Be CAREFUL if you book this hotel not on the official website as the roof top pool is only for superior room guest ! And the hotel don’t even tell you on check in. I booked this hotel due to the roof top Poo and had not access only at an additional fee! Bad costumer service. Food service staff at restaurant super unfriendly AND they remove the buffet before 22:00 with out any notification! They gave me a table at 21:15 and said nothing! Then the hotel bar closes way before 22:00! They send you to the the “ main hotel bar” but it’s a public cafe full of non guests! I waited more than 10 mins before anyone came to my table! Definitely not the 4 star service they advertised!!! Will never come back here again.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as is the soundproofing, the only one that has been renovated( the new windows). The furniture is prehistoric. I arrived in the evening, the receptionist was very nice and flexible. Breakfast was a disaster. The bossy attitude of the arrogant middle aged lady working there was disappointing. The other guests sitting near us thought so too. There is no seating order, however, no one is allowed to sit by the window or next to the walls because the lady will send you away. Coffee cannot be taken from the restaurant in the lobby because the lady yells sternly at the guests. I paid for the services but it was still like being in a dormitory. This style was nowhere near 4 stars. At 10:00, coffee machine switched off, guests thrown out. The famous Spanish hospitality that I have experienced so far was not there in the restaurant. You have to pay for parking at the hotel. Never again!!!

Great hôtel. Near the beach. 2 swimmings pool. Great staff. But some doors are loud. I recommand the les Palmeres

We’ve stayed here several times. We come back because the staff are friendly and helpful, it’s very clean and the food is great. Thoroughly recommend in a nice resort.

The man at the front desk was super helpful and nice. They have a pool, a little adults only sunning pool on the roof, a jacuzzi on the roof, and an indoor spa pool and steam room (was by reservation only due to covid). We only spent one night but it was very clean and comfortable. The bar on the corner was a bit noisy but we had drink tickets to it so we tried it and the food was fine but felt pretty touristy. We stayed on a Monday night so it was pretty quiet and all the spanish tourists were done with summer holiday, and it felt like we had the hotel to ourselves. The breakfast was not as lavish as some hotels we’ve been at on this trip but was priced lower than those too.

Big room, coffee maker, hot water, great shower, balcony, black out curtains, USB charging ports. Situated in the middle of town but near the beach and on the street that has an underpass for beach access. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and an amazing selection. We are here for the Ironman and I can't think of a better location to stay. Midpoint from transition to finish.

Dirty bathroom when we checked in. Told was will sr d cleaning lady but never sent. Ac is not functioning. Room very very hot

This was our 3rd time visiting this hotel and since DWO have taken over the changes are really noticeable. The rooms smelt of sewage- really unpleasant The food was passable at the most. Very limited choice and not always labelled for allergies My daughters phone was stolen from the sun bed and no one wanted to help. This is not a disabled friendly hotel as my family member in a wheelchair couldn’t access 2 of the pools. The main pool had murky water There was no one serving in the bar for most of the time We had an issue with our booking and the reception member was very very rude

My parents staid in this hotel and were very happy with the experience. Comfortable rooms, very helpful personnel, good food and close to everything. Most of the 1 star reviews should be ignored, seem to be politically motivated due to the Catalonian independence process, and a fake rumour that the hotel had denied rooms to the Spanish police. So if you're looking for an affordable hotel with good rooms and services, this is definitely a good option in Calella.

We stayed for one week and it was very nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We will come back
