1. Two times at the billing, the staff did blunders in my last visits. They r concentrating on billing amount. Not on removing electronic tags 2. Should give space for customer to choose explore offers and articles. Then serve the cst accordingly. 3. Nobody knows about the sale when it had started. That's the irony! 4. Should provide alternatives for the cst on 1+1 offers. I had to purchase at mrp. No half price. The articles I got from 1+1 offer was rejected at billing. 5. I visited 3 ul stores. Shopping experience was worst in waiting and checking the offers.

The offers are shown misleading the costumers …and cheating The Display of OFEERS are cheating the customers… The offer specified that FLAT 50% in bold letters then it was written 3000 Merchandiae Free on purchase of worth 3000….further on the item there is another tag shows Buy 1 Get 1 free…. Later upon billing it was told that this offers are only available on purchase of Ra.6000/ - Then why the tag “ Buy 1 Get 1 free….” And Flat 50%… I will put this complaint with Consumer Forma also…. See the the response give by Owner........Its a monotonous reply for every review....... This mis leads the customers...

worst experience faced ... unfortunately during dasara time, i done my shopping here.. at end they told there is an offer .. u have to pay these amount and taken money from us and with in 15days we will call u like that they told ...till today i didn't receive any item from them..

It's a few metres next to Reliance trends. Unlimited's Quality is good, but When I visited, I didn't not find any discounts on any product. Except a perfume. They said offers will be available during special days/festive season Still the price is not as high as Reliance trends even though they give 20% discount on buy 2. Might be a change. But thats my personal opinion, what I experienced.

Good collection.. if possible visit during offers days.. otherwise we have to spend more amount for same product..

Staff is not clear about offers... I spent 2hrs to select things. At billing they simply said sorry sir the offer has expired. It happened me twice.

Don’t go to this place to buy clothes.. compare to any other branded show room the price are here very expensive and coming to the quality it was very worst. They promoting in there offer I purchased 4 T shirts for 3k and in one wash the colour of the T shirt was become lighter serious suggestion to the ppl who stay near by Karmanghat don’t buy here…

Worst shopping experience, clothes quality is degraded to very low level, billing took 45 mins to 1 hour , literally horrible waiting, guy on the counter keeps on scanning barcodes multiple times, I have decided never to visit Unlimited
