We've had a fantastic 10 nights in one of the two-bedroom apartments here. Well equipped room which is kept clean. We had views of the sea and mountains, although the balcony design means you can't see the views when sitting down. Pool area is not huge and sun loungers are all full by 10am most days in August but really relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff. Free pool towels, safe and laundry. We also found the food in the pool bar better than most of the restaurants in Santa Susanna. WiFi is decent but varies depending on where you are in the room/pool area etc.

Spacious, modern and comfortable rooms. The hotel was clean throughout. Pool was very clean and away from the road. Great food, friendly staff. Would highly recommend this hotel. Faultless.

We stayed here for 6 days, not once was the trash taken out and even by request only towels were changed. The receptionist was also very aggressive when we met with several other people from the hotel in our place just to have a chat and celebrate the birthday of one of us before leaving to a party. We originally recommended this place to our friends (10+ people who unfortunately stayed here)… To sum up we can not recommend to stay here. There are many better hotels in close distance some of our other friends booked and we will definetely tell everybody to avoid this hotel when we come back to Santa Susanna.

Stayed here for five days. The location is perfect; just a short walk from the beach and the train station (direct to Barcelona). Our apartment was very spacious and modern with good sized balcony. Everywhere was really clean and the staff were lovely... A big thank you to the young lady who kindly organised a car and spent time writing a list of places I should visit. The ladies at the breakfast bar were also friendly and accommodating... Would highly recommend

The best advice I can give you if your thinking of booking but don't know the area or unsure about the accommodation just do it you won't regret it. We stayed here for a week from the 20th to 27th of September 23. On our arrival we met the lovely Luisa on reception, she is what every receptionist should aspire to be, she is amazing at her job, We couldn't speak about her highly enough. Luisa gave us much needed advice on literally everything, where to visit, eat etc. Hi Luisa from a cold Ireland, I hope someday to visit you again. Thank you so much for your hospitality, you most definitely where one of the memories we will cherish from our visit to your beautiful country ❤️❤️

We stayed in a 2 bed self catering apartment. The room was large and had self catering facilities. The small pool was nice but too cold to use in October as it isn't heated. Located centrally to shops, restaurants etc.

Great place, nice location and big rooms with all the stuff you need.

A beautiful and comfortable hotel in the calm part of Santa Susanna, Catalunya. 300m from the beach, very good food, nice staff (also Polish speaking), close to all useful facilities and entertainment.

What can I say, this hotel/apartments & the staff are nothing but brilliant. The apartments are equipped with everything that you may need for your stay, the staff are more than helpful & happy, the hotel is outstaningly clean, our room was made up daily with clean towels & clean bedding changed regularly. The breakfast is also very good, with a variety of different foods to choose from, from pastries, fresh breads, toast, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, cakes, cold meats and a cooked breakfast on request, fresh juices, tea & coffee. The location is great, 5 minutes walk to the beach & a 5 minute walk to the train station where you can travel to Barcelona & neighbouring areas. There are various restaurants where you can get drinks & a good meal. I left my gilet in the apartment that my partner & I stayed in & the hotel very kindly sent it back to me in the UK which I received with 14days on my return, absolutely outstanding service. Would highly recommend & would definitely book to stay here again. Thank you to all the staff for a very enjoyable stay.

Stayed here with my family two adults and two teenagers at the end of May so the area was only opening up to the season's visitors which was great for us because we could eat and visit where we wanted without queues or booking. This hotel has a lovely dining area and also some nice restaurants near by too, nothing really fancy around here though that we could find the local shops had some very good bargains too, the weather was great and we were five minutes from the beach ⛱️ overall great for sun worshipers but not really engaging for teenagers or younger , rooms are well maintained and the staff are so friendly and approachable.

So clean and friendly, great food and location was perfect. Big apartment for low price. Our only complaint would be the housekeeping; everything was spotless however housekeepers ignore do not disturb signs, almost walked in on me and my friend naked multiple times ! Also rubbish been taken whilst out even with leaving DND sign on door. Bit invasive but apart from that it was absolutely great!!

The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The beds are good. Good (paid) parking facilities.

Lovely place, had a great time, difficult to communicate in the restaurant a few time but I guess I don't know any Spanish but we muddled through, rooms really nice & cleaned every day, reception really helpful.

The apartment was a really good size. Had everything we needed to be able to self cater when required. Housekeeping visited daily which was super. Nice bare and cafe below. Having ghe little supermarket under the hotel was great, as was the Sunday food market and carrefour behind the hotel. The pool was a good size with enough sun beds for the time of year we were there. Possibly not enough at the height of the season. All in all, thoroughly recommend it

We've got a 2 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor (top floor), with 2 en suite bathrooms and 2 roof top terraces. SPOT ON !!!

Staff very nice and friendly, very clean, they clean everyday and change towels, nice swimmingpool, good breakfast, good cocktails. All good!

The apartments are clean and spacious. The reception staff are excellent especially Montse who gave us advice re covid rules in Spain and asked me everyday if we needed anything and how my mother was after catching day 2 off our holiday. Also thank you to Luisa for arranging our private transfer to the airport. Will definitely be back next year.

Stayed here 6 nights. Perfect location. Proximity to beach, train station , super market, Shopping street right behind along with Bike rentals, Taxi and restaurants.. Rooms equipped with kitchen and were clean, spacious with Balcony, Swimming pool was good, breakfast not so good with very limited options, could not eat it couple of days same stuff..a Pool table is there if you want to play at cheap price. Overall it was nice experience. Will recommend it.

The hotel was fine, though the crazy rules are the reason for the low star rating. We had to buy washing up liquid as the dishes had to be returned clean. They also expected us to clean the room, but did not provide cleaning products. Last of all, the beds where like sleeping on a rock. The fold out couch was a lot more comfortable. The hotel claimed to offer a late check-out, though we could not use this service.

It was awesome. It was very clean, quiet and lovely place to go to. O my bad thing was I had to leave. The pins Colada's in hotel are also recommended. Location is good. Good range of things to do and a train that goes to Barcelona in an hour. Is regular and late. Not a bad word to say about any of it.

Great service,room very clean, housekeeping service every day with fresh towels. Staff very friendly and helpful, English speaking. Parking available. We needed to stay till 3 last day,and we were aloud for just 15 euro extra. Highly recommend.

All in all the hotel really exceeded our expectations and was great value for money. Were on holiday as a couple yet we were placed in a 6 person self-catering apartment. Room was very spacious and modern with 2 balconies. Hotel itself was also modern and kept very clean. Great location as was in walking distance to shops, beach, restaurants and train station. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk from the Santa Susanna train station. Great clean rooms. The rooms have great AC (we were there at the peak of the Autumn heat wave) and bathroom amenities. There is a kitchen area where you get Coffee machine,stove, fridge, and has a microwave. Staff and front desk were very friendly. If you arrive earlier than check-in time or checkout early, the hotel will store your luggage (which is excellent for most travelers).

Recommended for families. Staff very friendly
