Extremely clean friendliest staff ever met. Cleaners are very good at there job to. Very good if don't want it manic and crazy. You can relax yet see your children and its very secure. Great location opposite beach. Slides great fun to! 5 star service due to staff and cleanest my 9 year daughter kept saying how great staff were. Thankyou to all of you!! I got back on 1st June 2022 went for 1 week

Amazing hotel, right on the strip, the staff are lovely, rooms clean, small but modern with all needed facilities and a balcony in every room. 3 pools, one for kids with lots of slides and water shooters, one for older kids and adults and one with 3 big waterslides, brought my 11,7,5&4 year olds and they loved every bit of it, food is really nice but definitely tastes different to food from Ireland, like for instance, the boiled eggs didn't taste like an egg from Ireland lol 😅. Had a brill time, will visit again

A fantastic small family hotel. Spotlessly clean throughout. Rooms are modern, comfortable beds and pillows with lovely bathrooms. The manager could not have been more helpful and friendly and same goes for all the staff. Excellent food and drink with all inclusive.

Hotel is placed opposite to the beach. Staff was extremely nice to us. But the main thing is food. Food was delicious. Rooms nice and clean. Great attractions for children.

We stayed for a week in April the hotel staff are very friendly, room were cleaned everyday, foods are delicious but only one pool is open. Highly recommend

Myself my partner and 9 year old daughter stayed for 8 nights in Hotel Europe splash & Spa and I have to say we had an amazing time, the hotel was gorgeous and spotless, food and drinks they had everything you could want and as for the staff they were truly amazing couldn't do enough for us , it was my birthday and they left a cake, card and bottle of champagne in my room for me 😀 they would never pass u by without saying hello and a big smile, they were just truly amazing and made our holiday ❤ the entertainment was good for the kids aswell, only 1 fault I would say is the kids slide pool isn't open yet but my daughter still had great fun in the big pool, overall experience was amazing and we'll definitely go back 😀 thanks so much for a fantastic Time Hotel Europe splash & Spa , Didn't take many pics as we were having to much of a good time 😀

This hotel was so clean, at all times. We found the location perfect for railway stations at Malgrat De Mar or Santa Suzzanna. We were right in the middle of plenty of shops and restaurants & bars. We went with 4 friends and they put us in rooms next to each other on the 4th floor. Plenty of lifts. We had the biggest balcony I have ever seen, between 6 of us. We had a good few chats and laughs out there. ❤

Very nice family hotel. Every evening some shows for kids. Bingo, Kids disco (great animator Barbara). Big selection of food for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Snack bar (not great food cold and most time same things ). Staff very friendly and helpful! Shops just outside the door. 5 mín walk to beach 🏖️ (no sand beach). Rroms are lovely and clean.

Everything was very wonderful. Excellent cuisine, cozy rooms, friendly staff. I am very satisfied. I recommend it to everyone!

Cleanliness is ok, if you’re not an OCD. Food is great especially dinner time, we had a mexican theme dinner with free tequila shot. Rooms are ok not that big but comfortable. Alexis maybe he is the manager, very toughtfull and accomodating. Fresh orange juice in the breakfast. Coming back again.

Stayed here with my 3 children on my own and was made to feel very welcome. Staff go above and beyond for you nothing is too much trouble. Had a lovely week stay. Thank you

Great zone of swimmingpools, specially for children. All day food and drinks. Buffet with pasta, variety of salad, fish and meat. Good location near the sea. We have past a good days here. Thanks!

I stayed here whilst on holiday, originally we were meant to stay at one a bit further down the road but were relocated to the Europa Splash. I absolutely loved my time here, you're welcomed as soon as you arrive and are catered for all your needs, the bar was inclusive for us and there was a great selection of drinks and also a side bar for snacks. The open plan seating area was never too busy to sit during our whole stay here and led to an outdoor area with the small swimming pool - the water slides were still under construction at the time of our stay but that was fine. The night entertainment was pretty good each evening and children were well looked after by the staff. Our room was always tidy each day and really the whole place felt very well maintained. We had a room that looked out onto the Main Street and in the evening it was lovely to see with some drinks on the balcony. The shops and beach are moments away from this Hotel and honestly, we couldn't have picked better if it was up to us. Great.

