Very pleasant, clean and enjoyable hotel. Food was great, wide choice with different themes, honestly one of the best all inclusive food experience’s we’ve had. Rooms are clean and spacious, even though we were on fifth floor, there are three lifts which were reliable and swift. The hotel is placed out on the main street but away from the busy zone, however with a little walk you can get to the busiest zone within minutes making it a fun activity to do everyday. Outside there are typical tourist shops, reasonably priced food places and posh restaurants too, also supermarkets for your room snacks at a good price. date 11/08

Great little break away with friends in this all inclusive hotel. Rooms were clean, beds were so comfy, location was fabulous. We enjoyed lounging by the pool but as we had no kids with us we also enjoyed the peace of the beach just a short walk through the underpass. Sun loungers and umbrellas were 7Euro each for the day. We arrived on 1st October and didn't realise that the pool with the slides was now closed. It would have been fun to play on the slides. Food was fresh and tasty. Little variation from day to day but it's what I expected from an all inclusive like this. Desserts could be improved upon. The bar area has a small arcade and can get quite noisy and the bright lights meant it lacked atmosphere but there were plenty of other local bars to visit on an evening. And the deal we got on the all inclusive was so good we didn't mind spending a little money elsewhere.

Excellent service, if you have kids this place has food, water adventure playground. On Saturday they have a disco for all. The staff are amazing? Hard working and very kind. If you dont have children. It noisy because everyone is having fun. It's near the beach and train station if you choose to go to Barcelona. Or take a cruise in opposite direction. This a perfect hotel. Any one says different are simply not telling the truth or a rival hotel.

Firstly I would like to say the hotel manager did not stop working he was amazing with everyone and all the staff where really kind and friendly however this is not. 4 star hotel we stayed there from the 21/05/22-28/05/22 we wasn’t aware but the hotel had been closed for sometime before this. It took over an hour to check us in on the day we arrived not sure why to be honest. The beds are very comfy and the room was clean however we had 2 double beds pushed together so there was no privacy at all so please bare that in mind as there was 4 of us in a bed as there want really room to push them apart. The rooms are very small. We went down for breakfast in the morning and every cup and plate was dirty I was having to wash my own pots by filling the cups with boiling water and cleaning it out with a napkin. There was no kids clubs as it did say that there would be. We had 4 dancers come in one night at 10.45 pm 19. 10 min set and then that was it for the full week … The board stated that there was entertainment but it wasn’t on or it was too late for children. All of the alcohol was watered down massively even for the paying folk like us. The only thing that was good about this hotel was the pools and slides and the staff worked really hard but it was not what was explained when booking.

Good location on the beach front (via walk way) and 5 minutes from the train station. Pool can be a little shaded by the hotel but past midday it's OK. Extensive splash area and some slides. Food is very average and repetitive for full board or all inclusive options. Friendly reception team. Double check it is not hosting any sports teams for local tournaments (you will not get any sleep!)

It's a nice hotel, just very loud. Lots of young families. Walls are thin so you'll hear every sound around you. If you don't go all inclusive you'll pay for your drinks and food all day and night. If you do go all inclusive, don't set the bar high, then again, don't set it high in terms of food anywhere around the place, we went for a week, I think I ate 3 or 4 meals. Staff were all lovely except the women at the pool bar, either they hate people and their lives, or they're extremely tired coming to the end of the season. Either way, they were rude. One thing I loved about being at the pool, is watermelon guy, that's my name for him anyway. He goes around the entire pool area with trays of watermelon slices, he always had a smile on his face. That's a nice thing for the hotel to do too so hats off for that. In terms of cleanliness, it's spotless. Night time.....be prepared for loud, mad, chaotic carry on. Some folk you meet will be sound and you'll get along great, others, dear lord. I suppose you get that in a lot of these type hotels but this was my first and last time taking the kids to a hotel. We'll go back to having our own accommodation.

Very good for kids because of the amazing pirate pool. Lots of lifeguards around even when it rains! ☺ Good basic rooms. Lovely shower. Breakfast 0800-1000) good, however long lines to wait for food. Checkout is 1000 which is far too early.

