I went to visto a friend staying there and only accessed the swimming pool and the bar area. The place is average, the bar is very basic and they don't know how to make a common shake coffee. The facilities are dated and it feels stepping into the 80s.

The hotel is in line 2 from the beach. The kitchen is great and diversified. The rooms need to be renovated. It would be excellent if there was more organization for children. The staff is kind. There is a spa on the 7th floor, the Turkish bath does not work, only the Finnish one.Between 21.07 and 26.07, an international fireworks competition was organized on the beach.

Good hotel for the its price. The breakfast is so genereous. The staff are friendly. Ask to not have a room beside the lift because it's very noisy, we had to ask to change our room which was beside the lift. If you come by car, better to book a parking with them for 15 eur/day it's worth rather because finding a parking is not always easy. The indoor swimming pool is so nice, clean and not very cold. The outdoor swimming pool looks nice but we did not try. The beach is only 3 minutes by foot. A lot of restaurants and small shops around the hotel.

Nice hotel, corona proof, spacious room, very hygienic, 150 mtrs from beach. Only minus is that "all in" guests obviously are not appreciated??? All waiters have multiple own rules regarding service??? Incomprehensible that you must sign ticket with room nr for each and every drink you order? IT medieval standards... Such a shame... We will not return here...

Very nice place and kind room service. Perfect location - only 5 minutes from the beach. Air-conditioned and clean rooms with balconies. Tourist bus stops just next to the hotel. One can ask for a help to rent a car or add some extra equipment to the room. Nevertheless, 4 stars from 5 - the food in the hotel restaurant is mediocre. Everything is ok, very big selection, fresh fruits, but all the food is a little too dry, to blend and everything cooked with the a lot of fet. The impression from the restaurant is that personal doesn't care about what their are doing. Even freshly grilled fish sometimes is not tasty! Both, to dry and to bland. The only positive side of it - pastry and sweets. Very sorry, actually, because in general we are very suttisfied with our hotel stay. I could recommend this hotel for families with kids and to everyone if one doesn't expect anything from the food.

I've been staying for almost 7 days, loving the stay there. Super nice outside area, clean pool and nice bar area. But disappointed with the room cleaning service. Exactly 7 days without even cleaning the bathroom floor, much less the toilet and bathtub, the balcony and the bedroom floor were poorly cleaned, I recorded and showed the service they had provided to reception, they were asked to come back to clean and the same was done (nothing well done). Super uncomfortable having a hotel room with 3 kids for 7 days with dirt. Other than that, a great location. (bed they made.)

We just returned from a week's stay and would definitely return. We loved Blanes and the hotel is in a good location. The rooms could do with a upgrade as a little dated and possibly a fridge and tea making facilities would have been beneficial. The entertainment offered is fabulous and I have to give a special shout out to Alex and Lucia as they are simply wonderful and brilliant at their jobs and all the children loved them. Activities throughout the day and kids club plus kids disco and then a different entertainment every night. We are not normally ones to just stay at the hotel and normally explore and go out - which we did but not as often as usual. The food in the restaurant was fabulous and different choice every lunch and evening - something for everyone. Mr Angel and Stuart were also very accommodating.

Old Hotel,no airconditioner in reception and lobby! Pool not very clean,inside pool smell of dampness ,rooms very basic,with old sofa beds,food not the best ,specially if you go with kids not much option for dinner or lunch for kids!breakfast was OK!not worth the money what we paid!

Comfortable, good location. The pool is nice and large. The hotel is a little dated and could use a facelift. Common areas could be cleaner. Staff/service is a mixed bag, depending on who&when you are interacting with. The check out time is very early (10am). When we stayed at the hotel, there was a DJ entertaining the guests in the evening, which was fun. Best for older travelers and families.

Many thanks to your great chef for delicious meals. Hotel is clean, cleaning ladies are very hardworking on regular basis! Swimming pool is also cool) but in room there wasn't conditioner.

The hotel is quite old but clean, nice swimming pool with a really friendly staff. Unfortunately the restaurant is only serving frozen food with no taste

Very nice hotel, near the beach with friendly staff. The cleaning lady was cleaning our room every day. The food was very tasty and plenty of choises.

Good hotel. But very poor Wi-Fi ( or even it's not connected there) and the noise from the road forces to close the windows for the night and to turn on the conditioner.

Clean but outdated hotel Friendly staff Bad kichen=greasy overall,recycle a lot of brunchfood for several occasions and not kept at hygienic temperatures.

Good selection of buffet food, varied daily. WiFi now free throughout (as of yesterday). Friendly staff.

Cleanings is bad: chambermaid during 7 days didn’t clean our toilets and bathroom, balcony… Just makes bed. But food and drinks in restaurant are perfect!
