The hotel has very poor service, terrible treatment of guests with all inclusive, terrible alcohol diluted with water, all bartenders are so rude that you will not feel welcome here. I have never met such a bad attitude towards guests anywhere (I have been to many countries), it is very noisy in the room, there is no soundproofing, it is impossible to sleep. . Be prepared that your ALL IN ends at 8 o'clock in the evening. If I could change something, I would never stay here. I do not recommend to anyone.

It's ok hotel. The food was good though. They have a sign outside advertising a 3 course meal for 16 euros, but when you go inside, the waiter tells you that they don't offer that deal. In my opinion, they're misleading people and I'm not up for it. On the positive side the service was adequate, friendly staff and clean facilities.

There was one racist small man at the counter who only asked dark skinned people if they belonged to the hotel. Multiple evenings in a row, me and my friend who are both brown got asked to identify our selves, while our white friends always could go. Then afterwards this same receptionist gave wrong information about the taxi and made us pay 20 euros extra. Do not recommend.

It’s good location with plenty of places to eat nearby and near the train station. The customer service is very good we came late at night and they got us food when we asked where we can get some food. Good range of food for breakfast. Would recommend and will come back to stay here. It was also quite modern.

Deceiving. Not what we expected from a 4-stars hotel. Really noisy and messy. The staff is rude and insulted us in Spanish just because we've asked to talk with a director to express our concerns towards the lack of services. You can sleep only between 12am and 7 am as you will get awaken by the noise. Haven't eaten anything spanish in a week in Spain. Wouldn't recommend to anyone that wants to get some rest and relax during the holidays.

We did NOT stay in this hotel. After our unpleasant experience with ours we ended up stranded with no transfer at 4am in the cold myself and my 9 year old son. The two men on reception were so helpful and kind, they let us use the wifi they kept me calm and called us a taxi to the airport. To those two men I cannot thank you enough for all of your help in the early hours of the morning in a foreign country. So wish we had booked with your company.

Good hotel, right in the centre, 10/15 mins walk to train station, 5 mins to beach, has good entertainment on outside by pool at night time so can be noisy depending where your room is, food OK, bit repetitive, drink prices reasonable, no kettles in the rooms, shame Reay as would be nice to have a tea or coffee on the veranda

Awful hotel. Definitely not the 4-star hotel as they advertise. There are only 2 towels for each person, air conditioner barely works, safe is a paid service, although there’s no information about that anywhere, they leave cosmetics only on the first day, and leave you stained towels with holes in them. I regret not taking a picture of those towels, but I was so angry that I immediately went to the housekeeper to change them. But what made our stay awful is housekeeping. The housekeepers kept taking our room cards from the room, we left it inside to keep the air conditioner working. Luckily they stopped doing that after we complained. But they started taking our stuff. I guess they thought it was rubbish, although the things were lying on the table, not in the trash bin, but they just threw it away. They have no right to touch guests’ things!!! We talked to other guests, and one housekeeper took the money from the table. Maybe she thought these were tips, but they were not. I can deal with bad air conditioner and lack of cosmetics, but housekeeping ruined it all. We argued with reception every day, although one particular receptionist, with short blonde hair, behaved like we were the problem. Although there were a lot of other guests complaining. The management needs to give their staff a lot of training! About location: it’s close to the sea, but if you want to go sightseeing to Barcelona, it takes an hour and half to get there. Breakfast was okay, but it was the same every day, and there weren’t any national dishes and products except for churros.

Wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. We got stuck in the lift managed to pull doors open went to reception and they had no idea we was in the lift. No Alarm for the lift. Didn't care what so ever. The food they offer is very poor. The rooms are ok not the best the pool could do with a good clean. We eneded up going the Aqua marina hotel to use their pool and spa for €10 a day. The location is good next to some bars we went the Kings bar for breakfast and evening meals as the meals was poor in the hotel. Good drop off location for your coaches. Santa susanna is a place for your quick break aways nothing like benidorm or turkey marmaris ect. No major entertainment!

The hotel was fine but at first we got a room (4 persons) but it didnt have a bathroom door or a balcony, after 2 nights we got a room with door and balcony, everything was fine but the head cleaning lady was a horrible person, she cursed at my little brother from 13 years and called him crazy because there was a blanket and a short on the floor, she also looked like 😡 at everyone everytime

Good hotel for family vacation. Half board is the best option, dinner buffet was nice. Rooms are clean and with nice balcony.

It is now ones from reopened hotels. Not much hotels are working now. It's nice hotel. Good location. Good beach. Not so far from train and travel to Barsa takes 1 hour by this train. Rooms small but clean. Bit unsatisfied with loud music from nearest bar.

