I wouldnt recommand this place to anybody. I waited 20 minutes for a cold burger and luke warm hotwings just to clean my own table before i could even sit. At least the view is nice. @kfc do something about it.

Glad to finally find Kfc in Malmö. The place is spacious however, the ticket order machine was not really working well when I got there. However, everything was great and the food tasted delicious 😋

A very dirty KFC. The eating area is not maintained well. Food was ok. KFC tastes the same everywhere so nothing much to talk about.

I've got a crispy chicken bucket. It was like it was warmed up again. Not crispy, which will effect the taste a lot. Their strawberry cream was also too sweet in my opinion. Note, I love KFC, and usually their food is good. Otherwise, The location was good in the center and the service of staffs inside was nice. That why I will give 3 out of 5. Otherwise, foodwise, I won't try again.

Its not what I expected from kfc. Food is not fresh and crispy. May be they fried it multiple times as well. And don't take any milkshakes here it's just sweet syrup. Also fries were soggy its worst then McDonald's

Ordered dinner. Boneless bucket with coke zero and dips. Somehow ended up with hot wings bucket and apple juice. Only thing they managed to get right was the actual bucket

Staff speak English very well and is very helpful. \o/ A Zinger menu costs 85 SEK$.

Extremely dirty! Nobody cleaning, nobody taking trash from tables. No toilet paper and soap in toilets. Tables are sticky. Chicken is just reheated and not crunchy. But the main problem is EXTREME DIRTY! Disgusting to eat in that kind of place

I've had some bad experiences with KFC in the UK. This store has restored my faith. The service was reasonably speedy but more importantly, the chicken was soft and succulent and not dried out like leather. Top score for the quality of the food.

The HOT WINGS bucket is so crispy and delicious. Highly recommended.

The staff has always been friendly and the food is OK but you seriously need to FIX YOUR FRONT DOOR. For half a year that I have been going there it never opens automatically when you press the button. This makes it impossible for families with strollers and wheelchair user to come in unless someone helps them. For that I cannot give a high rating. Another bad point is that most of the time it's very DIRTY. The ice cream machine "was not working" last time I went there and they suggested I get a milkshake instead since I had already paid. Do not get the milkshake. It's literally just melted mjukglas, it's gross 😞

Traveled through Mälmo and discovered KFC in Sweden has a good range of vegetarian / vegan options (not just coleslaw or salad). Hooray for me who doesn’t eat meat anymore and misses KFC 😂 It was open late at night, and there was a large dining space upstairs. Happy to say the vegan chicken strips were delicious :)

I am sharing my yesterday ( Friday) 1sep2023 experience a small guy with blue shirt in staff Behaviour was so rude and even after preparing the food he didn't call for it. Food was 26 min late and when i said it's late he is starting saying "what can i do" with rude attitude.

Food is ok, I just wanna mention the beggar problem in the place. They stood very closely to us and kept asking for free food when we placed our order. I think it affects our experience badly and hope that staff can do sth about it.

Regular customer and had an awful experience today, I got a wrap sandwich, and none of the chicken were cooked. There was substance like gelly inside the wrap. They just ruined KFC for me, maybe even permanently. All staff are young kids, and they just laughed when I showed them. Offer new wrap, but who dares to eat there anymore.

Everything was pretty average. So go if you really need to eat kfc.

Good place but limited food items. Don't serve halal food. Environment is good and the outside location is very beautiful.

Love KFC. However, last time my order of original recipe had blood in the meat the closer you got to the bone and this was particularly for the big pieces. Kindly KFC, check this!!!!

Very happy that I was able to charge my phone and use wifi here. Toilet is so free. The squire also has a free toilet facility

It's KFC. It's kinda likely that you know what you're getting if you're already considering a visit. But when it's done right, a good piece of fried chicken is the bomb 💣

Took 20min for the order to arrive, the trash in the restaurant and toilets were full, not many guests so plenty of time empty the trash. But because of the friendly staff, they get a third star.

Americans. This is not your KFC. This is for the Swedish. It's tasty but if youre expecting 11 herbs and spices ya better look elsewhere. Try the spicy chicken sandwich. Actually order 3. They are quite small.

Very fast service. The chicken was so flavoursome, so the fries. They gave me free sauce as well. The interior was also nice. However as I saw there was only one people who served on the cashier. But overall good.

Must be the classiest building housing a KFC I've seen. Fast efficient service, clean tables.

Not the KFC taste i expected but it wasn’t bad. I just wish that the dip sauce is included in the menu. Staffs could be unfriendly sometimes but it’s probably because of the stress. It’s cleaner compared to the other fastfood restaurants.

Had both good and not great food from this KFC. However when the food was not up to scratch we were compensated by KFC customer service.

For a fast food restaurant and it being KFC, it was quite delicious. I actually quite liked it better than the KFCs in America. It wasn’t tough or over salted. Had a nice crisp and fresh taste. It’s great for a quick bite and if you enjoy fried chicken. Definitely satisfies the urge for southern fried chicken.
