Full of corrupt worker, asking 10₹for tea. I visited for birth certificate but that idiot asked xerox 50times finally I give 10₹he say thanku sir I will update. But still pending

Worst service ... had bad experience with Town Hall planning department and billing department. I wonder how these guys are still hanging around with such attitude. No wonder why there are talks about making these private. These type of guys should be micro managed.
