Owner
and
staff
very
rude
and
arrogant.
They
don’t
listen
and
I
had
to
re
order
my
food
twice.
I
ordered
paella,
one
portion
but
because
me
and
my
mom
shared
they
charged
for
two
people.
30€
for
some
rice.
Prices
anywhere
else
were
half
of
that.
Owner
was
so
rude
and
gave
out
to
us
that
we
ordered
what
we
ordered.
Was
yelling
and
laughing
at
us
when
we
were
not
explained
this
when
ordering.
Tried
to
rob
us.
Absolute
joke.
Got
hotdog
too
and
that
was
cold.
The
waiters
ignore
you
and
do
not
take
your
order
after
telling
you
to
sit
down
and
they
will
come
to
you.
Do
not
waste
your
time
here.
Better
restaurants
nearby.
Owner
needs
a
change
of
attitude
towards
tourists
and
maybe
a
personality
change.
I
am
shocked
by
how
rudely
we
were
treated.
He
was
yelling
over
me
when
we
didn’t
want
to
pay
that
because
that
was
a
joke
and
didn’t
let
us
speak.
Also
seafood
was
not
fresh
and
for
30€
I
would
actually
expect
fresh
and
good
quality.
Nothing
to
be
happy
about
here.
Food
took
1
hour
to
come
and
wasn’t
warm.
The
ignorance
towards
foreign
people
was
uncanny.
From
the
reviews
that
I
have
read
it
seems
like
the
waiting
time
is
an
issue
and
the
owner
always
has
to
defend
himself
and
make
the
person
look
bad.
The
way
I
see
it
is
if
he
has
to
defend
himself
against
people
that
we’re
not
happy
then
the
people
are
not
the
problem
because
the
restaurant
has
issues
and
staff
need
to
learn
better
customer
service,
and
to
be
polite.
I
will
not
be
nice
to
people
that
look
down
on
me
and
will
not
serve
or
be
communicating
with
me
and
my
family.
The
moment
there
was
a
miscommunication
issue
the
owner
should
apologize
for
the
inconvenience
and
explain
the
menu,
not
y
give
out
and
talk
over
me
because
he’s
right
and
I’m
wrong.
The
customer
isn’t
always
right
but
rule
number
one
of
customer
service
is
that
you
treat
the
customers
like
they
are
always
right
so
arguing
with
them
and
yelling
at
them
is
poor
manners.
