Good rooms,but rules are very strict,we can't bear that rules

I have booked room through MakeMyTrip at morning 8 then I called that check-in time is showing 11 but I may come early is it ok on call ?? They said no problem you can come and when I went there straight from a railway station they said no rooms are available you can cancelled it as there are no cancellation fee. They showed other hotel rooms beside but to stay with family isn't good. Got waiting room @11 and booked room @1.30 slept just 3 hours because of work near to this hotel I opted also can have some sleep for few hours because we had a train to catch at 8 P.M. same day they wasted our precious time and money... At reception they were good but because of their process we didn't get enough time to rest and paid 1400 for just 4 hours... Positive Note: rooms are new and very cleaned well maintained.

Superb rooms at lovely location with variety of restaurants around. At Hotel Milap Residency reception Imran bhai and Sameer bhai very helpful and guiding. Clean, decent and spacious room with all amenities in good condition and well-maintained. I usually stay in this hotel whenever I am in Hyderabad. On a phone call 24 hours prior they keep room for me. Excellent service and stay.

Very small and scary room. Bathroom had a drainage like smell. The bathroom door latch came off in my hand and I gave it to the manager standing behind me. Sad part is all the hotels below 2.5k are the same in this area. Very old property, unhygienic.

I stayed here with my mom for two days. They are very kind and very courteous staff. The rooms are very good. Neat and clean. Bathroom was well maintained too. Room service was excellent and quick. They took care of everything so that we can have a comfortable stay. As we are just two ladies they made sure about our security too. I would like to say this is the best place to stay especially it is located in the prime location of Ameerpet. So getting transport, metro everything is also easier.

We stayed in this hotel on family vacation for 6 days. Staff is very kind and helpful. Service experience was excellent. Managers were very co operative and flexible for any ad hoc requests. Rooms are spacious and location is central with easy accessibility to cabs, metro, autos, sightseeing places etc. Overall a great stay. Full marks to staff for taking care of us.
