lovely hotel very clean! very big! had a great selection of food at breakfast lunch and dinner. the snack bar was okay but there wasn’t any food that you can get after 8pm after dinner time. would recommend getting all inclusive as drinks can get pricey. would have been 5 stars however there wasn’t as much entertainment during the night. however the staff were very nice and helpful.

Cheap and old interior in rooms, although the food was excellent. The beach was very-very dirty (not a hotel's fault).

We are coming to this hotel in 3 weeks time. I was just wondering if the All inclusive at this hotel follows the rules of only 6 alcoholic drinks per person per day on All inclusive band? Many thanks

Stayed here during 2023 with a group of friends, going back in April for a solo trip and again in September this year, The hotel offers a good range of rooms and packages to suit all budgets esp the all inclusive. Entertainment nightly which is well displayed through the hotel, which ranges from good to so so. The pool area is good for the size of the hotel, and well located in the resort. I booked direct with the hotel, which proved to be easy after a few emails.

Absolutely loved staying here. The staff the rooms the pools the gardens all of it was amazing. Such a shame to leave. Cannot recommend enough! Even for those with dietary needs (i have a few allergies!). Thank you so so much for a wonderful family holiday !!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The hotel is a 5 min walk to the beach, close to shops and train station with a route to Barcelona. The greenery on site is beautiful and well looked after. Food was great and the rooms were nice and clean. The staff are the highlight of this hotel. We received a warm welcome at reception. The Animation team provide fun entertainment during the day for kids and adults. Toni, Edgar and their team at the bar provide an excellent service and are incredibly friendly. However, one thing to note is the queuing system for the buffet in the food hall could be more clearly signposted. There were often lengthy queues and it was difficult to move around the hall without bumping into others. Thank you Hotel Florida Park :)

One of my new favourite places to visit, the staff could not do enough for you (Shout out to the older gent on the bar and the lovely receptionist, I feel bad I couldn't see their name badges.. they had them I just couldn't see them 😅.) Everyone was so friendly and professional. The food was delicious and had a variety of options. I particularly loved their evening meals. The room was brilliant, a very comfortable bed with one complete mattress and I feel like I need to mention this as a lot of hotels I stayed in that have double beds push two together and put a fitted sheet over the top. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we loved it.

Wish there was no stars to award. Avoid this place and there mostly rude staff. The kids club lady was nice. Ton on reception was nice. Everyone else had either a worked too hard attitude or was just plain rude. No water with diner. No. Water. Have to pay for it. Parking is a joke but luckily there is a dirt lot not far where you can abandon your vehicle. Not near the sea really. The kids pool is small, the slightly larger pool ice cold in October. They had no A/C until I complained as it was “winter”. It was 28.C at night. Pathetic response to any complaints. The buffet starts at 8pm. They don’t care if you have kids who need feeding. Flies on the food and cheese at the buffet. They turn the place over to a French poker tour on fridays and they start drinking at 10am and smoking everywhere. Ends at 3-4am drunk banging and crashing doors and objects through the corridors. This is only half the reasons not to go to this hotel. I’m blocked on Facebook for my comments and they do NOT CARE. CUSTOMERS DO NOT MATTER TO THESE PEOPLE. . I wouldn’t go here again for free. Much better choices literally everywhere else.

I was in this hotel from 11.09-16.09. it was a grate time. The 2 reception ladies and gentlemen was very friendly and kind and he gave us very important tips for travel in Barcelona. The lady with a green blouse I think she’s the manager, she was very friendly and very professional. The food was very good. They offer different types of food. But some Netherland young tourists doesn’t know how to behave in dinner table or lunch table, this make me very uncomfortable and I think even the dinner helping team also felt uncomfortable to have such impolite misbehaved guests. That would be grate if we have a silent area for people who enjoy their meal in peace.some people come with bathing cloths to lunch it’s disgusting for me. They should really separate areas for silent and loud in eating room. The room is very comfortable and cleaning service is excellent. But rooms are not good isolated (my room was 459) sometimes I heard my neighbors. The bar was very nice. The young men were very friendly specially the man with simple beard in his chin who had a earring. Overall it was a good hotel. I will visit again.

Really lovely hotel in good clean condition. Staff are attentive and friendly. Good central location with lots to do nearby. The pool was clean with plenty of sunbeds. Rooms cleaned every day with fresh towels. The food is very good. Breakfast was a particular favourite with lovely pastries! The entertainment in the evening caters for mostly older people but still has a nice vibe. Great value for money. Rained on one of the days so we visited the spa and had a nice time for 10 euros each, little outdated but clean and tidy. Trip to Barcelona is only an hour on train from here with station directly outside, cost 6 euros each one way. Overall would highly recommend! - super cute hotel cats who we grew fond of!

Hotel not really geared up for all inclusive yet but hopefully will get better as season progresses. Had a room above next doors building works but they moved us straight away. Had a couple of cloudy days but Indoor pool out of use as heaters broken, and coffee machine broke later on in day also one lift broken and a door. Good variety of food but often not very warm, drinks were good real pepsi, Smirnoff vodka etc and bar staff friendly. Overall not a bad break.

