We have just purchased this new machine. Looks neat and compact. Packaging was good for transportation. Amreen was very helpful in getting the machine installation done on a video call. She made it really simple.

The coffee is really tasty, it is easy to use, it is easy to install, the power consumption as told by the customer support is four units per month which is Practically nothing. One of their staff member Ms Amreen called me to take a follow-up if I was satisfied with the machine and if I had any doubts and I put forth a plethora of questions before her she patiently and diligently explained all those nuances regarding maintenance and power consumption which was really satisfying and assuring that I have made the best purchase possible.

Bought a two head machine in Noida. The machine is eventually handy to operate and easy to intall. The programming is also simple. Installation was online and no executive comes but Ms Amreen did a great job in helping me out and making it simple. The tea and coffee that comes with the machine tastes good although still didn't try any other brand. It's 5 star as of now and hope stays same. Planning for another now.