Just in case any of you were thinking of going to this hotel guys. Do not. From the echoes, lights, clientele (cheap and cheerful) babies screaming non stop. ‘Food’ served. Awful food. Not fit for anything other than dog food. We all got throat/ear infections from the pool. We had fun but it was definitely an experience we won’t be repeating. Thought it only fair to warn anyone thinking of heading to this place 🤣 Definitely not a four star hotel

Went to this hotel for 12nights At the start looked great, but it wasn't that great as I thought I shouldnuv read more reviews off this hotel and service. Food was 12 days all the time the same Last couple days,I had to eat out, cause I couldn't eat the food anymore. Rooms are extra small,we were 5 off us in one room, bathroom was small also Balcony extremely small and only 2 chairs for 3 adults in the room. You couldn't walk 2ppl in same time around the beds. Room was dirty, towels we had to take by ourselves cause cleaner didn't care much. Was terrible. One day we didn't had any towels in the room and we had to looking for the cleaner in the hotel to take some towels from her. 12nights never washed the floor or sweep the floor. We got kettle from the reception for 10€ deposit, but the kettle was from Ireland, which we couldn't put in on!!! At the room was not cups for us to make coffee They even not giving you water . We arrived at the hotel around 1am we asked for a water for our kids, they told us to drink the water from tap in the bathroom. I am not recommended this hotel at all. The owner and staff doesn't speak English They did few activity for kids in the pool, but we're talking in Spanish,so a lot off kids couldn't play. Cleaning service and food really bad, rooms terrible small and balcony too Pool are great, thats all. Nothing to do around the hotel Read the reviews first and then decide if you go to this hotel

Hotel was clean and staff very helpful. Noisy room due to nightclub below and noise from hotel entertainment. Breakfast had a good selection however the dining room was very noisy and was like a canteen at school. Pools were good for kids. Get what you pay for. Good value. Family hotel ideal for children. Not for individuals.

Hotel was very disappointing from an adult and child perspective. Child's pool and bar didn't open until 11am, entertainment didn't start until 10pm, and one member of bar staff to serve a full hotel of guests - including soft drinks for the children. Food was repetitive and confusing, not sign posted brilliantly so would not recommend for anyone with dietary requirements. Queuing for food rather than an all-you-can-eat system where you grab what you want. Rooms were a disgrace, an inch of dust and dirt under the beds, which were never changed just remade. Left a room for 4 without any toilet roll for the last 2 days resulting in us having to buy and use our own. Lovely area and hotel has a lot of potential if in the right hands, but a huge let down. Do not recommend.

We have just come back from this lovely hotel, friendly staff lovely clean room. Food was excellent a great choice whatever time of day, we were a family of 10 for 4 nights and 6 for the remainder of our 11 night stay. The 4 grandchildren absolutely loved the swimming pools and water slides food was excellent by the pool too. We were all inclusive and choice of drinks was great .. Would definitely like to go back as a family holiday. Great for train along the coast and Barcelona too.

Just got back from a week away with 2 young children. This was there first holiday abroad and we were very disappointed. Firstly the food is fine for around a day. Its just pork or fish. You get the odd meal that's different and they do theme nights but again just pork or fish. My children were both sick after 3 days as well as my partner on day 5. The boiled eggs were always under cooked and just produced slimy water when you open them. I found the staff at reception very rude and most of the staff there did not speak very good English so when you ordered a specific drink it was always different. The rooms don't get cleaned very well and only change the sheets every 4 days. The entertainment is terrible starts at 10pm and finishes at 10.45-11.00pm and is just thrown together to make something. The first 3 days were full of shouting and fights between family's and police called on every day, staff underwhelmed and could not cope. However the pool and slides were very fun does get very boring though after around 4 days and there's not much to do on the night. Plenty of shops to visit but they are all the same. Sell bags or souvenirs. Overall it wasn't a bad holiday but I would say it's not a 4 star hotel barely a 3 star and I wouldn't do any more than 5 days here. Would not go back unfortunately.

