    Es vergonzoso el trato recibido por parte de las recepcionistas, mucha falta de empatía y de respeto. Precisamente la gente que está cara al público en salas de espera de hospitales debería ser todo lo contrario. Una vergüenza.

    I arrived with a swollen foot, the staff were friendly. Of course I had to wait because there were more urgent cases, but that was okay. In Germany it might have even taken longer. The doctor and nurses were super nice and competent.

    Estuve esperando 4 horas con fiebre y dolor de cabeza. Me han dado un paracetamol y me dejaron esperar, hasta qué decidi irme. Una experiencia hororosa!

    The treatment of the receptionists is painful, rude, cool, despots and I am left without qualifiers. That three bitter administrations tarnish the work of health personnel is a shame.

    Vergonzoso! Llevamos 3 horas con un niño de 5 años con fiebre, y la recepcionista dice que no va por orden de llegada, y van llamando cada hora, me parece una verguenza, no volveremos mas. La peor gestion que he visto de urgencias en mi vida.

    Esta noche he pasado 5 horas allí ya que tengo un niño de 2 años asmatico, los pacientes se iban a casa sin ser visitados después de esperar más de 8 horas… el trato del personal ejemplar y la doctora que nos atendió aunque no era pediatra de 10, gran profesional ya que el trato fue exquisito y era la unica medico que habia en el servicio la gerencia tendria que replantarse como puede ser que en un hospital comarcal solo haya un medico en urgencias y mas en pleno verano

    Es penoso que vengas despues de una intervencion de tibia y perone y despues de 5 dias vuelvas con dolor y te tengan 5 horas de espera .. lamentable ..se han ido 5 personas delante mio que llevavan 7 horas.Arreglar esto porque es una verguenza las recepcionistas de urgencias se rien de la gente

    Tenia una infección en la muela, el médico ni me tocó y recetó anti inflamatorios en lugar de antibióticos. Tuve que ir a médico privado a que me recetaran

    The reception staff are very friendly. Doctors much less so. Besides the fact that Catalan is spoken almost exclusively, there is an incredible lack of empathy. The nurse was great with my son, she gave him courage since the doctor said he would do a stitch without local anesthesia... Then 2 stitches... Then 3... 🙄 He had a stitch but was courageous. The doctor was cold and brutal. And really pointless waiting...

    Shameful! Waiting with people suffering is horrible and should not be accepted! I don't understand how the workers don't protest, it's normal for people to get angry! They ask for patience from the people who are suffering! A girl dying of kidney pain waits for triage 3 hours! Only one resident, being the Blanes festivities!!! I have no words! embarrassing!

    I would like to thank the emergency staff from the bottom of my heart. From ambulance, reception, doctor, nurses, radiology for how they treated me yesterday 01/27/24 after a motorcycle accident. They even referred me by ambulance to the Trueta hospital in Girona. Thank you so much.

    Yesterday we were in the hospital in room 23. Our doctor left the room, didn't say anything and didn't come back. No one helped me not to call her, not to help me find her. At 11:40 p.m. we left without waiting for our doctor. and she just had to look at the x-ray and say 1 word, there is a jaw fracture or not. Everything! Worst job! worse attitude in patients! And don't give 1 star. I want the doctors themselves to have the same attitude towards them when they are sick. I sincerely wish!

    We are not from Blanes, and when showing the health card they asked us to show the health card and then we had to say how far we were staying and in what room... incredible, we don't know the latter, why do they even want to know the room number... .and from here begins the incredibly disappointing thing that from 12 we had to leave at 3:30pm without being attended to since on top of that we asked almost at 3 how things were going, and they told us that there was a queue from 11:45 so we should hope it wasn't "They were in no hurry" that's literally what they told us, we went with a series of skin reactions that we didn't know if it was due to infection or why...and we have had to go look for help in another hospital...if they don't have to attend to referrals but people cannot stay like this, we were not the only ones in this situation, the room was full, completely full... it is a shame that these things happen. If it were the other way around I would like to know what would happen...

    If I could give 0 stars I would. 5 hours of waiting for absolutely nothing. A shame like a cathedral. Bleeding people who have gone through triage and have not been given a single piece of gauze and have been waiting for more than 3 hours. Horrible and shameful.
