    Worst experience in red bus. In resently I have booked my ticket 30/8/23 date and system operator booked for 31/8/23. After cancer my ticket. They are deducted cancellation charges. Not my mistake but they are deducted my money .

    Hi Friends, Redbus app is worst and if you try to make payment via Amazon Pay will not work. But the amount will be deducted from your card and ticket will not be booked. They are not maintaining proper gateways for transactions. If we call customer care they will said the refund will be initiates with in 24 hrs but the original amount will back to your account with in 21 working days depends on your bank. Very poor maintenance. Better choose other ways to book the tickets. This is happened to my twice and hesitated with the service. Giving adds with stylish star and service wise zero stars.

    Number one fraud in online bookings my personal experience in Red bus app i will book a train in tatkal but waiting list as been 29 still showing but i will book the ticket transaction amount one day before but as per i am travelling time before two hours from Red bus app send me your ticket as not confirmed so you will transfer your money with charges but still now i can't resive any refund amount from Red bus app it's totally number one fraud of in online bookings i am kindly request to Google CEO this kind of app you must block them then take a legal action of them this is my kindly request to Google because i am a local guide in Google so i will will be telling my real truth to Google CEO kindly take a action of them If you need any confirmation i will have a screenshot of the conversation i will also send you for your reference Thanks& Regards Vidhu Views

    You guys ill go for police station cuz your customer care doesn't no the boarding location what you train them for i ask for some other location to board she's sayin i don't know that's a coustomer service? Red bus i have all records I'm gonna I'll go in consumer court!! I need reply of this mail on time or I'll put online case on red bus cuz your cc won't able to help me she cut the call that's too rude and your so called busy diver he can't send me the location his to sayin me the same location dum guys I'm going to make your company pay back

    Worst customer service.....I booked a ticket with APSRTC bus through redbus site and driver was telling ticket is not valid and I have to pay 1450 rs (i.e. extra ticket) for occupying the same seat. Called help desk team and logged a ticket with Redbus team and they were simply closing this issue without taking my concern and money is not refunded since a month...

    Service was not good, Provided vehicle got changed in the last minute which is not good because of that there is lot of delay in journey which they costed extra amount and the route discussed and travelled are different in kms which is also charged extra by redBus

    The worst customer service, I ever experienced before.the bus was cancelled by themself and refund was never made. I lost money I wouldn't recommend this services.no initiative towards problem just for name sake your say customer support. Because of you I have to book another bus and missed my appointments.i have lost my time, money and faith in you. My ticket no is 97062589. I even couldn't find my ticket details. As it shows you have completed your journey and rate us.there is no bus to travel what do you expect to rate.

    Google should give option to give zero or negative stars. Awful service. Business model is fraud. Once ticket has been confirmed for bus hire(12 seater), it was cancelled 2 hours before start time. Customer service is hard or next to impossible to reach. It takes 45 mins to reach, 'request a call back' does not seem to work after you book your ticket. The customer agent instead of providing alternate solutions, mentions cancellation as only option. Even though it was the Redbus issue, agent was not even willing to arrange two 6-seater cars instead. I wish company gets sued big time.

    Such a worst experience travelling to tirupathi from Hyderabad through redbus. Worst customer service . The bus break down happened at early morning 3 am in the middle of the high way . The driver told to board another different passing buses. . we had to stop the passing buses and check for the vacant seats . It was so troublesome with kids and luggage in the middle of night stopping the buses . We have started from 3 and finally got the local bus at 8 o clock morning. Literally we stood on roads for 4 hours continuously stopping the other buses .When tried reaching to customer care they simply told that it is just the booking platform and can't arrange other alternate means of transport nor the refund. We were supposed reach our destination by 6:30 but reached at 2 in the afternoon. We took the local bus as that was the only option at that point of time and the condition of the bus at the time of boarding was also very bad. Don't ever trust such commercial private buses. No safety measures . Very dangerous travelling redbus.

    Very bad service. Actually its a worst bus service I’ve ever experienced. The boarding point was changed without prior intimation. I’ve been waiting on the said boarding point and when the bus time already passed i called them and they asked me to come on another point to board. Bus quality was worst. Even the state transport buses are better than this. Whole staff was rude and very bad language. Never travel in this bus

    Being a happy customer, I did not think I would comment such but I am very disappointed with their service as we had booked tickets for our journey recently where the portal showed us ticket not confirmed page but the money was debited, it happened twice and now when we asked them refund they responded saying from there side everything was sent on time and the refund is not possible, being a regular person to book tickets I have not taken even the screenshot of the error page which they are asking for since we believed that refund would be credited for booking twice for same people but the team says they cannot, it is really a disappointment as for us each penny counts. I expect the service has equal and genuine responsibility towards its customers as we have for them

    Not even one star, Collecting AC Bus charges, providing non AC Bus. Don't book the bus from redbus. Don't waste your money. Poor service, when we are calling they are cutting the call and switch off.

    The worst I have ever seen in travel services. 1. AC slot in the bus was damaged and not rectified on my entire travel even if I informed to the operator. 2. Unknow passengers are traveled in the journey without official ticket which is most insecure. 3. Around 3 hours of delay in reaching the destination. 4. Without prior information bus operator wantedly shuffled the passengers (While traveling including me) to another bus even the existing bus is perfectly fine. 5. I have escalated the issue to Redbuddies but I haven't received any response from them, So I thought its waste of time to discuses with them aswell. I sincerely suggest the online reviewers and the passengers please dont travel in SVR travels and even don't prefer Redbus aswell as there is no point of customer Satisfaction. 0 out of 10 rating to SVR & REDBUS services. Really great efforts by the services.

    I had booked a Hafeezpet drop, but they took my son to Gachbowli instead. They informed me that we do not stop at Hafeezepet as per the route, but they allowed us to book until Hafeezepet during the booking process. I would advise any traveller to confirm their drop location before booking... and to purchase insurance in case of a mishap. I attempted to contact Redbus, but they did not respond via chat or phone. I am dissatisfied with this service.... when you give them feedback and a one-star rating on the redbus app They automatically take a 5 star rating, so you should read the bus reviews on Google or Mouthshut... don't believe redbus's rating...

    I have used redbus to for bus booikings like a many times. They have provided buses as per my preferences while booking. The bus was according to standard and punctual. Only thing is do no eat the snacks they provide you in the bus by the bus operators it may cause food poisoning or vommiting. Mine was given by Orange Travels. Apart from that it is all good. I would recommend REDBUS for future bookings.
