Great location, close to the beach and loads of restaurants, also right next to a city tour train stop. Welcome desk staff are very friendly and helpful, but most of the restaurant staff doesn't speak english. Very nice room will all amenities and clean. Only shame is there is no control off the pool chairs so i ended up laying with my towel on the grass when there were chairs with towels but no one on them or even around the pool for hours.

Room floor was dirty with hair, dust and even a nail! The rooms are very small and there was only one electric plug. Food quality is average, but the waiting line to get a fried egg or pancakes during breakfast is unbearable, there is only 1 person serving and it takes more than 25 minutes of standing up in queue. Also obviously not enough staff to clean the rooms, at 15h the room was not done. Worse than this, the shower gel was empty when we arrived and it was never refilled in the 3 nights we were there. The paper thin walls let you hear everything your neighbors do and say at night. I'm not giving only 1 star because the pool area is very nice and the staff is friendly.

Checked in with a room full of long hair with a nail on the floor and a shower with no pressure whatsoever! They managed to deal with the shower pressure, but still haven’t cleaned the room properly until my last night! Beyond that, this is defo not a 4 stars and a waste of time and money for 144 euros! Just robbery! Just go somewhere else fellas!

Very disappointing experience for me. The rooms are nice and large. The staff is below average, I can understand for such a big hotel there have to be trainees as well, but the ones I had encountered didn't look like trainees. Badly organized, didn't give infornation upfront (needed to deposit some money to order from the bar and put the tab on the room, as an example).

And also staff is very kind and friendly 🙏Only one bad thing is then you can stay just 2 hours per day in this beautiful wellness. Yes it's small there so that's why, but if you planned as me one day - all day spent in Barcelona and then you have just one day to enjoy and relax in wellness, it's not enough just these 2 hours. Beautiful 4 Star hotel , fast and powerful shower, great WiFi, very large comfy bed, separate toilet, great service, spa and fitness center opposite the hotel, couple of minutes walks to the beach, everything is spot-on! Our room 519 with balcony is so amazing wake up every morning to a beautiful sunrise! Only one little disappointed was the foods wasn't 4 Stars

Rooms are nice, however their 4star superior quality is not reflected on their food service. Cheap quality, long waiting time for refills.

Excellent outdoor area, especially for children. Friendly staff, often inexperienced. Room Cleaning service: weak, room for improvement! (Staff not properly equipped and probably lacking time?) Buffet: food is ok.

Not sure where they find their stars, but this is definitely not a 4 stars. Dirty. Small. Shower gel is like a hand sanitiser dispenser. Looks like a camping within four walls. Don’t make the same mistake, go for another hotel or airbnb. Waste of time and money.

Friendly staff. The walls in The room Are very thin. We where luckily heavy sleepers. But we had problems with The beds in The room, they tried fixing The issue with changing beds, to another bed that sadly also had issues. (wobbely and sqeaky). In The end we just sucks it up and managed to sleep The remaining nights with The noise from The bed. Breakfast was fairly good, and enough to choose from. Luckily not as many people mid september so no issues getting pancakes, eggs etc. The spa is what you can expect for 12 euro per person. Its Nice and relaxing.

The room was cleaned every day, very good, the only problem was that every day things where missing. Our kids stayed here for a week with their equippe and every day they told us things where stolen from the rooms. Drinks, earrings, money that someone forgot, ect. The hotel was nice but that ruind the experience. Watch out with dinner also , half the time the meat/chicken was not baked enough and raw inside.

After Loret de Mar this was heaven, but the parking was near impossible. Upgraded to a superior room on the 7th floor and really enjoyed the crazy spa experience.

It's a bit old fashioned, rooms only have 1 mains outlet accessible so not much use when you have computer, phone, smart watch etc to charge. Food was mediocre but OK, location is near the beach, couple mins walk.

We just had an amazing holiday in this hotel. It’s very clean, breakfast and dinner were good. Close to the beach. We were very pleased with our stay.

Nothing special for my taste. Absolutely no 4 star hotel. Careful what you see online and what you get at arrival! We're not in the hotel but a cross the street in an apartment. Plus point is that we received a coupon for the whole family in the spa. The food is more than OK and all in buffet. Negative point is that the cooks and servants don't speak English. A 'few' understand French. The pool chairs are for free and are not possible to reserve. But, the most of the clients put already towels on them before they go to breakfast. Most of them are reserved but you don't see the owners of those towels. Pity but it is what it is. Lessons learned and we had no choice to do the same 🙃.

Amazing stay, good value for money, really good location right next to the beach and next to the City tour train stop. The breakfast was amazing. The room was very clean, the view was great. We also tried dinner for one night and had a great experience. We had an excelent stay.

Pretty nice hotel. Just couple of things: 1. if, choosing it, you think it is green park area nearby - it is not. It is car camping under the pine trees :) It takes quite a time to gain experience in getting desired temperature of water in shower. Temperature keeps changing, probably the heater capacity is not enough for such big hotel. And why there is no any hook for towels in the bathroom I have no idea. 3. Quite frustrating that with reasonable quality of food, the dishes are always! dirty. Passed dishwasher of course but always with particles of former content.

Nice hotel. Clean, not far from the sea, the food was quite good (for an all inclusive stay). The swimming pool area is quite nice, unfortunately for us ( we stayed there end of April - beginning of May) the swimming pool is not heated in cold weather, but it was still enjoyable to just sit on the chairs outside in the sun. You can access a really inexpensive spa just across the road. It's not a huge one, but quite nice.

Really lovely Hotel with and Amazing Spa! The hotel is relatively small but it doesn't feel like your all packed in. Great staff on reception and at the bar. The Spa is great. We paid 30 for the week and we could use it whenever we liked, however it's restricted to 25 person max, which we liked as it made sure it wasn't crowded. We would stay again and recommend if your looking for a place to just sit and relax in the sun with a book and beer 👍. Not good if you like Clubbing, as Blanes is more centered towards relaxing rather than partying.

Food is great, plenty of choice and it's fresh. Rooms are clean and roomy, beds are comfortable. Reception staff are very friendly as are most of waiting staff. A couple of complaints were dealt with very efficiently. Parking is only available on the road - out of season is free. Overall very pleased with the hotel. Did not use the fitness as spa - come on We're on holiday.

Food should be hot on the buffet

Nice service, nice employees, but most control the access to the pool, and the use of the pool loungers. Must cm put the tower in the pool lounger all day, don't give the change for other customers to use them.

Location , accommodation , staff and facilities at this hotel are 5 star. I stayed all inclusive and the choice of food was excellent from breakfast snacks lunch and evening meal there was something there for everyone a fantastic range of food. The only complaint was my room was located at the front of the hotel over the front entrance and unfortunately for me it was very noisy if the balcony door was open the noise of large coaches dropping new guest’s at the hotel plus it was a car park and a taxi pick up and drop off point and if anyone was smoking the smell would drift into the room. I made reception aware of my grievance and was told the hotel was full but if I wanted an upgraded room with a sea view I would have to pay . That was the sad side of my stay
