Being
a
happy
customer,
I
did
not
think
I
would
comment
such
but
I
am
very
disappointed
with
their
service
as
we
had
booked
tickets
for
our
journey
recently
where
the
portal
showed
us
ticket
not
confirmed
page
but
the
money
was
debited,
it
happened
twice
and
now
when
we
asked
them
refund
they
responded
saying
from
there
side
everything
was
sent
on
time
and
the
refund
is
not
possible,
being
a
regular
person
to
book
tickets
I
have
not
taken
even
the
screenshot
of
the
error
page
which
they
are
asking
for
since
we
believed
that
refund
would
be
credited
for
booking
twice
for
same
people
but
the
team
says
they
cannot,
it
is
really
a
disappointment
as
for
us
each
penny
counts.
I
expect
the
service
has
equal
and
genuine
responsibility
towards
its
customers
as
we
have
for
them
