This camping is really bad. Super noise, loudest music, administration allows parties until 00:00 but this continues forever and if you call the reception and complain they just do not care and treat you unrespectfully. Other negative points, lack of security, restaurant has issues with payments and slow service. Will just not recommend it unless you are a teenager looking for a no rule all allowed camping.

Booked for 8 days on a premium pitch and lasted only 3. It does have a great beachfront location but…Facilities are ok but nothing special. Site seems to focus on the cabins. Its so noisy day and night. No perimeter as such so people wandering close to your pitch. The beachfront area we were in is next to a big sub let camp site for German teenagers party holidays. Literally hundreds arrived and were walking through our pitch even under the awning to acess the beach. The one chemical waste facility was at least 500m away. The whole site was grubby and we were next to a dump that they decided needed clearing with grab lorries over 3 days of our stay. Just not for us i guess as it was busy.

The awful restaurant I took 1 hour before receiving my pizza while all my table was served and the waiters are angry while these their fault! 😡

The receptionist man attitude with customers is very bad and i was at there at Sunday 23 abril around 7:10 pm . Please don't visit

A diamond on the beach.....This beautiful camp site for both tents, chalets and caravans is on the beach and is so well laid out you don't feel claustrophobic or have neighbours in your space! There is a spacious inviting swimming pool, laundromat, restaurant and bar as well as amusements for the children and live entertainment. It is centrally situated to Santa Susanna town and other restaurants and also to the station and the bus routes! All in all, an organised, neat and tidy place to stay and make memories!

Great location on the edge of the beach but also the most expensive motorhome stopover we visited in Spain. Over €50/ night to park your van under the pine trees (beach slots more) so your van gets covered in pine sap and pigeon s**t. Great facilities and poolside entertainment, near to restaurants and bars but not really value for money for parking a MH.

Our fourth stay here. Perfect location, good service, bungalows well equipped- even if not so new. Beach few steps away, sea going deep quite fast. Great paella in restaurant, nice animation, friendly atmosphere and great people working there. I am really enjoying to stay there. Only problem with group of young guys from Holland, but finally they were asked to leave campsite, which was the only solution, but maybe could be done earlier. We are going to visit Bon Repos again.

Next to the beach, great food, swimming pools accurate for kids and adults as well, the best animators' team. Very family and pets friendly place.

Not everyone but few people who serve at restaurant beside the music stage doesn't even earn half the amount we pay to stay for 1 week as a monthly salary might be looking rude to you if I say so , but this one lady was very rude at us , instead of cleaning the table and ask us what do we want to order , directly came to us and said this place is not to sit and watch the aerobatic event it's a place to have some drinks ,,, it's so funny , weird and rude to keep people in the service industry especially hotelier industry without teaching them to respond to guests , you people are not doing a charity there , we are paying good enough money to stay in your bungalow better teach your staff minimum manners and not to be racial and rude by looking at their skin color

Staff were wonderful helping beyond the call of duty. Restaurant food was average. Location right on the beach though.

Lovely beach location. Not many places open now. Staff very helpful. Only a little spoilt by cats poop and one unkind English lady.

Very nice campsite, especially if your lucky enough to get a beach side pitch. They take ACSI, which makes a difference as you get EHU thrown in .Santa Susanna is nice, with some good restaurants and bars. And they're are good cycle routes either way to explore.

I have been here quite a few times already as like the location on the beach and off the train (I don’t have a car).. the problem now compared to other years is there is zero actual camping (with a tent!) ground left.. it’s FULL of Caravans and bungalows now.. we got a ‘camp’ spot behind the security.. next to the trash bins and security ..It was loud, the train went by until 23:00.. there was a huge party on until 2am, the cars are in and out all the time( we heard everything as we were basically in the entrance to the site.. ) they tried to charge us twice over 60e per night for hard ground and next to the trash, not even a bungalow!.. the restaurant food was standard .. not so expensive.. some of the staff were nice but the tall, blondish straight hair waitress wasn’t so nice.. Next time I would be very careful to ask where the plot / bungalow is located in the site and if there’s any parties on.. !!

Stayed here before, obviously liked it enough to come back. Wonderful low season discounts. This time have a prime pitch right by the beach. Absolutely gorgeous. Admin and all staff pleasant and efficient. Decent mercado on site and 2 major supermarkets just over 1 km, easy bike or walk. An hour by train to Barcelona. Pitches typical of Spain a little tight, good clean toilets, showers. Good café/bar.

After 5 years we visited it again and this time everything was tip top. The ladies at the reception were very helpful, multi languaged and provided us with all the information we needed. The sanitary rooms were tip top clean. And the supermarket prices are perfectly reasonable compared to other camping places. We were very happy that we came back and spent a few days there. Very recommended. ----------- The location is really really great but everything else is very low standard. The cleanness of the toilets and showers depend on the type of the guests at that moment more than the facility itself. You don't get any kind of introduction at the check in at all. In time you figure it out by watching others. Be aware the market charges you extra 25 cent for cold water ;) But apart from all these negativities the location gives it a totally different charm.

One star is being generous. Do not even consider staying here. They do not understand the meaning of customer service. After 25 hours they had still failed to address relatively simple but large concerns. Getting in contact with someone was impossible.

As always very good camping ground. We were more than satisfied. Everything was tidy and cleaned up every day. Yummy menu del dia.

Owesone place for rest.direct to the beach.ideal for families with children and pets.very good restaurants in the near. Shopping places.very quiet and the people is very friendly. We come there every year for many weeks during the summer.

The actions for covid are good, they take your temperature and there isn't so much people.

Very good looking camping, surprisingly close to the beach. The camping is well organized in terms of security but the “security bracelet” is permanent.. Which they could change to an elastic one. The spots for caravans though are very small and do not allow for much space besides the caravan and tent.. The car.. Is left somewhere where there's free room. The places mostly have trees in the middle, or electricity supply in a weird location. Wi-Fi is very good available though!

excellent in all ways, its like having your own little house right on the beach - there are options for bungalows, apartments, pitching a tent or having a camper trailer. There are also: all inclusive amenity options with a full-service restaurant, bar, supermarket on site, plus sports facilities (outdoor and indoor) and recreational animation team, a live stage, laundry and equipment rental. it is literally: all things to all people in a beautiful natural surroundings with no riffraff. open year-round - unlike anything else in santa susanna, costa brava, barcelona. I only hope they keep expanding and that more places just like this open on beaches everywhere all over spain; all over for europe, all over the world. yes they got it perfectly right & eco friendly too
