    Worst Burgerking i’ve ever visited. I had to wait 45 minutes for 2 burgers with fries and the food tasted like my BMW tires and the cola tasted like water. Another person was also waiting 30 minutes just for a bottle of water!

    For staff: When 5 random guests staring confused at you as you keep repeating numbers of orders in spanish and shouting, try using ENGLISH instead, because they dont understand you. (Or use that screen above your head for showing completed orders) - btw, Very long waiting time too

    All the employees were very rude, they took 20 minutes to make 3 sandwiches which were ready to take away but still made us wait. No sense of igiene whatsoever, they used bare hands, and before touching food they were putting them on their phone or other things. If I could put 0 stars I would. Simply a terrible experience.

    Definitely horrible. The burgers are dry. They didn’t give me my full order. They also don’t give ketchup even tho you ask.

    I was absolutely appalled when I visited this place on my holiday. We waited about 45 minutes for our food, then we’re expected to leave because it said take away only. Everyone else was eating in so we did too. Half way through our burger a staff member came and shouted at us for eating in, telling us to leave because of a gas leak in the kitchen. Why would the Burger King employer put their employees and customers in danger? This restaurant is located next to a petrol station! If there was a real gas leak the building could explode at any second! The VERY overpriced food was terrible and very bland. The whole experience ruined my expectations and I will definitely not be returning if I ever return to Lloret De Mar. Highly recommend avoiding at all costs.

    Didnt even know what they have in kitchen or no . I wasted 15 minutes after ordering an order and later they said they dont have and there co-worker didnt knew about that . Freaking gross.

    Ordered an 1 ago and food has not even arrived yet i will for sure be up there tomorrow and get my money back such poor service thats crazy they take your money and not deliver the food and think thats ok almost every review is the same this burger king should be shut down such piss take.Also crazy how its 2 min walk from my hotel and they dont even deliver 🤥🖕🏿

    Worst burger king ever. They messed up the whoppers, seriously? There should be WIFI but there is not. Fries a bit cold... They really need to school these employees.

    We had to wait around 1 hour just to pay, after that the food was already cold and just subpar. Additionally, the staff was super unfriendly and even rude.

    There are design errors in this Burger King. There are only two self service machines. Machines are so slow to use that it causes queues. Queues goes outside and there are not any protect from sun. Hungry and thirsty peoples have to wait outside. All these are very easy to fix if you want to.

    I’m working at the Mcdonalds in Belgium and they are way more faster than you. This restaurant is way too slow. Everything is ready and they don’t prepare our order. It’s a shame. Employees are disrespectful and are just talking with each other without doing their job. Get new employees please.
