OMG! I was not expecting this! A wonderful museum about the history of ceramics in this area. Great historical information and examples of everything you can imagine related to the industry. Great displays...and work by current and historical ceramic artists. Very much a living museum with events held in its grounds.

Museum is located in small village which has nothing else to offer than this place. The museum itself gives a solid explanatory of the craft and history tied to this place which is OK and grants these three stars. However this experience lasts around 40 minutes and than there is no other place to go. I have no idea why nobody got the clue that village which is advertised as crade of ceramic craft has only 3 shops offering it, and other surrounds of the museum looks like wreck or poor slums. We walked around the area and we seen two antique shops and few locals havign tapas in one bar. I wouldn't judge it so harsh if not the fact you need to drive to this museum from Girona specially and afterwards the city doesnt offer anything besides cold refreshment on petrol station.

If you enjoy ceramics and history well displayed this is an ideal place to visit. Also go into the town and visit some ceramics shops.

Fantastic museum of the local pottery industry. Housed in the old factory producing industrial quantities of tiles and so forth, it has been impressively refurbished and the giant kilns and other remnants of the trade are fascinating, even if you're not into pottery. That said, the permanent collection has a great range of local pottery made for a wide variety of purposes which is well worth a look. We were amazed- the building's great and the displays are nicely curated. Well worth a visit.

Very much interesting exhibition about local history and traditional ceramics processes both industrial and artistic. Also includes temporary exhibitions of contemporary artists, local ceramic school students and collaborations with other related interests such as cuisine and gastronomic events.

The staff is very friendly. The museum occupies 2 storey building and is located inside an old ceramic factory. It has free parking inside its territory for a lot of cars and it holds temporary exhibition. You can ask information in English or French for the visit at the Reception desk.

The museum itself was quite nice. The exploiter was very friendly and helpfull. But if ceramics is not your thing, you will be out in 15 minutes.