Very friendly and hard working staff. The breakfast had a large variety of food to choose from and the taste was good. I especially enjoyed the cook preparing fresh eggs, omelettes and pancakes. The only negative was the loud sound from the outside of the hotel at around midnight which made it difficult to sleep one time but all in all a great experience and 100% recommendation!

Had not been here for 3 years and we noticed the improvements. Food was never bad but it has improved to the point of my wife not going out to eat once. That is the 1st time in 28 years of marriage, she is a very fussy eater. The staff as always were spot on. The Darts tournament that was on, packed the hotel with lots of drunk slightly noisy players / teams. We were warned by reception on arrival. But contrary to what you expect, they were all great fun, no trouble, no problem. Just a lot of people of all nations have a great time. We would not avoid going if they were there again. In general we had a lovely time and will be going back next year. Thank you to all the staff and ps. The animation girls were great.

We had a great stay, and enjoyed all facilities. The staff was friendly and at your surroundings every day. My son absolutely loved the pool and we had such a warm, lovely, fun experience. Definitely recommend from me and my family. Florida park is your hotel...

We went St Susanna for a family holiday and stayed at Florida Park, which is just over an hr ride from Barcelona Airport. The Hotel looks great most of the staff was friendly except the bar staff, I personally didn't get good service from them. The food was plenty, some dishes were nice and some were not. Sadly a few of the dishes were salty, which ruined the tast. The rooms were grest, but acceptable. only storage is a standing wardrobe which meant you could only hang up your tops and bottoms and the were no tea making facilities in the room which was a huge let down. There was a spa area but there was a daily fee of 10 euros. Would I go back again to St Susanna yes, to florida Park not really

My partner and I stayed here for a week. The service was impeccable and you are treated like royalty. Already thinking of booking for longer next year as soon as we get home. Bar staff were so lovely and gave us heart shaped balloons. We are both vegetarians, we found great options for this. The kids entertainers were amazing. There was fun water games at 12:30 and 3:30 every day, which was also quite fun for adults too. Perfecto.

Food was really really good. Every day we have different choice of food. It was 5 different buffer of different food from different types of meat, fish aĺl types of salads cold meat for sandwiches, fruits, cakes, pudding. For food was excellent well cooked. The place was very clean and the swimming pool also clean. The only thing need to be done to update the rooms to put comfortable sofa to sit in the rooms .Staff was good and helpful in you need anything. Location beautiful near shops and beach.

The location and the hotel is very nice. But the problem is the that the towels are too old, the flush of the toilet was broken, and they dont change pillow case. We found a lot of hair and a foundation. Which for sure is not from my husband. We dont know if the bed sheets were change. The breakfast is perfect. Its the best part of our stay in the hotel.

The holiday was superb. The hotel is clean, it's great for families, the food is good and you have something to choose from for all tastes. The staff is polite. Sebastian, the bartender at the all-in is a particularly polite and helpful man, he always exudes positive energy and is a pleasure to serve you. He is the example of the perfect employee.He brought a family touch to the holiday. In my view he deserves a raise.

As a family of 4 we had a fantastic week. Firstly the wonderful warm welcome with the reception staff 5* to them. The bar staff were exceptional especially Toni who contributed in making our holiday as wonderful as it was, a true asset to the hotel, the other bar staff were great too. Eva P in the dining room was so lovely and always smiling brightly and the food was great. Beds made and fresh towels every day. We cannot recommend this hotel enough with it's fantastic location, beach very close, train service up the road to Barcelona. Loved every minute.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Florida Park for two weeks for our honeymoon, and it was perfect. We chose the all-inclusive option, and the food was absolutely delicious. Every day, they had new drinks to try and the staff, including the cleaning personnel, were very friendly. The hotel is not too far from Barcelona, so we could visit the city when we wanted. At night, the hotel had special events planned that were very fun. Between the tasty food, nice rooms, and fun things to do, our stay was great. The hotel was a special part of our honeymoon, and we recommend it to others. We hope to go back someday.

Lovely last minute breakaway, lovely hotel, lovely friendly staff really help full, going all inclusive definatly worth it, the bar staff, 2 brothers and Edgar great bar staff, funny and entertaining, could not have asked for better😊🍹

Easily the best hotel in the resort. Food is superb with a great selection to suit all tastes and the restaurant staff just can’t do enough for you. A couple of the reception staff could do with a kick up the arse though.

Stayed for 4 nights full board. Breakfast OK. Lunch and dinner with lots of selections but not good quality very bland. Desserts tasted like defrosted packaged cakes. Although there was a fridge in room, drinks were barely cold and unable to adjust temperature. Positive was decent coffee , croissants and freshly made omelette. Waiting staff were rude. Reception have said that they will send invoice through email, still waiting for it! Beware website advertises indoor and outdoor pool, but to use the indoor pool and jacuzzi it is €10 pp for 2hours only. Will not be staying there again.