Hello, we are currently still on "vacation" at this hotel and I am writing my review here as I requested to speak to the manager but obviously non-existent. We arrived at this hotel for 5 days for a week with high expectations for the services offered and especially for a 5 *. We are in a premium car reserve room with private trips. Since our arrival we have been extremely disappointed, the hotel is not at all a 4 * the services are deplorable. The dining room is very noisy, it is impossible to eat outside because there is only a small room inside with constant background noise and screaming children. The buffets are very basic sometimes of poor quality we were sick during the stay ... no typical Spanish product would be more than a paella available. Front desk staff are disrespectful to customers and no service is provided. We have been complaining several times for the room not cleaned (the trash cans still present the shower dirty the sheets and towels not changed), we just asked for handkerchiefs impossible to give them to us. The hotel is very noisy not at all restful. A "solarium" area is available supposedly for rest but you will find a very dirty place again with babies and children crying and throwing water in the jacuzzi. After all these observations and our failed week of vacation I asked to speak to a person from the management but in vain ... I only have in front of me people doing nothing except take your bank card and obviously insult you in Spanish. Do not go !! I, who are used to 4/5 * hotels, even abroad, have never seen such deplorable service

I was looking for some where that did paella, menu pictures looked good . Was a bit sceptical as there was only a few people în the outside eating area but you never can tell ordered a șea food paella and 2 Chicken pizzas. One of the Chicken pizzas was cold , Sent back and they reheated it . The Paella came out, half the ingredients missing ,below average. I wouldnt recomend this Hotel for the food.

Nice room and balcony Bathroom was a bit cramped. Bar a little chaotic. Pool was small and very deep - 3m - so perfect for kids jumping in but not really for a relaxed swim

Its ok. Food average depends on day.

Honest and accurate review: Found a good deal at this hotel for €70 a night including half board so came for a weekend break. I’ll summarise the good and bad points as accurately and clearly as possible - Good points: 1. All parts of the hotel and rooms were modern enough and clean (probably because it had just reopened on the day we arrived) 2. The rooms are an ok size with big beds (for the simple room not the delux room) 3. The balcony was the biggest balcony I have ever seen in a hotel with nice chairs. 4. The hotel was relatively quiet in June around the pool and solarium. Nice area up there with the jacuzzi. 5. Mini fridge in room (doesn’t work the best but overnight it does cool your drinks) 6. Friday and Saturday evening hotel entertainment was good and the stage area is nice. Bad points: 1. Check in was the slowest I have ever experienced and it seems as though the staff weren’t very sure of the process. 2. Walls are thin and you can easily hear neighbours and other noise. 3. The bathroom could do with an update in the shower. The sink seems new but the shower head is very old. 4. Meal times were a bit shorter in length than I have experienced in other places. 5. The food in the restaurant at breakfast and lunch was ok only, and only ok because of the price. The restaurant is understaffed meaning that often food counters are empty and not sufficiently replenished particularly at dinner time. The food was average and not a large variety (if you are easily pleased with food you will be fine but it’s not the best at all). The deserts were exactly the same both nights and all like children’s school lunch desserts. Mostly it was fine because of the cheap hotel price but if I had paid more I’d be disappointed. 6. We had to wait for a long time to be served a drink at dinner and they want you to pay immediately when ordering which is in the middle of eating your meal. I have never experienced this before and usually you pay at the end of your meal which is much more pleasant and professional. 7. Daytime entertainment is lacking but I imagine it depends on guest numbers. 8. Food and drinks are overpriced (as in most tourist places). Cocktails are premixed syrups and not good. The bar food (particularly the salads which were terrible) is bad. The pasta was good. The salads were overpriced and bland and the ‘bravas’ were an embarrassment to Spain as we were served frozen French fries covered in sauce. After asking about it, they said they can cut to squares for us.... clearly missing the point. Hilarious mostly because they have a photo of real bravas on the top of their food menu (see my photos for proof) and then serve you French fries. Total fraud and a rip off so avoid that. 9. There was a hole in the roof above the shower in room 440 which could have been a peep hole or some damp damage. No idea. 10. Maid service was extremely late in the day like 3pm and totally missed my friends room (no idea why because there was no do not disturb sign and we were not in the rooms) 11. Mostly the photos are a bit deceptive. The pool is much smaller than it seems and is just deep like 2m and you have to climb in an out instead of most pools which are on a gradient with steps for easy access. Most of the pictures of the rooms on hotel booking websites are the delux rooms which is a bit deceiving too.

Terrible hotel if you like resting. Extremely (!!!) loud music until 00:30 with average of 87 dB at 4th floor (meaning ear damage in 30 mins). small bad positioned swimmingpool. Don’t go here if you want any kind of rest
