A nice little restaurant and bar in Malmö. Almost a hidden gem i would say. They have great service and food at good prices. You should definitely check this place out during the summertime for their clams, they are fantastic.

One of the best bars we visited in Malmö, friendly staff who are happy to help non Swedish speakers and a good range of IPA's, Stouts, Pilsners and more including a Whitstable Bay Stout which went down well! Eating area to the front, bar at the back and an outside space, recommended.

Nice place with good beer and really nice food. A bit to expensive for me, hence only four stars. But if money is not a big thing it could have gotten five.

A really nice establishment. It's a small restaurant with a big heart for food, beer, wine and (very) good service. You should probably call them beforehand to make sure that they have a table for you. They have to be really busy, considering it's a quality "foodery". I had the mussles seemed in beer and can absopositivelutely recommend that dish!

They are offering a wide range of different beers on tap. The barkeeper was friendly and offered good advice for making a choice. The place is a bit dark and uncomfortable though.

Very, very good ambience, cocktails off the chart, service excellent. Only reason they don't get 5 stars is that they need to seriously reconsider their tap options. Less sour and Belgian stuff that is mostly undrinkable at best, and a LOT more proper real ales. If they do that this place would be epic.

The atmosphere in the establishment is pleasant, simple, friendly. I understand why this place is so popular! We really enjoyed every evening that we spent in this institution. I am sure you will definitely come back there again and again! I recommend going their when you just want to relax comfortably, try original beer drinks , try GREAT food, and chat with a pleasant company. Syltan is everything you want a neighbourhood bar to be - The staff is welcoming, the food is excellent and there are some nice beers both on tap and bottle. The place can get a bit crowded on Tuesday Quiz nights and on Fridays when there is live music, so book a table to make sure you get a seat these nights. Other nights there is usually enough space to just drop by, both for food and drinks. The outdoor seating is open all-year and is located under roof so this isn't the place for sunbathing in summers. The service level is always at it's highest at Syltan, they make sure that you are satisfied and are happy to recommend food and drinks combinations. The food served is comfort food with a focus on classic Swedish dishes and I would say that the food is almost more fine dining than normal pub food. The prices are a bit higher than other pubs, but it's definitely worth it. Beer is the drink of choice here with a selection of 16+ taps in different styles and some bottles primarily in the style of sours and stouts. The prices are a bit above average so this isn't the place to go if you are looking for a cheap dive bar, there are other places nearby that are better suited for that. I can't recommend this place enough and I'm glad that it's one of the closest bars to my home.

Very cosey bar with a great selection of beers and food. The staff is very helpful and can recommend a perfect offer for you. This is a place which you need to visit. And there is a pub quiz on Tuesdays...

Around 20 (good craft) beer on tap, even more in the fridge. Nice menu with some 'husmanskost', snacks and more. Had a raggmunk, awesome. Good atmosphere, really friendly dude behind the bar.
