One of the best restaurants in the region. We have enjoyed the dinner prepared by the chef Gabriel. He uses wood to make the barbecue so the meat becomes soft and keeps natural flavors. Services at the table were provided by Antonio, very dedicated to the customers and help to choose Catalan cuisine delicacy. Decent prices, lower than in other EU cities. We will sure come back in a future trip.

This has to be the finest restaurant in Malgrat de mar and area. Indeed, it has been my favourite since 1973 ! Good food well cooked and at the right price. With the most attentive service I'm sure it would be your favourite as well.

Absolutely spoilt and had a wonderful night out. Service and food unbelievable. The staff was all over us and the crack was brilliant. Next time I'm here I will be back and look forward to that. Highly recommend.

Cracking place. Sitting here trying to get all the food down me. Manchego cheese, followed by white beans, pork chops with mushrooms and baked potato. All cooked perfectly. The staff are friendly and attentive without being in your face. Highly recommended by me and Mrs Wife.

Literally the best sirlion I have had in Spain. The quality of food is exceptional and the service is just the same. I am a picky person when it comes to food and service and I don’t have anything to complain about. The owner was the one taking care of us and It shows he was traveling to many places in the world to bring back the best of them all to his restaurant that has been there for many decades. Rrally really strongly recommend and as Malgrat is full of all inclusive hotels with mainly average food this is a great escape for your soul and stomach. I would give it 12/10 if possible. Keep it up guys you are doing an amazing job.

2 nd time here and not as good as the first time. Food was a bit taste less and starters very mediocre. Catalan creme desert was fantastic I had lamb which came a three leg chops which were very under seasoned and 50% bone. Maybe this is the way they eat locally. Restaurant was certainly full of local clients who seemed to be getting more attention than we were. Bit under whelmed in the end..pity

Amazing place! We arrived and the owner immediately offered for us table. On the table is was served olive's, garden tomatoes and delicious garlic sauce. Here you can get the most cold beer! Food was delicious, service is top, beautiful place to spend good time and enjoy your food, because this people like what they are doing!

I really loved this authentic Catalan restaurant. The food was so delicious, every bite. It was great to meet the head chef as he walked from table to table enquiring from customers if they were enjoying their meals, a sign of a man confident of his talents. We will definitely return again

Absolute hidden gem…! If you are in Malgrat De Mar make sure you come here. Absolutely gorgeous food and amazing service. We are from England so didn’t know much about the local cuisine but they happily showed us how to season etc / what the catalans do and it was such a lovely authentic evening. Ambiance is absolutely spot on inside - nice music on low with lovely lighting and the interior design is gorgeous. So sad we don’t live nearer as we would 100% be back in a heartbeat! 100/100!

Amazing staff, very friendly. Came here just for a wine on the first night and came back as soon as we could to taste the food, which was definitely no disappointment! Very fresh and good taste. The home made desserts where really really nice. Lovely waiter and very nice authentic restaurant. 10/10 recommendation!

Excellent spot. Traditional cuisine in an authentic atmosphere. If you are looking for a real local culinary experience this is your spot! I recommend the grilled mushrooms and the parrillada.

Very friendly staff. Traditional Spanish restaurant with very good food at very reasonable prices. Had a really nice meal with my family including grandchildren. The staff were friendly fun,and very helpful. All enjoyed their meal. I and my wife liked it so much we returned a second time.

We had a wonderful evening with Restaurant El Cortijo. Food was great and staff were super helpful and friendly and work really hard to make your evening enjoyable. We tried their specialty cheese cake, which was fabulous. We will definitely come back again to dine here. Highly recommended.
