Today at 9:40pm I went there to have a drink with my girlfriend. We came in after we have been sitting at the lake just outside. We had 1 beer before we came in. They were three guys at the door. One of them got us through the security check and asked my girlfriend if she had been drinking, and of course she said 1 beer, and quietly asked him if she looks drunk. Maybe the first guy in black who did the check just did what he had to. No worries. Then we went to the counter to sign in. While I was signing in, a tall guy in a grey suit, went directly to my girlfriend and stood too close to her and in an arrogant manner told her she was drunk, but we were allowed to come in for the evening if she had coffee to begin with. His tone was not friendly and he was really arrogant. We don't want to go to a place with that lack of good service and lack of good respectful behaviour. We didnt feel comfortable because of that guys attitude. I will never recommend this place to anyone again, which I used to do in the past. Of course we left immediately. So bad service.

You have to pay 6€ to join the membership for a year. They will keep your information for 5 years. All the staff are very polite and professional. There were quite a lot of visitors on a Friday night. We played Black Jack and lost😆.

I spent 4000 euros here and was not being respected. There are good bonus here, but there are the most amateurish players who always sit last and let you lose money. The female manager here is very rude, this casino does not allow players to communicate with the cards in black jack, otherwise the manager will ban you from coming here. It is ridiculous .I think such a small casino they should think about how to treat customers well to increase customer flow instead of doing this .I will never come back. There are hundreds of casinos in Europe, After experiencing the luxury and good service of the Holland Casino, I already regret spending money here.

This is a great and clean casino located a 15min wall by foot from the Malmo central station. The opening hours are exactly the same everyday, 1PM-4AM. The entrance fee is 60kr and you have to be 20 years or older and bring ID/passport and be prepared for a picture since they picture all the visitors before you can enter the casino. I would say that the dress code in here is smart dress code, whole and clean. When I was here with my colleagues on a event for Huawei, this place had a magician who was going around and making some cool magic tricks + he was quite funny as well which made the atmosphere more relaxing and fun.

Yes I must say it's a cool place to be fully enjoyed if lucky will get the bag full returns otherwise better luck next time. As for dress code ...its warm inside the Cosmopol so they submit the coats or jackets with your bag safely once you're over with entertainment given back on check out. If someone wants to change the currency they can easily do it also. It has separate place to sit and eat, watch TV, drink altogether worth spending quality time with friends.

Wanted to spend our money in the casino. but the immigrant guard thought it necessary to refuse us. totally unfounded...luckily don't spend money there. if you saw the public there what was allowed to collect ..... men with beards and shoulder bag .... well then you know ....

A great place to do some casual gambling but expect to wait for a seat at a table for a few minutes on busy evenings. Staff and guards are there to help you and they actively seek out players who they feel are losing control. Drinks are good but prices are a bit high. The variety of slot machines and different traditional casino games is adequate.

Sweden isn't known for having great casinos but this one is probably the best one. The only downside is that i mainly go to play blackjack and there are too few tables. Would have been better with a couple more. Otherwise a cool environment and building. Smoking is not allowed inside but there is a small smoke room. Friendly staff and well educated.

I was only here for the food. But the environment is very nice you can feel the feeling of hope in the air. The restaurant was very nice and with good company and a bottle of wine made a perfect Sunday.

As always, the highest level of service. Smiling staff will help us find ourselves in the world of games. When we get hungry, we have restaurants with decent food. Wishing you big wins;)

A great casino with a great staff! Other than that I want to sincerely apologise for my misbehaviour a while back. I was completely out of my mind, and that was not the real me. If anyone was harmed, I apologise from the bottom of my heart.

Small Casino It has nothing out of the ordinary. The interior is very uninteresting. They make you create a card to be able to enter the casino and pay a fee, around 6eur. So if you are in a rush, don't go. If you are just going to look, it's not worth 6eur.

I’ve been to 30+ casinos and have never been treated so disrespectfully as I was at this casino. The dealer made a mistake and admitted it, although the casino refused to rectify the situation.

Excellent casino. The staff are very nice and hospitable. Same goes with the other players - it’s a good atmosphere. The food, especially the burgers, is also very good. Highly recommend.

A little random in the middle of the city park. But it’s a beautiful building . It was not open when I was there.

Best casino in the region by far. Great action on poker tables on Fridays and Saturdays from 8pm til 4am. ATM inside for easy withdrawal. Costs 60SEK in entrance but card is valid for the whole year. Good dealers and comfortable chairs. It says a lot we come to play here instead of Copenhagen Casino all the time.
