Pink Head Noodle Bar

Restaurant

👍👍 By far the tastiest shoyu ramen i have had outside of Japan. Noodles were perfect, broth was perfect, garnishment was perfect. The one thing would be the chachu which could use some flare. Still really good though. The atmosphere was very reminiscent of an Asian noodlebar as well. This will definite... People often mention good, noodles, lunch, nice, time,

This will definitely be my new lunch place when I visit Malmö and i highly recommend anyone to check it out. Vegan options are available as well!

We had their absolutely Mapo Biang for lunch. Super tasty, a bit spicy with pickled bean sprouts. So freakin' good 🤤

Came here for lunch, and the lunch definitely didn’t disappoint. Very cozy place, and amazing hand pulled noodles. Definitely would recommend.

Fantastic noodles. Better than any Ramen I have had in Los Angeles. Great service - fresh veggies with a nice spicy kick that doesn’t beat you up too much. It was well worth the train ride over from Copenhagen airport while on a layover. We will be back to Malmö and Pink Head!

The good: nice open kitchen, from-scratch ingredients, hip aesthetic/atmosphere, perfectly cooked pork The bad: incredibly bland broth, missing ingredients (no egg), complete lack of flavors The dirty: the noodle soup was served cold/lukewarm!! Even for Swedish standards this was a disaster.

Really tasty & interesting soups & dishes. The restaurant has a really nice atmosphere. We we’re there twice while staying in Malmö & I would eat there again. Very friendly staff as well. You can even view into the kitchen & see how your dish is being made.

Really cool location and amazing ramen! You have the choice between 3 different ramen-dishes, one of these options is vegan (135 SEK, the non-vegan options were 140 SEK). The crew was able to accomodate to the different spice tolerances of my friends (some who really can't handle heat at all and some who like their dishes spicy) - and we were all really, really happy with our food!

First off, the decor at this restaurant is so cute! But also, the food was delicious and our waitress was super friendly and accommodating. Delicious vegan food!

Handmade mapo biang and Kfc Korean style fried chicken. The biang still have space to improve because the noodles are not the same as what I had in Xi’An but it tastes good. The fried chicken tastes good.

The best Ramen I've had in the Nordics by far! The chicken broth was well balanced and obviously made in house with care and love. The noodles were on point, the right amount of chewy and tender. Everything was well thought out in the bowl and came together perfectly. The house label beer, hazy rice Pilsner was a perfect accompaniment. Very happy with the overall experience.

Very nice place not only in rainy days ;-) they offer fantastic rökt shoyu noodle soup (see picture). We took also glass of wine - it was expensive (as everywhere in Sweden) but taste well as well. Bon Apetit 😋

Soooooo delicious. Definitely worth the wait. Come in time to get a place when you are more people. They have veggie options. Always doublecheck that you got the right order.

This place ok, tasted the Spicy Ramen it could have had abit more spice to for my flavour, however I could also have asked to make it more spicy :) The resturant have good placement of chairs and tables.

At first, as a asian born and noodles fan we have best in Asia. But when I see the Chef in Kitchen is Swedish, I quit curious and wanna try. Really this good? I promise they have great noodles produce in Sweden, not only just in Malmö city. Only one thing that the table a not that clean but can understand the restaurant is really busy during the lunch hour. Another restaurant " Don't judge book by its cover. " :)

Pretty good place with seating options for solo eaters with a bit of privacy for when you are alone, food is delicious with a good broth.

Amaaazingly delicious. Had the Wolong Biang noodles (vegetarian) today and they were absolutely top-notch. The cauliflower was done so well my meat-eating companion was trying to pick the leftovers out of my bowl. I really hope they become a regular option on the menu, easily some of the best noodles I've ever had. The new location is really cute and ordering was super smooth 👌

No Wi-Fi here. I tried asking for the password, but it’s for employees only. Food was good, but ground pork in the spicy ramen threw me for a loop. I feel like it’s normally a piece of pork belly. I’d be back if I was in town again.

Enjoyed their take on a kung pao noodle bowl. Fresh, well prepared noodles and ingredients got the overall dish together. It came up a little short of amazing in seasoning and depth. Very good, not quite great. Definitely worth a lunch stop.

Staff were very friendly and nice. The food was pretty decent as well. I got the Taiwanese Biang. The flank steak in it was tasty and the pickled mustard greens added texture to the overall dish. My friends were complimenting the other ramens as well. Would recommend this!

I visited the new place during the most crowded time, lunch time. Plus, I had a large stroller with my kid. Despite the long queue and the clear busy time, everyone was incredibly nice and did their best to help me out. I was lucky to order at the right time, as a few moments later the waiting time was over 40 minutes! I loved the interior, a mix of Scandinavian and quintessential Japanese ramen bar, with individual stands to create a more private environment to slurp the noodles. My bowl was incredibly good, the noodles were fantastic and the topping created a very rich and creamy texture. The price is ok given the quality, and average for the city. Looking forward to a second visit!
