It's not even close to a 4 star hotel but rather a 3 star hotel (excluding the breakfast which was indeed 4 star standard). Bathroom needs renovation, sheets, duvet cover and pillow cases were damaged, multiple threads coming out from one of the pillow cases (not even in the seams, but right in the middle) which surprised me. Stain marks on the walls. None of these comments are applicable on a 3 star hotel as it comes along the package of a 3 star hotel, but for a 4 star hotel I'm very disappointed. Location is awesome though. Right opposite Emporia shopping mall.

Decent facilities and great location but without functioning internet in the room, which I find completely unacceptable for a 4**** hotel these days. Its not that it did not connect, signal was enough, but that it was extremely slow, or sometimes disconnecting, meaning in practice I had to resort to using my own mobile data from abroad in the room.

We stayed in a family room over the weekend. Great room with a lot of space for all four in the family. The breakfast was great also the space in restaurant was very big so it didnt feel crowded. It is close to Malmö Arena and messa. Again a great advantage.

Fine and clean room. Bathroom is small. And in my case the shower head was gunked up with chalk. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Sometimes the eggs was rather far from cooked. The pancakes burned. The sausages chicken. Flavored yoghurt would be a nice addition. The juice was both bitter and watered down. In the bar at the top of the hotel, the music was way too loud. You had to basically scream in order for the people at the other side of the table to hear you. And the bartenders had a hard time hearing you

The hotel entrance is about a 3 minute walk from the train station which was a nice surprise as we've travelled from the UK to Copenhagen, then to Malmö. I'd booked a Premium King Room on the 8th floor, and I've never been more disappointed when entering a hotel. The cleanliness was appalling, with dust near the bed, and hair on the bathroom floor. The bed sheet was discoloured and there were stains on the chairs. After calling down to reception several times, we had no answer and had to go down to complain. We've been swapped to a new room, but after asking for a room with a bath, we were told this is only available when booking a suite. This option was not available on the website otherwise I would have. Very disappointed.

This is the perfect Hotel if you want to attend an event in the Malmo Arena or at Malmomassan, as this is the nearest hotel to both these venues and well connected to Copenhagen's Airport. The rooms are great and very well kept (although the bathroom could look a bit more "premium"), the restaurant and the Sky-bar (which I recommend visiting at least once) look great as well and the staff is, mostly, very professional (just the woman who served me at the restaurant seemed a bit annoyed and stressed). Regarding the food there could be some improvements. Although the breakfast is good, in the restaurant many dishes are average and there is a lack of traditional local foods. I recommend the Swedish Meatballs and Hamburger. In the Sky Bar the pizza is great (as well as the views!), but the cocktails are quite diluted and light. Maybe a beer, a glass of wine or a spirit would be a better choice if you want to drink something.

Great location about 5 minutes walking distance to the train station that takes you to Copenhagen airport and city center. The hotel is located next to a modern indoor mall that has an amazing set of dinner options and also a couple of grocery stores. Breakfast was excellent but a little crowded. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Copenhagen.

1 point for not charging me cancellation fees and also it’s so close to the train station and the exhibition centre. But the experience didn’t fit a Best Western or a 4 Star Hotel. I wasn’t able to check in because one of cards failed to work and I had forgotten the PIN for the other. I could pay however with other digital means ( Applepay, PayPal or direct debit transfer) but the hotel didn’t offer these and they insisted that they couldn’t check me in without paying ( only by swiping my card on their machine). I am always asked by hotels whether I want to clear the bill immediately or at check out. I spent 2 hours calling my bank to help with the issue, unfortunately because it was outside working hours the technical people couldn’t solve it but my account advisor tomorrow morning. I have been travelling around the world for 14 years and I am at a stage where I have a minimum standard of hotels where I should stay for quality purposes and usually I follow brands. This kind of treatment in my opinion is for a youth hostel somewhere in a 3rd world country where travellers can potentially run away without paying but not a 4 star hotel! This is my 2nd time having a bad experience with this hotel chain, the first one was in 2019 in Boston, USA and this is the last time, I book a stay with them! Anyway, I’m happily accommodated at the Park Inn by Radisson where I was able to pay by PayPal! * Because I didn’t stay, my rooms review is based on the recent negative reviews.

