Like
many
others,
I
read
the
reviews
before
making
my
decision,
but
I
regretted
it
in
the
end.
The
hotel's
appearance
was
deceiving,
as
it
didn't
live
up
to
its
looks.
Everywhere
you
turn
in
the
hotel,
there
are
additional
expenses
waiting
for
you.
Out
of
the
three
restaurants,
only
Ginger
had
a
very
limited
menu.
Bamboo
had
nice
views
and
drinks,
but
also
a
limited
menu.
The
other
restaurant
only
offered
a
buffet.

If
you're
looking
for
a
place
to
sleep
and
explore
other
parts
of
town,
then
go
ahead,
as
the
beds
are
comfortable.
On
our
first
day,
we
arrived
early
but
were
informed
that
early
check-ins
were
not
allowed,
despite
their
false
advertisement.
They
encouraged
us
to
spend
money
in
the
resort,
so
we
did,
but
the
lunch
at
Ginger
was
disappointing
and
cost
us
60
euros
alone.
The
lady
at
the
reception
was
rude
and
dismissive,
refusing
to
answer
my
questions.
Unfortunately,
this
behavior
continued
throughout
our
entire
stay.
Later,
we
pleaded
with
them
to
check
us
in
as
we
had
traveled
all
night
and
needed
rest.
Finally,
we
were
given
a
room
that
had
a
terrible
smell.
The
room
was
not
cleaned
at
regular
intervals,
and
we
often
had
to
remind
the
cleaners
to
come
and
do
their
job.
The
staff
were
consistently
rude,
with
98%
of
them
unable
to
understand
English
and
displaying
racist
behavior.
They
would
sometimes
ignore
us
and
refuse
to
serve
us.
In
the
buffet
area,
they
repeatedly
seated
us
next
to
other
people
of
color,
despite
our
requests
to
sit
elsewhere.
Most
of
the
staff
were
unhelpful.
We
had
no
towels
for
two
days,
the
phone
didn't
work,
the
air
conditioning
was
malfunctioning,
and
the
bins
weren't
emptied.
On
our
last
day,
despite
requesting
a
late
check-out
days
in
advance
and
even
offering
to
pay
extra,
we
were
denied.
When
we
asked
two
different
staff
members
for
directions
to
where
our
transfers
would
pick
us
up,
we
were
given
incorrect
information.
As
a
result,
we
missed
our
transfers
to
Girona
and
had
to
wait
in
the
scorching
sun
for
half
an
hour.
The
same
staff
member
who
misled
us
then
tried
to
act
like
nothing
had
happened
and
suggested
we
take
a
taxi
for
100
euros,
claiming
to
know
the
driver
and
doing
us
a
favor.
We
eventually
had
to
seek
assistance
from
another
staff
member
and
the
manager,
but
we
still
had
to
pay
65
euros.
The
food
was
terrible,
with
the
same
options
served
every
day.
The
drinks
were
overpriced,
which
is
surprising
considering
we
live
in
London.
The
food
itself
was
also
overpriced,
as
was
the
spa.
The
bathrooms
had
a
foul
odor,
possibly
due
to
plumbing
issues.
Even
basic
necessities
like
water
came
with
an
additional
charge.
The
only
positive
aspects
were
the
pool
and
the
rooms.
Apart
from
that,
the
hotel
is
just
an
attractive
building
lacking
substance.
Unfortunately,
we
won't
be
returning,
and
we
had
hoped
to
host
our
events
here
if
it
had
been
a
pleasant
experience.
We
will
be
sharing
our
negative
experience
with
others.
