Great decoration and super helpful staff. We were a group of 7, and ordered different dishes based on the recommendation. Each one of us loved what we ordered. They also have a good wine selection if you want to order.

They say you can tell a lot about a great restaurant by how they treat a solo diner. Last night, on my first ever visit to Malmo, the team at Bouchon went out of their way to make me feel at home. Excellent ambience in a well appointed dining room. Spectacular food that I would have been eating at any first-rate bistro in France. But a menu that was unapologetically bold — offering blood sausage and peas as a starter (superb) and rabbit with dijon sauce as a main (awesome!). Dessert was homemade baklava with homemade ice cream — among the best I've had anywhere. The service was friendly, helpful, and attentive. Bottom line: this is a great place with amazing food, and would be a first rate choice in any city, any where in the world. And even though I was dining solo, they made my evening a lot of fun.

What a gem of a restaurant, really! Second time we visit Bouchon and definitely not the last one. The staff is amazing, happy to assist and personable. The food is sublime, delicious, well thought and well made. The wine list is quite extensive and features very good wines! Super cozy atmosphere, whether a date, dinner with friends or colleagues. Highly recommended!

The ambience was delightfully informal and quaint, yet classy. The staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The food was nothing short of incredible...creative flavors while keeping with traditional French fare. There were also a surprising number of gluten free options, including almost the entire dessert menu. We will definitely be going back.

Food and service was great! The portions were really well balanced. Highly recommend asking the staff for recommendations both for wine and food. My favorite was the orange souffle, would come back just for it! Super nice atmosphere, very cosy, also has great opening hours, can go for a later dinner there on Sunday! I plan to come back!

Absolutely delicious! We came specifically for the pressed duck and it did not disappoint in the slightest! Such a unique meal served in 5 courses that just get better and better as it went. We got the wine pairing and each wine was unique and paired incredibly well with the course. Would come again and recommend with no strings attached. Simply superb. The chefs here really know what they’re doing.

Favorite restaurant in Malmö if you like amazing French food!

This restaurant is not looking for a Micheline star but with that said it does not mean that it doesn't hold very high quality of courses. The starter tasted superb and so did the main course made of sirloin steak from Swedish cattle "Rödkulla". The steak definitely was one of the best steaks that I ever had. It came out on the plate for two and was covered with french fries, which is fine. However esthetically this dish would gain a lot if french fries were served in separate bowl and if the steak was presented for itself. The dessert on the other hand was a disappointment for me. There was no wow experience that I had with two previous courses. I didn't even like it. However I could see that the dessert on the menu has changed since my visit and the alternatives present today sound much better compared to the old ones. Overall service was good and I can promise you that this is a restaurant I will be getting back to several times.

Worth a visit. Service was great food could be better. Quite salty. Fries and tartar was perfect. Old fashioned was great. Portions were quite large. Price was average for what you can find in Malmö

The best meal I've had since moving here. I lived in France and Bouchon is authentic French food. Very highly recommended!

Food was good but a bit over priced. Small portions, should have taked 2 mains instead of an entree and a main. Good selection of wine on glas. Nice staff and nice atmosphere

This review is based on the Christmas menu offered by the restaurant. Together with the fantastic 3-course dinner (and a small bite of delicious cheese from Androuet) we also had an incredibly good and perfectly fitting wine package to complement the meal. A special mention for the tenderness and juiciness of the meat in the main course, it was heaven. The only thing I did not find spectacular (but still very good) was the dessert, as I am not particularly fond of total-chocolate sweets. The service was attentive and friendly.
