Honest
and
accurate
review:
Found
a
good
deal
at
this
hotel
for
€70
a
night
including
half
board
so
came
for
a
weekend
break.
I’ll
summarise
the
good
and
bad
points
as
accurately
and
clearly
as
possible
-
Good
points:
1.
All
parts
of
the
hotel
and
rooms
were
modern
enough
and
clean
(probably
because
it
had
just
reopened
on
the
day
we
arrived)
2.
The
rooms
are
an
ok
size
with
big
beds
(for
the
simple
room
not
the
delux
room)
3.
The
balcony
was
the
biggest
balcony
I
have
ever
seen
in
a
hotel
with
nice
chairs.
4.
The
hotel
was
relatively
quiet
in
June
around
the
pool
and
solarium.
Nice
area
up
there
with
the
jacuzzi.
5.
Mini
fridge
in
room
(doesn’t
work
the
best
but
overnight
it
does
cool
your
drinks)
6.
Friday
and
Saturday
evening
hotel
entertainment
was
good
and
the
stage
area
is
nice.
Bad
points:
1.
Check
in
was
the
slowest
I
have
ever
experienced
and
it
seems
as
though
the
staff
weren’t
very
sure
of
the
process.
2.
Walls
are
thin
and
you
can
easily
hear
neighbours
and
other
noise.
3.
The
bathroom
could
do
with
an
update
in
the
shower.
The
sink
seems
new
but
the
shower
head
is
very
old.
4.
Meal
times
were
a
bit
shorter
in
length
than
I
have
experienced
in
other
places.
5.
The
food
in
the
restaurant
at
breakfast
and
lunch
was
ok
only,
and
only
ok
because
of
the
price.
The
restaurant
is
understaffed
meaning
that
often
food
counters
are
empty
and
not
sufficiently
replenished
particularly
at
dinner
time.
The
food
was
average
and
not
a
large
variety
(if
you
are
easily
pleased
with
food
you
will
be
fine
but
it’s
not
the
best
at
all).
The
deserts
were
exactly
the
same
both
nights
and
all
like
children’s
school
lunch
desserts.
Mostly
it
was
fine
because
of
the
cheap
hotel
price
but
if
I
had
paid
more
I’d
be
disappointed.
6.
We
had
to
wait
for
a
long
time
to
be
served
a
drink
at
dinner
and
they
want
you
to
pay
immediately
when
ordering
which
is
in
the
middle
of
eating
your
meal.
I
have
never
experienced
this
before
and
usually
you
pay
at
the
end
of
your
meal
which
is
much
more
pleasant
and
professional.
7.
Daytime
entertainment
is
lacking
but
I
imagine
it
depends
on
guest
numbers.
8.
Food
and
drinks
are
overpriced
(as
in
most
tourist
places).
Cocktails
are
premixed
syrups
and
not
good.
The
bar
food
(particularly
the
salads
which
were
terrible)
is
bad.
The
pasta
was
good.
The
salads
were
overpriced
and
bland
and
the
‘bravas’
were
an
embarrassment
to
Spain
as
we
were
served
frozen
French
fries
covered
in
sauce.
After
asking
about
it,
they
said
they
can
cut
to
squares
for
us....
clearly
missing
the
point.
Hilarious
mostly
because
they
have
a
photo
of
real
bravas
on
the
top
of
their
food
menu
(see
my
photos
for
proof)
and
then
serve
you
French
fries.
Total
fraud
and
a
rip
off
so
avoid
that.
9.
There
was
a
hole
in
the
roof
above
the
shower
in
room
440
which
could
have
been
a
peep
hole
or
some
damp
damage.
No
idea.
10.
Maid
service
was
extremely
late
in
the
day
like
3pm
and
totally
missed
my
friends
room
(no
idea
why
because
there
was
no
do
not
disturb
sign
and
we
were
not
in
the
rooms)
11.
Mostly
the
photos
are
a
bit
deceptive.
The
pool
is
much
smaller
than
it
seems
and
is
just
deep
like
2m
and
you
have
to
climb
in
an
out
instead
of
most
pools
which
are
on
a
gradient
with
steps
for
easy
access.
Most
of
the
pictures
of
the
rooms
on
hotel
booking
websites
are
the
delux
rooms
which
is
a
bit
deceiving
too.
