What can I say.. let's start with the positives cleaning and reception staff are amazing. The weather is great. Negatives they advertise kids entertainment which consist of a game during the day and a couple of dance games in the evening. Accommodation hmmmm basic to say the least. Pictures used by travel agents most be 30 years old. The rooms need up dating to the 21st century. Food bland bland staff need to learn to smile and the chef needs to understand that food is meant to be tasteful. Bar staff I have to be fair some try to be accomdating. But order more than 1 drink good luck with what you get. Theme nights we have had an 80s night for the last 2 days and we are still awaiting the 80s to arrive!!!! Pay extra and stay at the Taurus just down the road.

The worst place hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We stayed in the other hotel as the main building was full. The hotels facilities were not great. - the pool was very dirty and full kids from schools and camp groups. - we noticed people didn’t stay in the hotel for very long. - the sun beds were very uncomfortable and there were not many parasols, so people often took them even when the sun beds were occupied. - Food was terrible. -never do all inclusive option as the hotel staff treat you like cattle My friends belongings were stolen in their rooms, a bracelet and cash was taken from her purse. We couldn’t lock personal belongings in the safe as it wasn’t working. The couple who ran owned the over stay hotel said the safes didn’t work and someone else had belongings taken before. We reported the thefts to the main reception team they didn’t care, they laughed in our faces and refused to help us report it to the police.

Just returned from a weeks holiday at this hotel - it wasn't terrible but it's not great. You do get what you pay for and we didn't have any terrible experiences, apart from a lot of noise from other guests slamming doors and shouting until early hours of the morning. The hotel is also just a short walk to local shops, the beach and great bars and restaurants. The room was very clean so we cannot fault that, the cleaners did a great job everyday. It also had air conditioning which was obviously great in the heat! We were self catering so we didn't experience the hotels food for ourselves, but we did hear things from other guests that the selection wasn't great and also not a huge amount of food on offer, so a lot of guests who were all inclusive ended up eating out most nights. The pool was always clean and the outside area was lovely, although hard to enjoy the pool most days because of the amount of children jumping and splashing and inflatables in the pool. Maybe some rules and supervision of the pool should be put in place, as a lot of the children and even adults were climbing and jumping into the pool. When we booked the hotel, it claimed to be family friendly, and a lot of aspects represented that, but music that was played throughout the day was quite explicit and not always appropriate for the small children that I saw staying at the hotel. Overall the hotel is okay and does represent 3 stars, but definitely has room for a lot of improvements.

Just got back from a weeks holiday and clearly the reviews are from people clearly expecting a 5* hotel... This hotel is 3* the staff are lovely! rooms very clean cleaners came everyday! swimming pool clean...our little one loved the entertainment! food could do with different variety daily as it was the same for breakfast every day but overall it was a lovely holiday

Hotel is great, yes a little dated and you don't go on holiday to stay in the room 24/7. Close to the beach and close to shops etc. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Food is fine and have a decent choice as long as your tastes are varied and feel like trying new foods. No complaints whatsoever

Nice hotel, very load music played at pool all day, it was clean and comfortable. If all inclusive the selection of food gets borning very quick.

Simple, but lovely and cozy 3*** hotel. It was our first trip to Spain and I can say that friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. We booked HB breakfasts and dinners, but the hotel gladly allowed us to change dinners for lunches if we had some shifts in our tourist schedule. Rooms were cleaned every day; towels, shampoos, soaps could be changed on demand but at least every two days. I did like the bar with relaxed atmosphere. Gracias, Paradis Park, for sweet memories!

I couldn't fault the room we were in as it was very clean and we had clean towels everyday. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. However because it is in a residential area everything closes at 23.00 pm. There is no night life in the area either. The pool area was very cramped with no room to move and the beds were very uncomfortable so we chose to go to the beach everyday. Not for anyone looking for a bit of a night life (and I'm 60) way too quiet.

I think for what we paid the room in the apartments is basic but ok with clean sheets. You can hear other people's doors etc. Breakfast is good. But the hotel decided it's closing on our second day for the season so we are to be taken elsewhere. Not seen the room etc there yet so hoping it works out. Not sure how we booked into a closing for the season hotel. May be loveholidays needs better communication. It will probably be fine but a bit disconcerting to be told on checking in you are going to be moved etc no email correspondence.
