The rooms were neat and clean. It is located in the centre of the city so it is easily accessible for transportation like bus, Metro and railway station. Also, tourist spots are nearby like charminar and Birla Mandir. The service was good. They don't have a restaurant within them. Ample car parking space available.

TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT..!!! Worst experience with this hotel. Its located in one of the most unhygienic area where the sewage water flowing all around when you step down from hotel. Coming to Hotel amenities no hot water, plug points were not working, flush also not working. Staffs were harsh when we complained about it and they were in an attitude like yes its not working, if you want then stay or Go. NEVER EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL AND GET CHEATED, I don’t know from which angle this looks as 3 star hotel. Its overpriced, with the amenities they had not more than 1200 worth for this hotel. Also the reviews out here are all paid ones i guess where hotel management only put. I am surprised to see 5 ratings here.

This hotel is a very quick and efficient option for you if you are traveling to Hyderabad for a few days. The service has been unmatched, I think everyone has been extremely courteous, very friendly and extremely helpful to us, as well as hospitable. They do have breakfast available and they were kind enough to offer us tea on the last day. We were staying with them. They spend time with you and speak with you and definitely try to do the best to help you in anyway they can, even the owner and general manager The rooms are clean. They look relatively new, and if you would like a room service, you have to leave your key downstairs so that they service the room for you. Everything worked in the room, and there was plenty of hot water every time we showered. It is a little difficult to get to the hotel by car, because the road is a little bit narrow. You would have to step out of your car on the main road and walk in. The address and location on Google maps is correct. It is just behind the main road with lots of shopping and easy accessibility to Rickshaw‘s and Taxi’s.

“Accompanied by cockroaches” The size of the room was decent, the balcony is just there for namesake. The room was filled with cockroaches. Air conditioner was not up to the mark. Also there was no mini refrigerator is the room. The location is not on the main road and it gets hectic to get a rickshaw. You'll have to walk 200 metres or more to get one. If you're willing to visit Charminar then the fare for one-way trip will cost you around 100-120 bucks. The only good thing about the hotel is their staff. They're hard working and friendly. The management should make hygiene their priority and should provide basic needs such as a mini fridge in the room.

Pros : 1.Rooms are super clean 2. Bathroom was clean as well . 2.Rooms are big enough for 3 people 3.They actually put a bed and don't just put a mattress on the floor 4. Guy at reception is very polite and helpful Cons : 1.Location isn't good but I guess that's understandable as hotel is there in old Hyderabad 2. They don't have restaurant in the property but they will get you tea etc from the market in front if you ask 3. Same with the water .. you have to buy bottled water as they don't have water filter or water cooler. 4. The room service guy wasn't able to come on the second day of our stay and hotel had no replacement for him so no room service. Overall if you need to stay in old city and you have more than 2 persons accompanying you, go ahead and book this hotel . It's just you have to order food from outside

A very good Staying option in affordable price when in Hyderabad. It is in the middle of Charminar and Hussain sagar lake where auto will take only 100 to each location. Staff is also polite and are of helping nature.

I did return here and again they have never failed to disappoint me. The Manager was very kind enough to accommodate me during busy period. Also they did recognize and and gave a very warm welcome. The road is constructed and easy access to the hotel. The rooms were clean and staff was very courteous. I really wanted to thank Mr. Malik and the team for assisting me last minute by personally dropping me to the railway station. Had it not been help from you all I would have missed my train. You can order food from out and they do provide with plates and bowls. There is help 24/7 as the staff are always ready if anything is required. The rooms and washroom are spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and courteous. One can order breakfast, lunch and dinner from nearby restaurants like Grand hotel or suprabhat restaurant. Hotel staff also help in getting food.

Our stay at New Hotel Suhail during Christmas 2021 was great because the staff were very helpful. Rooms were very big, clean and prompt room service is available. They arranged cabs for sightseeing and all requirements were fulfilled. It is located at the heart of the city. So you can absolutely go for it if you are planning for a holiday at Hyderabad.

The hotel is very good and the location is also good. The staff over there is very friendly and the food they served was really good. One thing I just want to highlight about the breakfast is the time schedule. Please take care of the time and make the things available on time. Rest everything was great. Not a 3 star hotel and not worth the overall review rating of 4.5. Hotel does not have restaurant and does not provide breakfast as mentioned in description in google. It is difficult to find good restaurant serving breakfast nearby also. Metro stations are available within 1Km. Location is not that great. The entrance of hotel situated in a very narrow street which has electric and cooler shops and the street is very busy also. It is not safe to walk also. Google maps shows correct location but it is difficult to reach the hotel in a car due to narrow street which is heavily congested. Rooms and bathroom were reasonably clean but the cupboards were dirty and curtains had dust. Service also not that great as they didn't come to cleaning rooms during my 3 day stay. Also there was sewage water leakage in the street at front which made walking even more difficult. There was some smoking smell coming in the bathroom always. Can choose this if you are in for a single day trip but not that great if you are coming for a vacation with family.

