I
recently
had
the
opportunity
to
dine
at
the
Embassy.
Upon
being
welcomed
through
the
signature
red
door,
I
felt
like
I
was
personally
invited
to
the
president.
The
great
atmosphere
of
refined
elegance
and
classic
charm.
With
tasteful
decor
and
a
luxurious
feel
that
wasn't
overdone.
The
service
was
nothing
short
of
exceptional.
The
staff,
embodying
the
epitome
of
professionalism,
greeted
us
with
warm
smiles
and
genuine
enthusiasm.
I
couldn't
have
asked
for
a
better
selection
and
recommendation
of
the
collections
of
wine.
Each
dish
was
presented
with
precision,
showcasing
culinary
expertise
but
also
a
deep
passion
for
the
art
of
gastronomy,
surprising
not
only
the
eyes
but
also
the
taste
buds.
It's
difficult
to
create
an
eleven-course
menu,
but
it's
even
harder
to
make
a
menu
that
gets
better
with
each
plate
served.
Each
dish
built
on
the
former
with
flavor
without
overdoing
it,
achieving
a
perfect
balance.
You
could
tell
that
Head
Chef
Alex,
have
created
our
menu
with
great
passion.
The
attention
to
detail
spoke
for
itself.
The
flavors
were
exquisite,
and
the
presentation
was
like
an
art
show
(the
good
kind).
Every
bite
was
a
journey
through
a
melody
of
tastes
and
textures
that
I
didn't
think
you
could
combine,
leaving
a
lasting
impression
that
tantalized
my
taste
buds
long
after
the
meal
was
over.
In
summary,
my
experience
at
Embassy
restaurant
was
great.
I
have
a
new
appreciation
for
food
and
I
look
forward
to
the
next
visit.
The
only
thing
I
regret,
is
that
I
didn't
visit
sooner.
Oh,
and
the
pralines
where
awesome!
