First time here. Their 4 formaggi was not impressive nor good. Tomatosauce was blank. I'll give their pasta a try next time. Place was in a cellar, cozy but a bit cramped imo. Service, was good! UPDATE. Their pasta is really good.

I have eaten at di Penco for almost 20 years now, and they still deliver the same fantastic quality and taste as when they opened. It truly is a staple of Malmö now and a must to try. Equal to the best places I've eaten at in Italy. Super friendly staff, great prices, impeccable quality.

Fantastic authentic Italian food. Great, well stocked deli downstairs. Great for families, plenty of space outside, a lovely way to spend a summer lunch/evening dinner.

Pizza Margaritha - very good. Pasta was very good. We had something else in mind when we ordered the antipasti speciale but ok. Nice and quick service. Good prices compared to other italians. Liked the small menue. Sat outside. Inside interior not attractive if you care for that. Will come back.

Great food but a bit hard to find the place in the dark

The pasta is homemade and very delicious, same with pizzas. Extremely authentic, all Italian speaking folks. I am kinda scared of some of the staff. The inside is a bit cozy, maybe cramped for some, but sitting in the outside area is the absolute best, especially in summer. They also have big 6.6cl bottles of imported Italian beer, very nice.

Great food, and ok service, but make no mistake... It's the basement of an apartment building. If you love "hole in the wall" hidden gems, this place is fine. Not great for large groups.

We had a great night tonight. The food and the wine was very good. But coffee was impossible order even though they still haven't closed yet. The first waitress was awesome, but the way the night ended was so bad.

Nicest little Italian place off the normal touristy routes - fantastic pizza. Authentic.

I had lunch here the other day, and they only had two types of pasta and pizza only by the slice (basically an American-style deep dish). The food was served within 5 min and was cold. I wanted to order two slices of pizza, but the waitress said one was enough. The waitress had a horrible attitude and service skills. She didn't even ask if we wanted something to drink, she just wanted to serve us quickly (it wasn’t very busy either). Overall, It was a bad experience, and the food was mediocre - poor. I probably won’t come back or recommend it to others.

Incredible pasta, we order mushroom pasta and cacio e pepe. Best pasta in malmö so far.

We took the lunch today - it was lasagne, as vegetarian they had home based fresh pasta with veggies! Taste of the lasagne was fantastic, especially the tomato sauce! I always get coffee at the end and I never get disappointed by the experience here! Staff is also very friendly. Absolutely deserved 5 stars

Woefully mediocre despite my expectations. Maybe the most overrated restaurant in the city. The staff spoke Spanish which explains how my pasta arrived overcooked and unsalted (sauce was good though); an Italian chef I imagine would rather die than serve something like that from their own cuisine. Service was sloppy and somehow the waiter was not very knowledgeable of what they had to offer, despite the very dull menu and limited wine selection. He might have been new. In any case I won’t come back and I won’t recommend this place to anyone I care about.

Great food for a nice price. The pasta of the day comes in 2 options one with meat and a vegetarian. Always good desserts as well! Very italian traditional restaurant.
