Stayed at hotel for a week with family. Good points are the children's entertainment and food. Pool ok. Bad points are the hotel beds are awful. Hard mattresses and cheap. Complained but hotel said all beds the same and offered no solution. Also if you arrive at pool after breakfast with children at 9 am nearly all the best sunbeds round pool are reserved which is really annoying. Hotel say money goes to charity but if you take the viewpoint you dont want to reserve and stop other guests you have no choice but to sit on chairs or grass. Due to this not being in the hotel description I would not recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a good nights sleep or relaxing time around the pool. ☹

Great hotel. That's not a 5 star hotel of course, but the rooms are fine and sunny with spacious and comfortable beds. Food is great and it suits all tastes. People at the reception and at the restaurant are fantastic, and last but not least, the hotel is situated at the end of the promenade, so it is very quiet. We loved it!

We visited this hotel in the low season. Hotel was still pretty full though. Great food at the morning and evening buffets! The price we paid was very low so a very good value for money here. We used the hotel to visit Barcelona a couple of times, which is an hour away using the train. Train station is across the street! Strange is that to get to the Beach you must somewhere go under the railroad, which is a small walk away from the hotel. Small sidenote: a hotel like this should not have employees at the front desk that do not speak English. Further on we had a great stay here and can recommend it.

We had 4nights in this hotel. Carmen the receptionist was extremely helpful and kind. Staff very friendly good value for money with the meals. Acvomodation was clean well kept . I would recommend this hotel.

Hermosa chimmi, close to the station, very friendly employees that always help you. The activities you can participate in are fun for the family and kids. The food you can get here is also tasty and there's enough to fill your needs. The rooms are nice and get cleaned daily. Also every tuesday there's a market infront of the hotel. Only downside is bad wifi/data if you'd need it. 11/10 i love french toast

We had a really nice week at hotel Maritim. The food at the buffet was very good and a lot of choice. Friendly staff and a very good atmosphere for families. There was always something to do for the children. Swimming, meeting other kids, animation and activities. Giving us parents more than enough time to have a quiet moment for ourselves. We personally didn't really like the " over the top " mini disco animation by the male animator and his very repetitive humour. We much more prefered the discrete and charming approach of Shanté, the other animator. We had some really lovely days at the beach , but we prefered to take the car a couple of minutes further to pinada because the beaches at Santa Susanna seem much more littered with plastic and garbage. We are absolutely in love with the hotel , not so much with Santa Susanna. But if you don't plan on leaving the hotel too much, you won't regret your vacation here. I think we'll be back.

One of the best hotels in Spain!! We would like to recommend this hotel to literally everyone. We are family of 5 and the size of a room suprised as, we finally had room that was siutable for us. The prize to quality is just perfect. The staff in the whole hotel. including recepcionists, waiters and animators and everyone was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Huge thanks to an extremaly kind guy in recepcion. He is absolutely brilliant. Also the food is on a highest possible level. It was extremaly delicious and no one every had any stomach problem. The drinks are also very affordable, not as usually too expensive. Couldn't be better. We would deffinetly want to come back there as many times as possible. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so special. Highly recommended!!

The hotel is great for money! Very close to the beach. Great job of entertainment team,every night good live music near the pool. The room isn’t new&stylish,but quite ok. We had family room for 5 person,and were satisfied. The food in the restaurant was super!Every evening was something special! We were glad to stay here!

Quality of food is truly outstanding. Best of the best we have had in Spain. People in the restaurant are very hospitable, very organised and efficient (10/10). High standards of cleaning. Good size rooms and very good customer service. Highly recommended.

We were for second year in this hotel, I have not been in another hotel in this region, but everything’s is very good - the rooms are cleaned every day, good food, clean pool, we had big terrace and enjoyed the view of the see…also I feel perfectly fine exploring the region by foot or with car, English speaks everyone.

This Hotel is just getting on everybodys‘s nerves. They just start their „program“ at 10 PM. They play incredibly loud music until midnight. So if you or your children want to sleep after midnight just go for it and have fun. Otherwise no

I can't recommend this hotel enough. Perfect location to be able to walk to the beach or the next town. The rooms are cleaned everyday. The food is absolutely amazing with something different everyday , 1 night there was even a chocolate fountain. The staff are all so so friendly and all seem happy to work there . Entertainment every night in the bar and the staff is the bar are super but I must give a special mention to Fabian, a lovely man with a great sense of humour.

Fantastic hotel. Hotel is kept spotlessly clean; the food is very good and plenty to choose from. The staff are fantastic, all very polite and helpful. The hotel is right across the road from Santa Susanna railway station making the location of the hotel really good for exploring the area. Would recommend this hotel for a vacation.

Nice place, nice people and Amazing foods at dinner and breakfast

Went here in July 2016. Amazing hotel with very friendly and helpfull staff. Very large variety of food at the buffet each time. Directly across the trainstation so perfect for making daytrips. The swimmingpool wasn't really inviting to me due to the overwhelming amount of kids in it but the beach is only a short walk away.

We had a wonderful stay here. No complaints.

I booked directly. EasyJet then cancelled our flight at the last minute with no alternative ability to get there. I phoned the Hotel to tell them and they didn't charge me the full booking, which they were well within their rights to do. Thank you Montemar and especially Santa Suzzana. Brilliant!

Had a great time staff could not be more helpful nothing was a problem clean food good Need to improve on entertainment mix it up we just had dancers all week would definitely recommend this hotel I will go back