Disposable plastic cups and spoons, the worth thing I could expect in 2023. The bed wasn't comfortable for me at all. Noisy street. The bathroom was renovated but not very well organized. A family of three did not have enough storage space to keep everything comfortable and tidy. Service was super good. The food was good. The swimming pool was good and the activities too. Close to the beach

Our first visit in Santa Susana for vacation. First of all the people that work in this hotel are extremely nice and happy to help 😊 the bar and dining room have plenty of great options. Rooms are clean and the overall experience was super positive and definitely will come back!

Never again!! To much noise and the rooms are smaller than a prison cell. They aren’t like the pictures at all. Also the spa costs 20€ per hour wich is unbelievable. The stuff isn’t friendly at all. The wi-fi is awful!!!

Great hotel on a budget. Unfortunately the kids pool wasn't open, due to out of season. But it looked great. Really pleased, after reading done reviews. It was so much better than we thought & food was good. The only thing I'd say was the mid morning snacks could of been better, but overall a really nice hotel.

Tall receptionist guy, greated us and stole 10 euros from me straight away. I only realised after few days as at the time was preoccupied with my daughter. Disgusting!!! Night before our check out, my daughters mobile phone was stolen from our room! Reception/ management did nothing, just said sorry. I asked them for a lot of help, including calling police (just so I have a case number for insurance) but they couldn't call, didn't have number apparently. Took my email address, waited a day to email me sorry, no phone here. Absolutely shocking and unacceptable behaviour. Food was OK, but again, nothing wow. Mostly chips and pizza. Entertainment was great along with bar staff. That's the only good thing about this hotel. I would highly discourage anyone from going there. There are plenty beautiful hotels around and much better. I spoke to few people from other hotels and truly regretted staying at Europa. Rooms were cleaned everyday but still were dirty, mould in bathroom, balcony etc. I am well aware that I am responsible for my own property, but if you have to lock and hide everything in your own room where only staff have access to it, it's not relaxing holiday, it's worry everytime you want to leave the room.

The behavior of the employees of this hotel is very rude. This personal picture is very dangerous and a brutal behavior, I feel sorry for this hotel that its employees neither know English nor have proper behavior, this man was drunk and made gestures in front of small children that were very scary.

Stayed for a week with 8 year old ...was the nicest holiday ever hotel was amazing ,staff wer so so nice ecpecially the manager ....food was lovely something different everyday ...can't recommend this hotel enough for family holiday will definitely be back 😁

Excellent family holiday and good variety of food to choose from. Very friendly staff and helpful. 3 good size pools to choose from too, my kids enjoyed swimming they never got bored .My only concern is that there weren't enough parasols for everyone . Good entertainment for the kids and even for the adults ,all thanks for the team specially Lucas . We'll definitely go back Thanks for Europa Very recommended

Amazing place for kids. Beside a fantastic kids pool they have daily shows. The atmosphere is very positive and the food is better than I expected. The biggest highlight was how friendly and helpful the people on the reception are. Can definitely recommend this place and I will visit again.

Excelent hotel from all point of views. Very close to the beach; you just cross the street and you are in the sand. The staff was very friendly, polite, keen to help you and spoke very good english. The food was very good. You had a wide variety to choose from at every meal. The room was tidy, spacious and cleaned everyday. Too bad the Spa, Sauna and Fitness Center were closed due to Covid19. Overall, our stay was joyful and if we are to come back in the future in Costa Brava we will definitely book again here!

Fab hotel, Fran on reception and Luciano in restaurant were particularly friendly and helpful. As advertised plus loads more: kids entertainment, walking trips to local attractions etc all free! Huge selection of food at each meal and snack bar. 3 outdoor pools to choose from, even a salt water one plus indoor spa pool to hire. Quality evening entertainment. Would definitely return in future.
