The
public
spaces
are
clean
&
modern
and
the
staff
are
friendly,
polite
and
happy
to
help.
There
are
also
multiple
pools
which
are
again
clean
and
well
kept.
There
are
only
two
easily
accessible
lifts
on
the
ground
floor,
which
for
a
large
hotel
with
7
floors
is
not
enough
so
be
prepared
to
wait
if
you
need
to
use
the
lifts.
There
are
2
more
behind
the
main
lift
in
reception
which
are
accessed
by
stairs
but
these
can
be
used
for
getting
to
the
restaurant
from
the
bedroom
floors.
The
bedrooms
are
clean
but
are
very
small
for
a
family
of
four.
The
room
we
had
was
dated
and
in
need
of
refurb
-
it
was
usable
but
had
cracked
tiles,
the
sink
unit
was
water
damaged
so
the
'wood'
had
expanded
with
the
damp
and
around
the
bath
plughole
was
rusty.
However,
we
found
the
beds
comfortable
and
as
I
said
it
was
clean
so
all
in
all
was
passable.
Mealtimes
are
chaotic
-
the
staff
work
very
hard
to
try
to
keep
tables
clear
and
food
stocked
but
it
could
do
with
more
organisation.
We've
stayed
in
similar
sized
all-inclusive
hotels
and
have
had
a
much
calmer
experience
than
here.
Your
cards
are
scanned
in
at
the
door
and
it's
then
a
free-for-all
to
find
a
table
and
battle
around
the
food
sections.
There
are
different
options
available
in
chef's
corner
each
day
but
the
main
buffet
is
very
samey.
Our
son
is
Coeliac
and
while
they
do
offer
Schar
cornflakes,
gf
bread
rolls,
croissants
and
do
display
boxes
of
pasta,
they
are
kept
in
a
locked
cabinet
and
it's
a
task
to
pin
someone
down
long
enough
to
unlock
the
cabinet
for
you
to
access
it.
My
son
decided
against
having
pasta
so
I
didn't
find
out
how
you
go
about
getting
that
cooked
for
you
though.
The
rest
of
the
buffet
is
more
a
case
of
being
shown
what
naturally
is
gf
rather
than
having
gf
alternatives
available.
Also,
the
All
Inclusive
is
a
card
system
with
additional
cards
for
cups,
which
means
remembering
your
AI
card,
as
well
as
enough
cup
cards
(or
cups
after
your
1st
drink)
for
your
family/group
each
time
you
go
to
the
bar
-
we
found
this
a
faff
compared
to
wristbands.
Overall
it's
a
value
hotel
so
I
guess
you
get
what
you
pay
for
but
we've
had
better
experiences
elsewhere
for
a
similar
price
point.