The hotel itself was nice and clean and the staff were very polite. It’s an okay location there’s shops bars restaurants around and a fab local cafe that does English breakfast. However the people that stay here ruin it😳 I saw a review here saying 4 star hotel for 2 star people and wow is that true. First day we was there we was approached and offered drugs lol this is a family hotel?? The beach is pretty to look at but the sand is stone like ( can’t build sandcastles etc) and there’s signs saying you’re not aloud to paddle in the sea. The food wasn’t terrible but not amazing. There is room for improvement, the hotel also allow teenagers etc from other hotels or maybe who live in Spain to doss about the hotel and run around the halls screaming and shouting until early hours. Overall the hotel isn’t bad, just the people who stay there that ruin it, the pools are great, food is okay, location is okay and the all of the staff were very friendly.

I'm still not sure what to write about this hotel. According to four-stars it's should be greater hotel. But the problem at my room was, that there was feel the sewage from bathroom. I was necessary to close doors from bathroom to room. Different chapter is food for breakfast and dinner. Selection was good, so many kinds of meals to choose. Was also likes me, big play zone at reception and pool. We saw from room to sea, but over the railway. Conclusion for me is: the good meals, but there are things what I can't accept. This was four-stars hotel.

Great resort with brilliant Splash park and slides. Clean rooms and decent food and drink (typical Spanish all inclusive) entertainment could be better in evening and a little to late for children.

Everyone very friendly the cleaners were top notch, the rooms are clean, I slept really well as beds very comfy, decor in room very nice too, the food is ok good choice same as other Spanish hotels I've stayed in. Overall I had a great holiday & the kids pools & the slides all excellent.

Love this hotel. Would definitely go back again. The kids pool was freezing. My 4yo loved the kids splash pool, so much to do in there for the little ones. Depending on what time you went down for breakfast or dinner there is a massive line for food. Lots of options to choose from

This is a hotel for children. Everything is for the kids. Pool, food, entertainment. Adults dont be expecting T-bone steaks etc. Its kids menu's food pizza, pasta, chips etc I will be booking it again as my 7 year old loved it as above.

Sorry More like a 2/3 star. Stayed in October half term. I’m very honest and have stayed in many all inclusives. Rooms are ok and clean. The best point is that it is a clean hotel. The staff are very nice too. The food is ok but very hit and miss. They must change the restaurant layout to islands which you walk around. I’ve never lined up in a canteen style at an all inclusive. The desserts are awful and really need addressing. The adult pool needs to be heated as it doesn’t get the sun all day. The biggest hate was their use of plastic, plastic cups, plastic spoons everywhere. Not enough cutlery or tea cups. Would be nice if they had coffee and tea available in the restaurant at all meals and the indoor bar open all day. You have to go to the pool bar at all times in the day to get a drink. The pool bar food is pretty bad too. I hate being negative but this place can be massively improved. It has no atmosphere or entertainment. We never hung around after dinner as it wasn’t a welcoming area. The area is ok though with good shops across the front and the train station a 5 minute walk. Was an hour and a half journey on train to Barcelona.. sorry but it was the worst all inclusive I’ve stayed at for the price.

I personally liked the room was very clean and maids were kind, friendly and helpful. Also plus the hotel is pretty close to the beach and we had a lovely view to the sea and sunrise every morning. What I didn't like.... Very noisy till late evening and then till early morning as there is a night club just next to the hotel. Rooms are too small if you imagine to spend week as a family in travelodge size room,go for it. For me I missed privacy there. Entertainment didn't start till late evening when our children usually went to sleep already(prefer if that's early). Wish there was also some notice board where you can find what's on every night as I didn't see any. Absolutely liked the horror house. It was amazing and well done to whoever prepared that. Food - breakfast I enjoyed, lunch repetitive but if you search you could get something yummy there. Snack and dessert, I hardly noticed any, except the fries and burgers near the pool... Coffee you were able to get on breakfast time. If you would like any later you had to walk to the pool bar to get one. Forgot to mention massive queue you had to stand for food or drinks... What was absolutely shocking to me was when my son had a bad fall on his head and it showed up there is no first aider on the site. After asking they called a taxi for us to take us to hospital and paid one way on the house. Thank you. Overall definitely not planning to come back.

