Nice AC gym one of its kind in locality, very good equipments, and facility of functional training /yoga/ zumba and aerobics are also available here

I have recently joined the Gym and was worried about whether I can have the right gym or not in AKluj. Finally one of my friend refered me about Rise to fitness Gym. To be honest it is best Gym. Workout Machine are very good, Have special big hall of zumba and other activities. due to covide only the batches not yet started. GYM open daily early at 5 AM sharp, It is one of the best Gym in AKluj, All equipment we have including cardio and weight training. However I would like to give one suggestions only if you don't mind, which helps to improve many things. 1. In morning common trainer need to be there for support, teach and help to new members. This will help to Improve the confidance between members as they do the right workout under the guidance of trainers. I hope this will take as postive feedback and think on it🙂.

Best and ideal equipments... Gives proper shape... N balanced body... One needs atleast 2 hours to fully utilize the gym
