pretty bland for our taste. Overall very good stay in the water suite villa and courteous service

We stayed here for 10 days and it's the friendliest staff I've ever had on a holiday. Malinda at the sunset bar was always welcoming and his cocktails were really good, he was always trying to get us to have 1 more the road 😁, which didn't take much persuading. Such a friendly atmosphere on the island from the dining room staff to all the bar staff, I cannot fault this place.

It’s a Paradise ❤️ We had an amazing time at Cinnamon Dhonveli Maldives. Their hospitality was out of this world and it kept us so alive during our stay. We never felt that we were away from home. Further their food, cleanliness, room, views, everything were perfect. We couldn’t ask a better holiday ❤️❤️ We knew we have taken the best decision to visit this place from the time we stepped into this hotel. They in fact went beyond for my wife’s birthday celebration with a beach dinner and a room decoration as well. None of the staff forgot to smile whenever they see their guests. We liked this resort very much. It is a beautiful resort, with spacious rooms, very relaxed atmosphere, exactly what you would expect from a holiday in Maldives. The food menu is quite diverse with plenty of options. A few suggestions for improvement: for all inclusive package, the espresso should be included and also the meat dishes were tasty, but the meat was dry. All in all, we liked it very much. Special thanks to the Cinammon Dhonveli Brand Ambassador Chanda who made our stay even more pleasant with his cocktails and positive attitude

From the minute you arrive at the island you are completely looked after in every area. We had an ocean view superior room which was gorgeous and cleaned twice a day The food is amazing, we had a lovely waiter Ihram in the main food area, and you have to check out Osi down at the beach bar, always greeted me by name and a smile every day, nothing is too much trouble for him We did the fish tank trip which I would highly recommend, and the fishing by sunset which was lovely. Pure luxury holiday from start to finish would highly recommend

The island is not crowded at all, the beaches and the bars are absolutely enjoyable. This island provides a high level holiday, everyone can find a way to have fun; swimming, diving and surfing are available. All the common places are clean and nicely designed. In the bars wide selection of beverages is available. The restaurants provide various and tasty food. I would like to highlight the open kitchen: one cook prepares 3-5 dishes at the same time! The stuff is excellent, everyone is kind and they always smile on guests. I am very pleased to experience this hospitality. I would like to highlight the work of Lyn, who works at the reception and offered personal assist during the stay. Some questions, technical and organizing needs have come up, and Lyn quickly found the best solution in all cases to make the stay even more comfortable.

All of the staff at this hotel was exceptional, from the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome by everyone, I want to give a special thankyou to all the lads at sunset bar with a special thankyou to Malinda and Dilshan always was happy to see us and made seriously good cocktails, and nothing was to much trouble for them. Our waiter Ifham was also gave us exceptional service everytime and always had a smile on his face. It goes without saying this hotel is amazing but the staff make it exceptional, We have every intention of rebooking for next year when we return home.

We have had the most amazing stay, we brought our 2 daughters with us and the staff couldn’t be any more accommodating to their and our requests. The food has been plentiful and the service outstanding. We stayed in a beach hut with pool and has been exceptional. The cleanliness in the rooms and on the island is 10/10. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you to Sattar who was always supplying us with the most beautiful flower head pieces.

The whole experience was amazing, made especially Wonderful by Rafiqul, who was at the beach bar, he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. All the staff are friendly and helpful too. From the life guard who reserved our sun loungers in the morning to the waiter we were assigned to for the duration of our stay. We couldn’t be happier and would recommend coming to this amazing island resort

True paradise. We did 10 nights for our honeymoon and can't wait to go back. Staff were incredible and super friendly. Food was plentiful and good quality. Facilities were really clean and had everything you could need. We have been lucky enough to travel a lot, but I have never experienced such relaxation and the feeling of being 'unplugged ' before.

Had an amazing time at Cinnamon resort. Rafiqul at The beach bar was brilliant, serves the best drinks, he was very warm and welcoming everyday. King (Shah) at the dive Center looked after me well on our dives they were a amazing. He made me feel super safe abs we saw some of the most incredible sea life (Manta Rays, white tip reef sharks, giant green sea turtles, honeycomb moray eels, giant Morey Eel. Too many to mention. What a brilliant holiday. Thank you to all the staff at Cinnamon resort.

This is our second time staying at the hotel. We visited for the first time in 2016. Now, of course, everything has changed for the better. Great staff, top notch service. Sattar was especially friendly and polite. He gave us floral jewelry around our necks and took gorgeous photos for us on his phone on his own initiative. My husband and I are delighted 🫶

Very nice place to relax and recharge! The staff is always very kind and helpful. Sattar was very kind to teach us how to make the flower necklaces! The food was really nice always. There are a lot of things to do other than going to the beach, like scuba diving, dolphin watching, snorkelling.

It was amazing! We lived in the beach houses. The shower/ bathroom is great! When we were sitting in the restaurant, we had a view to the beach, so nice! Everybody is so friendly. Especially Ren - when we had a question or a wish, she helped us with everything! Thank you! Wonderful place!

My stay at Cinnamon Dhonveli was amazing. Firstly, Ren was very helpful in answering any questions, assisting with issues, planning our excursions, and making our honeymoon/wife's birthday special. The food at the resort was also great, as there was a good variety and the staff were all very nice. The views were incredible and we didn't run out of stuff to do on the island. Would definitely like to come back.

From beginning to end, the property makes sure they give you 5 star service! I spent one day and everything was incredibly amazing. It has stunning views all around and is definitely a memorable stay! The lunch was also incredible. It was all you can eat buffet style. The chef really took his time to customize how we liked my food, like my pastas and salads. The bartenders all make fantastic drinks and keep the vibe going. Especially, Rafiquel, who is amazing. I will share some photos of them and just see how amazing they are. The entire staff was incredibly helpful. I think the staff is what makes the resort unique. They genuinely want you to have a good time.