Have to say this is the worst hotel I've stayed in my money was stolen from my room by the cleaners. I reported it to the staff and they was very dismissive and not at all helpful. No one every got back to me. The so called manager that they claimed was a manager couldn't speak English wasn't helpful they practically laughed in our faces. The room was clean. Food wise was awful breakfast was heaven for a fat person loads of cake and sweet stuff. Dinner wasn't to great loads of pork everyday it was too much. There wasn't much entertainment for the kids to do. I would of like there to be more as the little entertainment that was on was ok. Train station wasn't too far to travel into Barcelona. The strip the hotel is on has loads of shops so during peak seasons it would have been great. We hired electric scooters.

Hotel lovely, clean rooms are lovely Inc the bathroom. Dining area big n lots of spaces even on busy times Food hit n miss ...we don't like fish so some days it was chips n pizza for all our meals although breakfast is pretty good Staff not too bad Location not bad for a chill but if you can catch the train ...we went to Barcelona for the day n it was fabulous well worth it n the train station only a few mins walk away Evening entertainment starts late and is very loud if you do go to bed early Nightclub on weekends until early hours so lots of noise on these days We had a sea view and could watch the sea all day Beach really lovely and my favourite place Lots of pushy shop owners on the front and in town so don't be afraid to say no n walk away or barter if you want lol All in all not too bad

This was the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The food was horrific they advertised they did loads of things like snacks entertainment and kids club but they don’t do any. The manager is rude. They are not children friendly he wouldn’t let my 18 month old child take chips out of the restaurant to his room to eat in a private relaxed environment as he was having an emotional outburst. He told me my son had to sit and cry in-front or everyone. Then when my son dropped his bottle into a staff areas they told me he couldn’t have it back that evening, luckily I had another one. The food is horrific. Management needs to be changed and this hotel needs to be made more Uk friendly and child friendly since it is family hotel run by money of tourists.

We just completed our week stay there. Rooms very small ,terrible sewage smell which was really bothering us,when reported to the reception it seemed like they were aware of it ,told us we had one of the best rooms in the hotel. Food very average, but lots to choose from. For me it was not seasoned enough. I personally had no issue with staff, they were very kind anf helpful, however I've seen staff interacting with youngsters and it was disgusting! My 14 year old has been refused drinks many times despite the fact we were all inclusive and he had his band on at all times. On one occasion I was standing at the side waiting for the lift and my son wanted to go to restaurant get a drink ,the little thin bold guy very rudely pointed for him to go to the bar,but my son did not understand him,he then started swearing at him in spanish, which I confronted him about and he apologized. Rooms cleaned daily. In my opinion check out by 10am is way too early and inconvenient for family with kids. Kids running the corridors at night ... Reception staff was very nice and helpful. You are not allowed to take food out of restaurant which was very inconvenient too,as sometimes we wanted to have a snack in the room. We won't be back and I do not recommend this hotel

I would give 0 stars if possible!! Absolutely appalling hotel. The slides yes they was great, no faults withy hat side. But the good wow I never in my many years of travelling have I had such bad food. We was all inclusive but had to eat out every day three times a day as it was so bad. Meat was undercooked, frozen food just horrendous. When we did try to go into the food hall one time we couldn’t even sit down as they had no tables spare. Drinks well what can I say :/ they had one bar open at a time with only 1/2 staff on it, so the Q was forever always long. The machine drink descender in the main cafe was always bland and not the drink It said it was. Staff was so rude and unhelpful, never have I had that before. The only nice one was the one lady from the mini club. The cleaning wow wow!! The cleaners was useless all they done was make beds with dirty sheets that was on all week and give new towels, nothing was cleaned down at all no floors skinks shower nothing. I had to ask for sheets to be changed in the end. Hand sanitizers was not filled up all week it was empty. Shocking !! The cleaners use the mops to clean outside then straight inside the lobby. I can not believe it. The rooms stink an the air on is the worst it doesn’t work at all. I would never go back again or recommend to anyone. Keep away !!