This is a relaxing and good value place to holiday. Good points are the staff are hardworking and efficient despite massive workload, the facilities are reasonably modern and there is always a sunbed available. Bad points I experienced, (which you may not). The bed gave me terrible bites, could be bed bugs. The dining experience - the food was lovely and plentiful - but the seating format is ghastly, you have to sit where you are told to, the next guest is about 2 inches from you, photo attached, and it’s a basically a gobble-and-go because meals times are quite restricted; I found it a massively off putting time. The drinks required some standardisation, too strong one day, fine the next. Sunbeds quite uncomfortable, and if you sit too close to the pool you suffer with groups of school teenagers diving constantly and applauding themselves. But for what I paid I’m not to disheartened; I did relax a lot.

My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Florida Park from 09/11/2022 to 09/17/2022. we were really pleasantly surprised. not only the practical location of the hotel, we also liked the hotel very much. the service was very good, the food was fantastic and the rooms as well as the spa and fitness area were very clean. special praise goes to the cleaning lady who worked on the 4th floor during this time. very clean and accommodating! we were also impressed by the really friendly and professional service in the dining room. With the crowds of people who ate there every day, the nice ladies even remembered “our” bottle of wine from the night before, without us having to show our hotel card. very attentive! We would also like to highlight the very professional reaction of the manager at the reception after we had a small problem. We would love to come back! Warm greetings from Germany.

My intention when booking a family holiday was to relax and spend some quality time with my family, I did this at Florida Park Hotel but I don’t think this hotel is very family friendly. There was a large group of Poker Tour players at the hotel which was fine but one night they had a party till 2am, we have a young child and we had no idea this would be happening. I wouldn’t mind if they told the rest of the hotel this was happening, our room was right above the pool which was lovely but you can hear loud music and shouting till 2am. I get that they want entertainment and parties but if I knew this in advance I would have gone elsewhere. If you looking for a relaxing quiet holiday with the family, maybe try another hotel. The food is good, lots of choice. Drinks ok but as other reviewers say the older bar staff are very rude to English people, they young guys seem nice. No AC in the hotel, was very hot for a couple days so very uncomfortable. Asked receptionist and told it’s broken, big busy hotel like this surely should get this sorted asap? I get it’s end of season but it’s half term and the hotel is busy. We enjoyed the pool and the beach though.

Hotel rooms are a good size for 2, refrigerator, safe and AC in standard rooms. Cleaners come everyday & we were provided with toiletries. The shower had a curtain that had yellow/ brown stains on them- these should be replaced frequently or they should have disposable ones. Selection at breakfast is amazing they have a wide range of food and drinks (only at breakfast) Downside is that people who aren’t all inclusive aren’t allowed free bottled water at dinner/ lunch- everyone should be entitled to drink water with their meal. Variety at dinner time was great and there was a live chef- desserts were very basic though. Pool is very nice and there are a lot of sun beds On the website and the TVs around the hotel it says that dinner ends at 21:30, we were told by the waitress it’s 21:00 and on the card we were given it says 20:00- there needs to be an agreement on a specific time.

Great hotel, excellent customer service (from receptionist to bar staff to restaurant and room maids), we did All Inclusive and felt it was a bargain (tasty food and lots of drinks)… cocktails not included in All Inclusive but could get them for a discount. Everything else in. We had a wonderful stay, thank you.

Friendly and reliable staffs; from reception to dining and cleaning team. We enjoyed nightly entertainment especially the "Flamenco". The food is great and provided us a quick breakfast before our check out (6am). I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed for 5 days in September. Transfer from Barcelona airport said approx 2 hours but took just over an hour. Hotel was spotlessly clean and rooms were lovely and comfortable. Plenty of loungers for the pool. Location is amazing for beach, shops, bars and public transport. Staff were amazing and helpful. The food was outstanding with soooo much choice. Loved our short break here and would definitely stay again.

Receptionists were helpful, housekeeping staff were friendly and smiling all the time. The restaurant is unbelievable - amazing choice, everything fresh and made from scratch. I would go back for the food right away if I could.

We really enjoyed our holiday in this hotel. Hotel is well equiped with anything you need, including sevice at the pool and programs for children and the adults. Food was very delicious with a huge choice to pick from. Hotel staff is incredibly pleasant and helpful. We were absolutely satisfied, so we highly recommend this hotel. Petr, Jitka, Charlotte.

Nice hotel, rooms very clean, every day new towels...it was top! The service was also quick and to the point.check-in and out was professional.Food was very good, swimmingpool was top...animation was good! We enjoyed it !👍

The staff were lovely and very hard working. Children's entertainment and the staff there were so wonderful with the kids and this makes it a great spot for families. Close to the beach so we had a lovely ocean view. The room was kept very clean too, thank you. Couple of negatives are that the rooms are not sound proofed at all so you do get a lot of noise coming in. Also though there is a huge variety of food in the restaurant it wasn't the best but that could just be me being a fussy eater. Though I'm unlikely to visit Santa Susana again, if I did I'd happily stay here again and do recommend this place.
