Today (July 9) in the morning I arrived from Lloret de Mar to clarify what time you can come to the sauna. The guy at the reception said that the sauna (spa) can be visited from 15-21.00. He said nothing about restrictions with children! My son and I arrived for the second time from Lloret de Mar at 17.30 and the girl at the reception (she refused to give her name and worked without a badge) said that you can only go to the sauna with a child from 12 years old. My son is 12 years old and I offered to go for his documents, to which she said that it was stupid and she did not believe and they could not serve us. She pointed rudely to the door. My son was crying in the car. I am very disappointed with your service, especially with that rude lady at the front desk.

First Euro camp experience with our daughter, son in law and 3 year old grandchildren. We all had a brilliant time! We were well looked after by David and Christina the Eurocamp reps and the camping La Masia staff were also really friendly and helpful. The caravan was well appointed with all essential equipment including bbq. Beds were comfortable and the shady deck was great for relaxing and giving the little ones some freedom to make friends. All facilities on the site were in good order and spotlessly clean. We particularly loved the oasis pool as it was quieter and more suitable for the age of our grandchildren. The on site shop was well stocked with essentials, if a little expensive, but there are plenty of supermarkets locally. The in store bakery provided excellent fresh croissants! The site was also close to the beach so best of both worlds. Plenty of bars and restaurants locally and a beautiful promenade walk all the way to the harbour! We’d definitely go again!

Grounds and Eurocamp accommodation are spotless clean. Food on site is great with good prices. Pool's are excellent. Shows are aimed mainly at young Spanish and French. Staff are very friendly. Lifeguards at pool's are accommodating with ball's and inflatables when pools aren't busy.

Best campsite on the Costa Brava! Well maintained, spacious, great pools, lovely restaurants, shower-blocks are clean and all staff, from the director until security are the friendliest people you'll ever meet! My favorite campsite by far on the Costa Brava!

Been here earlier in the year and had lovely 10 day stay. Travelled back down from England through France and arrived at the site for a week on September 7th because we have ACSI Camping Card. The ACSI book states site accepts ACSI from September 1st. After a long day driving we tried to book in only to be told the ACSI book was wrong and it should have read September 11th. and instead they would charge us 34 euros per night and not 23 euros per night (the ACSI rate). I appreciate mistakes happen BUT it wasn't our mistake and a little bit of give and take might have been a way forward. We weren't going to be bullied so we went and spent the week next door at an equally good if not better site Camping Solmar which advertised ACSI available from September 1st in any event. We had a great week, at a great site with excellent facilities. We spent our money most afternoons in their bar and ate in there restaurant 4 evenings. In the words of Julie Roberts in Pretty Woman...BIG MISTAKE...La Masia.. Customer lost. Just a little common sense and this review wouldn't exist

We stayed for 2 weeks in August 2023. We stayed in the New apartman, we liked it. The camping was amazing for us. It is full with fun, party and music. It is not quiet, like most of the family campings. Its fun and animation is excellent!!!

Lovely family holiday. Great pools for the little ones and big ones too. Excellent facilities and a stone's throw from the beach and town! Extra bonus points as the main cafe by the main pool did a vegan pizza and vegan paella 👌🏽

We had a fabulous time at la masia. We were welcomed by Steve and Judy who made our stay a complete delight. Nothing was too much trouble. My 93 year mother stayed with me and everyone made her holiday one to remember. Steve and Judy were her favourite people, and , given her age, were more than helpful. I’d definitely recommend staying there as it caters for all ages. Children are safe and welcomed from the minute we arrived. My grandchildren who were with us had a fabulous week The camp is guarded by very vigilant staff, and if you didn’t have a wristband, you weren’t getting in. A fantastic week was had by all

Booked an apartment in may for 5 days. When we arrived we noticed that most people working there couldn't speak English nor wanting to try to speak English (with a few exceptions like the receptionist). We had to pay 200,- as deposit, what is an Insane amount for the appartement you get. The apartment was everything but modern, The apartment was clean, but the bathroom kept smelling like someone just did their business there. No way to get the smell out. also the camping outside smelled like dog poop.. the swimming pool was very crowden because the second pool was closed. So we disided to go to the spa, and this was a dissapointment as well. The spa is way to small, no warm water, The employees are unwelcoming.. and act like you're stupid When we wanted to check out we just got our deposit back but we didn't even get a goodbye or a thankyou for the visit. Besides that, is the camping located on a great location, a vew meters from the beach and shops.