This is our last day (7th) in the hotel. Staff are very friendly. The hotel is clean and constantly see cleaners around. We didn't ask to clean our room just 2 times as we are not messy and why would you ask somebody to make up your bed. When the cleaner came to do the room she fully cleaned the bathroom and room as well fully moped etc. The pools are amazing we spent our time down there a lot. Yes the rooms are not big at all and we have 2 double joint together but we didn't come to spend our time in the room. Food: there are standards as fries, pizza etc and salads, next to it every day different choices. I'm fussy but every day we were full. All-inclusive is great especially with kids. Cocktails, slushy all day. The pool bar snack good to fill hungry stomachs after water fun ( burger, nuggets, hot dogs, fruits. Staff walks around with fruits and sangria. We have a fantastic holiday thanks hotel sorra daurada. A happy mum of 2

Hotel was fairly clean to start with and the pool was good. The rest was absolutely appalling from the undercooked meat and a selection of frozen foods to the tiny rooms that the housekeeping didn’t bother touching anything but giving new towels half way through the stay. 3 adults and one 11 year old slept in a small room with all four beds being joint together thats how small the rooms where. I would highly recommend NOT going there for your holiday as it will be a disappointment.

Stayed for 4 nights, pool was great other than that terrible! Rude staff, frozen food and to top it off on our last day we had a leak in the bathroom. Told receptionist and was told it’s “normal” it’s coming from the shower above and someone will put sealant around the shower floor in the room above our room. Later that day, it had gotten so bad that the electric went off I told the receptionist I didn’t think it was safe and they sent a bar man up to look! He turned the lights back on and tried to leave quickly. We told him to look in the bathroom and he just said “wow” and walked away. I had to go back down to reception and asked for another room! The lady was serving other guests who we screaming at her about finding a hair and the food and there not being hardly anything left for them to eat. I actually felt bad for the receptionist because no one deserves to be spoken to the way she was but there was no manager in sight. After the to women where done screaming at her the receptionist did call her manager and I finally got to speak to her about our room. Although I was extremely upset she did look rather shaken up so I stay calmed as firmly asked for another room.(I honestly think they either didn’t know or just didn’t care that the bathroom ceiling was about to cave in with water). By this time it was around 11pm and we had an early flight the next day (up at 6am) they had given us another key card for a room lower down. Keep in mind there is five of us. Two adults and three children. The room the let us have for the night only slept four! So, once again I was back at reception but it was a male as the lady was just clocking out. I explained that we needed another bed and they told us that’s all they had and there is nothing anyone can do. Never offered any extra blankets or pillows. I even asked if we could move the single bed and was told no. Our last night we all had to squeeze in to two doubles and my children are not small. Age 12, 12 and 11. We all hardly slept and we had a long days travel the next day. The hotel need more staff or more training or just to care more! This was an awful hotel and I don’t recommend anyone to visit it.

Great place for a family holiday. Both my kids, 4 and 10, loved it. The pool was fantastic and the activities catered for all age groups. Good was nice if a little samey after a while but plenty of options and plenty for the kids. Location was great with the beach being a 2 minute walk. Would definitely consider staying again

This was a very enjoyable stay. Hotel was a much higher spec than I was expecting, better than the accompanying photos suggested. Room was top notch, high standard. Food was good and variety was sufficient. Facilities were great too. Would stay again. 👍

Not a bad place. Be sure to ensure your booking is clear when you book through on the beach as I was unable to specify two rooms so they put us the in one room so I had to rearrange. Food is decent on full board. Rooms are clean but mattresses are made of sponge so feel like cardboard.

Great hotel! The location is very good to couples and families, near the sea and main bus station. Has a good food and very clean. But the staff didn't understand english so well, and the safe in the room cost you an extra money. Besides of that we had great experience there.
