Scam artists. My phone(Nothing Phone 1) had gotten water inside it so i took it there. I mentioned that since water is still inside the phone, I didn't try to switch it on. They took the phone to 'check' it. They refused to give any paper proof of them receiving the phone. They mentioned that the diagnosis will take few hours at the very least but called me back in 30mins saying that the phone is completely gone. They said that they'll take my phone of 40k for 2k. Well, i of course didn't give my phone to them. After a while i decided to risk it and connected the charger to the phone, and everything was working perfectly!

I had a tough time to find the service centre as the shop number mentioned on Google is wrong, correct Shop number is 26 and the phone number mentioned is also invalid. After reaching there I got surprised to see that it is a multi brand service centre, they not only look into JBL but also provide service for different companies. Anyway I showed my flip 2 and explained the problem, they told me the solution without opening it and said they would charge me 1250 for just replacing a charging pin. I agreed to it and got my speaker after 2 days, speaker was working well but still I am not sure if they had really changed the pin or not because new pin always give you a tick sound when you put a charger into it. Well I am satisfied as I got my item repaired but somehow I felt they've charged me more than expected.

Very pathetic service. They don't even respond to our calls. They will keep your device for days and they will tell our quotation has not yet arrived. They atleast don't even check for product warranty. Irresponsible staff. And they are taking device evaluation fee of 800/- which is too much. In other authorized service centers they are charging 350/-. Too much difference in service and also service charge.

I have purchased JBL T110 BT after 9 months started facing problems with it and as per JBL customers support guidance I went to this place and with in 24hrs they have replaced it with new one and the people here are cool

Probably the worst place to be a service center. They don't say what is the problem even after repeated asking. My nothing phone is out of warranty and there was a cable that came loose which I got to know from online community and the customer care which takes around 30 mins to 1hr to fix. They said that is a motherboard issue and charged 4.5k for it, I know that there is no such issue and a cable that came loose needs to be fixed in place. This center is looting people of their money and please don't buy phones or products that don't have a dedicated service center.

Dis one is authorized lenovo and moto service center.. Don't worry about that..and About service, Buy a lenovo or moto product means keep relationships wituh service centre otherwise u have to regret.. Very bad mobiles.. Prefer other mobile brand... Lenovo or moto you are a big brand don't do this...still i ll give good points for staff behaviour..

Took my phone on March 16, 2023. Now it is May 25, which is more than two months and they say they are still repairing it. Never lift my calls and always give false promises once I get in touch. Extremely upset and don't know what to do.

No service center can be worse than these people. They don't respond to calls. I tried more than 50 times and they are not even bothered to attend calls. Even if they attend, they don't provide proper information. Sad that popular brands have tied-up with them for service. Pathetic people.

Token system is good.. not much crowded. This is an authorized centre for several brands ear phones. Staff should be trained on dealing the customer in polite way

Guys, please never buy boat earbuds. it has the main issue that opposite person cannot be able to hear our voice properly. And has got no noice cancellation. And the Staff say that they have nothing to resolve, either you have to go for replacement of the earbuds or buy another one which wastes our time and money. And there are so many people who walk to the service centers for having several issues of Boat earbuds. And one important thing is kindly not to buy Airdopes 148 boat earbuds. 🙏 Worst company. Worst response from the center and the customer care. 1 Star rating is even unworthy of the center and the boat company.

The worst service center u will ever find...I went to give my Lenovo laptop for screen replacement...the company rules say that no hard copy of invoice is required..but they say they need invoice...they make run up and down for xerox....the worst service center...better file a consumer case against them...there was a female employ there...just do nothing...she doesn't know how to find the damage protection validity.....so rude..males please stay from those ...i said is this the way you treat a customer and she said don't talk too much.....

By far the worst service center. They don't pick calls properly. They delay the repairs by citing one tech reason or the other. If there is another service location, pls. Avoid this center

This service centre has the worst service I have every experienced I gave my Nothing Adapter For Exchange 2 months ago And the Replaced item is not given yet Neither they are answering a single phone call since 2 months

I have given a msi laptop for fan replacement they made it good and fast and also resonable prices according to other service centers.

This is the Worst service ever they don't care about the customer requirements not they respond to calls I have given a Fireboltt ring 3 Smartwatch on 18/8/2023 till now it’s not Replaced and i call them more than 100 times but no response i never ever seen the worst service centre like this If you want to waste time, go to shree sai communication No proper response, buying new product again is much better than giving for service here.…….

I have given 1 star because I can't give stars in -minus... Worst service center I have ever visited. I gave my laptop while in warrenty they didn't done untill my Worrenty was over. They took my laptop battery which is suppose to put in laptop. Fraud service center

Worst service.They won't even respond to our calls after submitting our laptop and keep laptop with them for days. Anyone who gets service here will fed-up in no time.

3rd class service..took 2 and a half hour for a 20 mins job ( remove ssd from one laptop and add to other)...took them 1 hour to realise what kind of slot my laptop had ( ssd or hdd ) that to wrong. Took another half an hour to open basic laptop seal..when returned the laptop was not properly closed...i had to clip pack it myself.

Worst service center. Wanted to replace my nothing phone charger which is under warranty but no response from them. Never buy nothing phone

I went here for an MSI laptop fix. Good technical service personnel and reception person. Easy to find and relatively easy to contact. However, processes set by the parent and the companies involved, and the wait times are exasperating.

They don't answer your phone calls, though resolving the issue, but very much annoyed by calls...

i have received my airdopes 441 pro within 5 mins . just we need to show the invoice and the we need to mail them regarding the problem which u r facing

Though the wait time was long, the staff solved my problem in 5mins. Replacement was given in 5mins. The staff is headed by their excellent leader. Give her a raise.

Great work but took almost 45days to get replacement of Bose qc buds.highly recommend for the quality service.least recommend for the urgent response.

Good response, Suggested near by service center in Dilshuknagar for Micromax mobile. but no power backup in service center, if power is gone, you have to wait until power is turned on by TSSPDCL.

Pathetic serivce. I had given my MSI laptop a month ago and it still hasn't been repaired. All they are doing is just postponing and still not following up with me.

It’s Worst Service Centre. From the other reviews I got to know it’s a Scam Centre (maybe?). They took my Nothing mobile for service (which is under warranty) and kept it for 4 long weeks. But the issue wasn’t resolved. I am really afraid if they really will do anything. Maybe they will do NOTHING which is UNDER WARRENTY. These people never lift the call. I called Nothing Service Customer Care and they gave me literally Nothing. Don’t buy Nothing devices as their service is bad and they don’t have at least knowledge or control on what their official third party centres are doing. I don’t have any words to express the way these people did. Never will approach here or buy a Nothing. Shame on you people.
