Without
words,
I
really
don't
know
where
to
start,
a
truly
disappointing
experience
that
I
will
never
repeat
again!
We
stayed
in
this
hotel
the
week
of
August,
paying
exactly
€305
each
for
two
triples,
obviously
wanting
to
save
a
little,
but
it
is
far
too
much
money
for
the
services
that
the
hotel
offers.
The
rooms
are
small
and
you
have
very
little
space
to
open
your
suitcases,
there
are
no
wardrobes,
the
hotel
is
full
of
ants,
there
are
no
freezers,
there
is
no
air
conditioning,
but
the
worst
things
that
I
really
couldn't
tolerate
are
that
the
sheets
are
not
changed
for
a
week,
the
towels
are
"changed"
every
day,
but
sometimes
fewer
arrive
than
expected
and
they
are
always
stained
and
dirty.
The
hairdryer
must
be
requested
at
reception
by
paying
a
deposit
of
€10,
Wi-Fi
is
not
absolutely
free
but
a
week
of
Wi-Fi
costs
€20.
Inside
the
structure
absolutely
no
order
is
maintained,
every
day
until
late
at
night
shouting
could
be
heard
without
the
slightest
respect
for
the
other
customers.
The
rooms
were
not
cleaned
at
all
and
were
full
of
dust.
I
hope
you
do
not
book
in
one
of
the
rooms
that
overlook
a
courtyard
inside
the
structure
since
they
are
absolutely
not
ventilated.
Another
situation
we
encountered
was
in
the
request
for
toilet
paper,
it
happened
that
one
day
it
was
not
provided
to
us
and
we
had
to
buy
it
out
of
our
own
pocket,
as
well
as
we
had
to
buy
the
fan,
since
there
is
no
room
in
the
room.
breathed
on
very
hot
and
muggy
days,
and
also
the
multiple
socket,
since
in
a
room
there
are
only
two
sockets,
one
in
the
bathroom
for
the
hairdryer
and
one
in
the
bedroom.
The
only
positive
thing
about
the
structure
is
the
location
and
the
education
of
the
staff,
very
friendly,
but
who
obviously
do
their
job.
There
is
no
bathroom
in
the
reception
and
coffee
is
served
through
vending
machines.
I
will
never
consider
this
establishment
again
if
I
ever
return
to
Lloret
de
Mar.
