Absolutely love the Papi. This was the very first hotel we stayed at (myself, hubby and kids) in Malgrat back in 1998. Been here several times. Love the renovation. Food is fantastic (but then it always has been) staff have always been warm and friendly. Perfect location, right next to the beach and lots of shops. This hotel is definitely a 4*. I'll be back next year with 2 of my grandchildren ❤️

Lovely hotel, location is right in the middle of all the shops and bars / restaurants but not loud at all in the evening. Staff are friendly and so helpful. Pool is great with kids club during the day and disco in the evening, also aqua aerobics. Children's splash pool is really fun and the jets are so refreshing in the heat. Plenty of space around the pool, sunbeds, grass area or sofas. Our room was amazing with a lovely large balcony on the top floor of the hotel with views across the sea and inland across the hills. Food in the restaurant was nice with plenty to choose from and something for everyone.

Wonderful hotel. Nice rooms and beds. Clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast and dinner. Every day different meals a lot of fruits, vegetables and sweet desserts.

Good things are the pool was clean and big enough, room were nice and room service every day. Bad things are most of the staff struggled to understand English and what we were asking them also rude towards us, only 2 of the entertainers seemed both (the male and I think her name was Andrea) both 2 seemed uninterested and blonde one I saw her swear towards one of the bar staff during the day while children were around. They advise local and international tv with sporting events but only 1 English channel and only sporting events was Spanish and when I asked about football I was told they only show Spanish teams.

A very family focused hotel great for kids, good food, good rooms, staff service not great as they didn't have enough rooms for us when we arrived even though we'd booked months in advance but they got us sorted, WiFi not strong enough to reach our rooms but the pools were lovely and we loved drinking and eating poolside. Overall would recommend for a poolside holiday with the family 👪

I have been coming to Hotel Papi since I was a kid. It used to be a 2 star hotel back then. Over the years I have seen it go down hill even though it's now a 3 and 4 star. The food is pretty rubbish now. We spent most of the time eating out. Some of the staff weren't very polite and others not interested in helping. Their new lifeguard doesn't speak English and just likes to go around telling kids off. However, the night time security guard was so kind and really made up for everything else. My boys absolutely loved him.

One of best foods i've ever had in that type of hotel... But... That's all. Rooms are in bad shape, airconditioning is working only between 3PM and 10 PM what is sick because nights in spain are hot as hell. It's extremely loud, doors keep no noise from outside and you can hear everyone since 7AM and cannot sleep at all. I do not recommend this hotel beside place where you are drunk all the time and don't care at all about anything else.

Overall nice hotel with a lot to do for (young) kids. Our room was (too) small though, but as you are only in your room to sleep this wasnt a big problem. Nice personell and service.

Food is absolutely great! Staff in the restaurant very kind and friendly! Hotel is quite good, nice pool area, ok for the kids, cleaning ok, good location in Malgrat hotels area! We would definitely come back!

What a wonderful experience. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy at all times. The mini club manager, Andrea, was fantastic. She was always engaging all of the people staying at the hotel in the activities at night. She was also amazing with my son keeping him happy playing with lots of different activities. We enjoyed Karaoke, mini disco, line dancing, and live music. Then dining staff were also very kind! Especially Noelia and Luis, they were very attentive in making my son and my family to feel happy while eating . He felt like the kind of the hotel! I completely recommend if you’re looking for a nice relaxing time with a nice pool and close to the beach with your family.

We were here with my grandma for a week, but we would have stayed for a lot longer if we could. Arriving here was already great, cause the friendly people working at the reception set the mood for our stay. Then you go to the bar/pool area where some delicious cocktails and good draft beer are waiting for you. The pool area has a waterfall and a whirlpool on top, so if for some reason you don't want to go to the fabulous Miami-like beach, that's 50-100m from the hotel, you can spend your days here in full peace. Now the food at the hotels kitchen is too good to be called a buffet. You get high quality meat mixed with some michelin star level tiny plates with rich taste. Every day there is a different (huge) choice of food and deserts. Trust me, in other parts of the world you'd be paying ten times the price for what you're getting here. The service is out of this world, and by far the best thing about this hotel. Again, trust me, i've been to other hotels in the area. The papi hotel is in a different league, outshining more expensive places to stay by a country mile. Stayed here many times before covid. Was always fantastic spent our 50th anniversary there. Looking to do our 60 th next May.24 So pleased it's still as good. I hope we make it to that dare. We'll done Hotel Papi. Keeping the excellent service going. We first went before the change in the restaurant. Xx

We stayed for two weeks 2 adults and teenager children in the one room. Bedroom is a little small for the four of us but hotel and service was amazing. International guests and a good mix. Rooms cleaned every day at the same time. Food, different every day but if you've been to an all inclusive before ,you'll under the monotony of the process. Staff very good and friendly. Entertainment to a good standard and Andrea is the best in the business. Makes all the kids welcome. Became a home from home and would happily return. Thanks hotel Papi.

My wife & I have just returned today (29/9/23) from a 10 day stay at the Papi hotel. We booked through easyjet & this hotel was brilliant value. The staff were so friendly & attentive. The food is the equivalent of any 5 star hotel in Spain. Buffet breakfast & dinner. Loads of food & it was beautiful. This is definitely a hotel we will go back to & hopefully soon. Rooms are lovely & are cleaned every day to a lovely standard. Restaurant staff are kept very busy but still have time to be helpful & friendly. Fridge & air con were free despite brochure saying they had to be paid for. Special thanks should go to Mariapol in the restaurant. Mariapol is a lovely lady who just works away to make sure everyone has a great dining experience. While we were waiting for our bus back to airport at 3 am the night porter brought us a lovely cup of tea. Well done papi hotel & keep the standard high. Stephen dawson
