I have visited a number of restaurants in Malmö; Bord 13, Sture, Västergatan, Bloom in the Park, Vollmers among others, but this one, for me, is hands down the best culinary experience money can buy. Each dish brought back childhood memories for me since I grew up near a forest and since I spent a lot of my childhood near the ocean, and a lot of the dishes strongly reminded me of those times when I was much younger (So yeah, nostalgia was a big part of why I loved it, but that doesn't mean it isn't an awesome experience even if you didn't grow up near a forest). The chefs are really talkative and passionate, and they seem to truly care about the work they are doing! I just can't recommend this place enough. If you're planning ahead and want to book a restaurant for your significant other, or if you just want to taste some really amazing dishes and wines, this is a place you should definitely consider visiting.

Unexpectedly awesome, even though they have a michelin star. For sure worth a visit and we will be back once they open after summer again. Great concept, impeccable service and not only one but two bread courses when we there, both among the best dishes of the evening. We took the 6 course meal and tried both the wine and the alcohol free pairings, and we were very much happy with it all. Some really stellar cooking of local ingredients that make me salivate just remembering them. If you want a true michelin class dinner around Malmö, this is definitely a top contender.

Fabulous food and service! Simple and beautiful setting. I loved everything except the wine! They serve natural wines - something I have not yet learned to appreciate. But they have a blueberry cambucha and pear and black pepper juice that tastes amazing.

Me and my wife had a fantastic evening. The food, wine and juice was all amazing. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere with some really interesting dishes in what's apparently called The New Nordic, style of cooking. 3 year old, preserved, unripened blackberries, for example. Well worth a visit.

Just an extraordinary food experience with a mix of common and uncommon ingredients crafted into creative combinations for you to enjoy! Every tiny detail seems to be carefully planned to get the most out of each dish. The presentation is incredible and both Alex and Sven explained the food, ingredients, process and concept flawlessly. There was a sense of being included in the hard work that had been put into every part of making this culinary experience possible. I also want to applaud the guys for making a dinner feel like an adventure through the Scandinavian forest, field and garden! There was also a non-alcoholic “juice” menu to go with each dish. Very well matched and great taste.

Interesting and delicious. First time I've been to a restaurant that focuses so much on using humble ingredients and by fermenting and storing come up with something that gives you a new experience. For the foodies that are interested in the cooking (and storage and fermentation) this is heaven as the chefs are holding nothing back. The setting was intimate and laid back. Highly recommended!

Michelin star restaurant with really nice food. Love that they offer kombucha that they make by themselves. I love truffles so I was delighted to get one of those on one of the plates. Really lovely tasting menu. The chefs put a lot of love in their menus. Cozy atmosphere and stories about the food.

Amazing restaurant, probably the best in Sweden I have been to. Fascinating, creative dishes from local ingredients, nice ambiance and Sven and Alex are great at what they are doing. A truly awesome restaurant!
