If the services are meant for the particular society only, why do you have to put ads online for everyone to know ? No professionalism in terms of doing business.

It is in a Gated Community with High rise Towers. The salon was good and SPA is also available there. The ambience is also quite nice. It is mostly busy on weekends only. It will be free on weekdays as everyone lives there are mostly working. The staff are cordial, understands very well whatever we ask for. My experience with the Alexander Salon and Spa is truely good. I recommend to all my friends.

While residing at Golf Edge we had access to the Salon. The Salon at the time had recently opened. It was located in one of the towers on the Golf Edge property. I'm not too sure on how one would go about accessing if they did not reside on the property as the golf edge property is a gated one with security. I'm sure if you called ahead and scheduled an appointment, you would have a scheduled confirmed entry as I know I was able to schedule entry for any of our guests or delivery personnel. I have used the salon for several of their services and will say I've had a very pleasant experience with the various staff at each station. The attendant who takes the call is very kind and courteous. The pricing is standard, printed, and upfront so no surprises. I was able to get a cost total over the phone so I could come prepared if I opted for cash. The only thing I will say is that the cost is on the high end and I'm sure if I shopped around I could have gotten the same services (at a different experience level) completed at a lower cost somewhere else. I opted for booking, language (english) convenience, and proximity, and of course my initial experience had me coming back to explore more services. On days I waited, there was a lovely view of the city through their windows as the salon was on the higher floors. Again, not the most affordable option, but is very convenient if you reside on the property.
