The best around Airport, maybe in Bangalore! I had the most pleasant stay! Room was extremely neat, specially the sheets, towels and comforters were spotless and smelled really fresh. Most well behaved staff! Also to one of the staff member who offered to prepare food for me post 11pm, thank you so much for being considerate. It’s the little things that matter. Food was amazing and of adequate quantity. I was working during my stay, and the WiFi was super fast and never faced any issues unlike other places! Also we decided to extend our stay by day, because how much we enjoyed our stay. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I checked in for one night...my experience was just beyond the expectations. Amazing staff, great hospitality...'Shoib' receptionist was very good in dealing the guests he makes feel us welcomed. And 'Karthi" decorated my room for special occasion which was just unbeliveable and excellent decoration. Thank you so much for such an amazing experience.

Location was near the airport and of decent distance from the city IMO. Room was clean upon arrival with towels rolled aesthetically. The room is pleasantly designed, the mattress is very comfortable and the staff are very service-oriented. I havent slept so well in so long, the place is quiet too. There are other reviews about how the food is good, they are right. Huge shout out to the management team for being so accommodating with my change of dates and going the extra mile, such as helping me with my laundry and all. Would definitely come back. Highly recommended !

This is my first visit @ Karthik hotel rooms Manager Hotel and I would like to stay here only each time whenever I will visit to Bangalore going forward.. This is one of the best hotel in town. Behavior of the hotel person and Mohammed(Manager) is too polite.. Along with that they have a very good in house restaurant with great taste of good. Absolutely love this hotel and recommend all to stay here if you visit Bangalore 😇

Found this place after checking for best reviews online in that area. There are about 6-7 inns in that locality and everyone are in the similar price range. This inn was very different from the others! The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is planning a pitstop on the way to airport or Hyderabad. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in wee hours at like 2am. We got to hotel super late and we didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely recommend my friends there. The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms, and high quality service. Also, they are one of few hotels that allow locals to book a reservation. Our stay was booked here since we missed the flight and needed a place to bunk for a day to catch the early morning flight next day. The owner Mr. Mustafa was also extremely humble and friendly. He was up at 2am and looked energetic and fresh because he loves what he does and it shows in the quality of the place! Kudos to each and everyone for keeping this place in such wonderful shape!

Good location from airport 14km away and over all amazing happy stay , Hotel manager was very humble and soft-spoken and given good service to us .. from there i wanted to visit Aadi yogi which was only 47 km( 1hr) from Air Avenue hotel. Thanks for everything..Keep it up!

I must rate a 5 star is all aspects the staff is very very good and the service is nodoubt on point. Everything was managed very well during my stay the manager Mohammed is very helpful and good guy he helped me with a bike for rent so I could travel easily. And also I’m a gym freak so he made sure everyday morning there we boiled eggs available for me the chef also made my food as per my request and everyone was very supportive. I highly recommend staying here if you want to feel like home. I never felt I’m in a hotel . Thankyou guys keep doing the good work🫶🏻

We liked it. It was great staying here. Our room and toilet were clean. Most importantly it’s a quiet place. Away from all the traffic sounds. Good for families too. The only thing is that they should really improve on the food quality. Dishes are too oily. Car parking available next to the hotel building on an empty land. Park at your own risk they said but looks pretty safe. Rest is all good.

Pros - - Rooms, linen and towels are clean - All necessary daily items like Toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving blade, shaving gel, band-aid are provided. Room service and cleaning Cons - - Rooms are tiny. - Location is not that great - They don't bother about housekeeping everyday. They'll will do it only when you request for it

The staff gave us a good deal for the night stay. The room was good however the washroom was literally very small. The washbasin, bathing area and the pot were so closely packed in a small area that it's a bit concern of hygiene. Cleanliness is a concern. They should work on that. The breakfast was ok but had very few options including poha, boiled veggies and dahi vada. The staff should increase the variety in their breakfast.

Hotel is 15-20 min drive to airport. Rooms are small, but decent. Food is very good. The service is also good. Only negative thing they provided ertiga instead of innova. But that wasn't a big issue.

Had a recent stay at Air Avenue Hotel, Bangalore. It was indeed a pleasant experience. The hotel was very close to the airport and the service was excellent. The food was also very tasty. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Will definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to have a convenient stay near the airport.

This is a chic and cozy place for a good stay. The hotel staff go beyond the point of hospitality to take care of guests. I had to stop over for a night and then take a flight out for 7 day trip. I had the dilemma of where to leave my car and the hotel receptionist Mohammed offered to take care of my car for free. When I returned, the staff offered me tea and water, asked me to rest for a while before leaving with the car - all this with no intent to get money but with genuine intention to care for guests. I strongly recommend this place, don't think twice before booking!

Perfect hotel for connecting trip towards . The rooms were perfect for my family. and got a best deal. It is near the airport and away from the city traffic. If you are halting at Bangalore for a day and traveling . or even for a day or two . it is located at nice place at the outer ring road.

Rooms : Decent rooms but pay for the room only after checking the rooms. Rooms with just balcony space and is covered with the next building walls are charged for Balcony rooms . Pro tip: Pay while checking out and not while you check-in. Food : Ordered coffee which was just milk powder and coffee powder which can be made ourselves with the coffee packs available in the room. Lime juice was salty and was ok ok.

Had a very comfortable stay for more than 2 weeks. Very polite and co operative staff who went out of their way to facilitate us, tasty food and very clean as well.

The room was small but well done ; very clean; bed was really cozy and the pillows very soft ensuring good sleep; with dark curtains that ensured a sound sleep; food was really tasty and looked hygienic; TV had cable connection & Netflix installed; The location is good in the sense that it is just off the highway and very close to the airport; however the parking lot is insufficient; Excellent value for money.
