Over all good. But my complain is that it's a big headache to call senahiya. The lines are busy, makes you wait at a que for 6 7 minutes andnthen hang the phone. Pls fix this

Never ever think of making a phone call to this place. Tried calling them for 3 days just for an inquiry. But failed.Finally i had to visit the place just to ask a question.

The eye department is superb.supet experience doctors

Went there to get suture, doctor was very friendly and fast service too. My relative also went for a dental appointment, said they will call back for follow up, never did so had to make an appointment again and go. Front desk staff sometimes serve customers without a queue number when there is a queue also.

Thanks to the front desk staffs, thanks to the Ultrasound Department, very friendly and helpful. Doctor MOHAMED FAZNEEN LATHEEF in ORTHOPEDIC DEPARTMENT is a gangster, he is not a doctor! He is rude to his patient and refuse to answer the patient’s questions. Also, he doesn’t know how the hospital works, he is just rushing for his 1 hour work and leave. Everytime I ask him a question his answer will be ( I don’t know, I don’t know, you should ask the counter’s staffs, I don’t know, I’m not the one to do the surgery, I don’t know) I have a MALDIVES RESIDENCE CARD but I still pay 350 ruffia for foreigners price for the consultation, the local price is 150 ruffia. Never come back!

Maybe this place is good for MNDF and their families sure not for others. I paid for consultation through internet banking, later they told doctor was canceled for that day and still I haven't received the refund of what I paid. The only option available is to make appointment for the same doctor for another day. I've contacted several times but the only answer they have is that when the refund is arranged they will let me know and and I've to go there and collect it from there, they don't know how many days or months it may take. The silliest thing is they cannot send this to my account and the only option is when or if that time comes in my lifetime I have to go and collect it from there. These things are not acceptable in today's world.

Worst experience. Got an appointment at 14:00 for a scan for a 83 year old, one day ahead. Called from the hospital appointment day and asked to come at 12:30. Came at 12:30 and had to stay until 14:30. As per the staff in scan room there is no priority for people over 65 years.
