Food, was ok. I had some cracked shells, but taste was good. Price, average. Interior, sitting utdoors was the best option there. Design was "normal" for a bar. Felt more like a bar. Service, good!

Extraordinary food! We took the Swedish meatballs and were really amazed by the taste of the whole dish. Waiters were super professional and accommodating. Prices are more than right for the food quality and amount. Would always go back there!

The location of the place is cozy, surrounded by interesting different types of buildings, a narrow street devoid of traffic, and an entrance engulfed in greenery. Inside we have a small but well put together place with plenty of seating. For "just a lunch" we had great personal-feeling service, the lunch of the day (non-vegetarian option) was a fish based breaded patty with horseradish, dill and mashed potatoes, the fish was juicy, the mashed potatoes fluffy and the horseradish felt fresh. And to end the lunch with some complimentary coffee and small cake just made our day. Great value! Highly recommend a stop by for lunch if you want to feel welcome and have a great meal, I will need to stop by for dinner soon to try out the service then as well!

Wow. Joy wife and I randomly chose this place because we fancied some Swedish food. This place was so good! She had the meatballs and I had the lamb. Garlic bread was also to-die-for!

We only spent one day in Sweden but we were so happy we decided to try Siesta as our lunch stop. This was the best meal of our two week trip to Europe. The service and food were amazing.

I used the Bard to find this restaurant. We had the mussels with fries, the steak and the Swiss meatballs. The food very good, and the atmosphere and the neighborhood of the restaurant was ideal. Our waitress Vanja was sweet, helpful and made the dinner delightful.

This place is amazing, we stopped in for lunch and they had two options so we ordered one of each and were delighted with both. Excellent service, prices and delicious food! Highly recommend.

An underestimated gem in Malmö, most certainly undeservingly unvisited when we visited today. The food was excellent! Expect menu items that seemingly might sound unappetizing to be surprisingly very appealing to your taste buds. Will visit again!

Super nice, had great soup here. Place is nice, and wine and food was perfect. Was sitting outside at high tables, which was OK.

Had a wonderful evening with great Swedish food and super friendly service. The menu is focused on a fine selection, but still sufficient to please everyone. Highly recommend a visit!

Loved the food and the ambiance very much. We ordered traditional Swedish meatballs, vegetarian pasta, crémé pudding. It was lovely. Very friendly staff. They spoke so sweetly to us. Overall I highly recommend the place.

Great place with a good selection of tasty Swedish traditional dishes. Meatballs are a must and come cheaper than in the more touristic restaurants. Looks like a place mostly for locals which is a very good indicator. Cool interior design and very friendly and attentive staff.

After three months abroad I was really missing some traditional Swedish food. Therefore first tried the "Janssons Frestelse" and then the "Meatballs". Both dishes were great and I finished them both even though I was really full.... I skipped the dessert and simply went for an espresso after my meal. I recommend this place.

Had a lovely dinner with a couple of friends from Australia. There’s indoors and outdoors seatings at this quaint and charming little restaurant nestled in a corner. It’s my second visit and it’s a great place to have good food and drinks. The service was good too. We were dining on a Tuesday and it was rather busy. So I’d suggest making reservations. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking to have nice dinner.

Very tasty food (we had Köttbullar, Fish&Chips and Creme Brulee) and very friendly staff. Thanks to radiant heaters, sitting outside is also very comfortable, even in the evening.

A cozy place to have a nice dinner.I tried the lamb meat and it was perfect. just would be better if you book the table before going there.

Incredibly delicious meal—we got the Swedish Meatballs and Janssons something (a house specialty) and both were amazing, flavorful, and filling. Can’t say enough about the food, the great service, and the reasonable prices!

Sour beer, rhubarb. Smells like apple juice. Pretty good. Slight sour/tartness. Fruity. Maybe a touch of grapefruit. The meal stole the show Rich creamy potatoes. Lingon berries are sweet then tart to contrast. Cucumbers are perfectly pickled, reminiscent of a fresh summer picnic. Meatballs are perfectly done, not over cooked. Ever and flavorful. The gravy has a full flavor with earthy undertones and a much more significant texture compared to US gravy (soup). When paired with the potatoes it becomes sweet. Each bite is a new experience as the flavor grow and become more pronounced They were kind enough to seat me between reservations, and though I missed the window for starters, the waiter’s assistance was much appreciated. If you’re in Mamlo, be sure to visit Siesta!