Showed up with a last minute booking and they were very hospitable. Gave us lots of local food recommendations that suited our foreign stomachs, even let us leave our bags after we checked out because our train was later in the evening. Can't recommend this place enough!

I came to this hotel for a special head surgery from london for long stay. Initially i was bit afraid chosing this hotel for location and services that they will provide me during my surgery but i was very grateful to them that they offered me a best class of hospitality and services including tasty and fresh breakfast. Moreover the staff and reception services are very excellent...they were avaialble for me 24x7. Overall my experience in this hotel was very very good...i would recommend people to visit atleast once...thank you...

They also arranged us for sightseeing when asked, which was hassle free. My kids and family enjoyed the stay here. Very good for family I totally recommend.

This hotel is bang for buck. Its either a new/renovated hotel, with that being said the rooms are really nice and comfortable. They also have decent wifi and the hotel staff was very accommodating and nice. It does have decent parking but the hotel is connected by narrow roads

It was a pleasant stay. Very good hotel at a very good location and accessibility. Service was also very good. The reception people are very co operative and helpful . The persons with whom I have more interactions at reception were very good. Particularly adnan and khwaja are very soft , cooperative and helpful. I stayed 5 days to this hotel. This is best hotel for family stay in budget. 1. First of all the hotel is situated in such a way that all Vintage sites are round circle of 3km. That limit your teavel time and expences. 2. Hotel does not have the kitchen but the best hotels like The grand hotel which nearly from established since 1938 is on walking distance and provides good food. Your can order from hotel staff. 3. The hotel staff is so polite and have immediate responce time. 4. The hotel Manager/ Owner Mr. Malik sahab is very co operative person and his management regarding to hotel is excellent. 5. Dailly cleaning is done every time i came back from outing rooms are cleaned like its new and smells always good. There is 24/7 hot water in bathroom. 6. They also arrange vehicle if you need. 7. Mainly best hotel with budget friendly price at anytime check-in options without huzzle, no need to worry about our arrival timings. 2. Strong recommendations for any type of travelers (Bsiness, Solo, nd Family) with all safety measures. 3. It's located centrally so the visit to any other location from here is very much flexible with any mode of transportation.. without time restrcition you may roam around and stay in a peaceful environment.. 4. It's spacious for parking and accommodation with well maintained services and facilities. 5. Staff Adnan who really helped me till my check-out with patience guidance whenever needed. His gesture was awesome they way he treats the customers is truly considered for appreciation. 6. Since I traveled during my fasting days. Manager Malik his immense support towards Sahar requirements is priceless. And when we builds the conversation with Malik you may get more insights from his experience. Suggestions: Hair dryer, Water kettle in a room will be helpful when it's needed. I hve given my review based on true experience of my 5 days stays. I stayed here for 3 nights , the rooms are good but required to clear off the small bugs .. adjustable not infested with ....if they provide some auto/cab services to the nearest metro/bus station it will bea good place to stay

Please read the below detailed review to understand why have I rated it 4⭐️. 1) Parking space - 5/5 2) Location- 3/5 (Its located in a lane parallel to main road where road condition is worse & you wont be easily able to locate the hotel + no cab 🚕 or UBER drivers come inside the lane, so you have to always walk till the main road to get a cab) Just 1+ point is the hotel is situated in such a way that all Vintage sites are round circle of 3km. 3) Room - 4/5 (This looks like a newly renovated hotel, so rooms & washroom are clean but you wont get hot tap water to take a shower 🚿 + the TV in our room had no TataSky connection active for 3 days even though after reminding multiple times to the reception) 4) Bedsheets & pillow cover looked like they were not replaced for approx 3-4 usages as they had lot of dust on it +some other stains. 5) Room service - 4/5 (They don’t have in-house kitchen so don’t expect for any food delivery. Tea is served from a outside vendor so by the time it makes to the room its almost cold) Overall for the money we spent on the booking at-least we could expect hot tap water & clean bed + pillow covers.

Great hotel in Hyderabad. Clean and comfortable. It's probably the best bed I slept in while in India. They have a proper mattress and quiet adjustable air con. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I was impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere of the restaurant, which was further enhanced by the attentive and courteous service provided by your staff. But of course, the real star of the show was the food itself. Every dish was expertly prepared, bursting with flavor and perfectly presented. It was clear that the ingredients were of the highest quality and that great care had been taken in the preparation of each dish.