Stayed for a night on a business trip. Excellent for that purpose. Good food and service for dinner and breakfast.

Very nice hotel! The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. I liked that the room was very clean and we had everything we needed. The breakfast was also great, fresh fruit and a lot too choose from. We stayed here to be close to copenhagen without the additional costs that staying in Denmark entails. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel. I stayed multiple times because of work. The rooms are a good size and always clean. Breakfast is excellent. The front desk is always available to help. The hotel has 2 restaurants, a gym and sauna and also a small terrace. One of the restaurants has a panorama view and serves fairly good pizza. Ideal for a drink, too. Definitely recommended 👌

We rented a family room and it turned out to be a normal room with a bunk bed inserted. With the bunk bed unfolded there was no place to put your foot on the floor. The double bed was uncomfortable, the mattress slipped on the frame and fell or moved away. No wardrobe and enough space to put luggage for 4 people. Tight corridors, with a cleaning trolley on display, it was impossible to pass. Unfortunately, the room was also dirty. Tasty breakfasts with access to products for allergy sufferers. Nice location, close to the railway and bus junction. A shopping mall in a close location.

The resturant had a very good service but the food was spoiled. We ordered wite asparges as a starter, there was 3 small green aspargers and they was not done correctly, so they was imposible to chew. The main dish was okay but there was fresh moules they where good but then they have used moules from can. Not good enough. That was last time we eat there. The sky bar was nice with fantastic pizza and view

Near the train station and have a mall nearby, convenient for the staying. Except the small room, everything are perfect for business trip.

Always stunned at how some 4-star hotels DON'T even have PARKING on site. This one is yet another one, which really made for a very unpleasant stay. For the reste, all was on par with a 4-star hotel, rooms were decent, but location is so and so and not feeling very safe at night.

Fuse Box in 2 rooms makes weird noise when electricity is on. Have to unplug the fuse for quietness. Windows don’t open. Garage is not connected to hotel but 200 meters outside walk away. Hard to breathe. Forced AC.

Rooms and location fine when staying over for an event in the arena. But not really the place for a romantic trip. And the dinner quality could definitely be better

It has been the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. I have traveled and stayed in hundreds of hotels. This time we were traveling with my two children. At reception they inform us that the operator had canceled our reservation. We asked them for help to fix the problem and they told us it was none of their business. That I should call the operator to get the solution. Not having a quick response from the operator, I requested a room, and they told me that it was not possible, that I had to talk to the operator first. The two young receptionists, a boy and a girl, treated us very badly and were not able to give me any help. They left us with two children and no possibility of help. Not at all empathetic, and very unpleasantly they told me to get out of the reception because they had to attend to more people. It was a huge mistake by our operator, but the hotel did not help us at all. I will never book at a hotel from this chain. It was three in the afternoon, and I looked for a hotel in another chain, which solved our problem and treated us with great delicacy.

I will make it short; as paying customer for two rooms, you must pay 450 kronen for parking. Ridiculous!!! Had to park my car on a location at the back of the hotel but no instruction on how to get to our rooms. Rooms very small, arco that does not work. Going to the bar, you get a time slot to sit since apparently you must make a reservation. Ordering a drink, you must pay immediately, and when i said put it on the room, a very unfriendly waitress said impossible you have to pay now. Have traveled my whole life and seen hundreds of hotels, but have never been confronted with this kind of treatment as paying guest. I will never stay in a Best Western hotel again and will tell my relations about my experience!!! What a ...... hotel! In addition to this; the breakfast is held at the other site of the hotel in the Arena which is "feeding shed", so unpersonally whereby the Orange jus is diluted with water, the bacon is hard and burned, coffee is served in cubs without ears and which you burn your hand. When finised, you must clean up the table by yourself and much more stuff, which is irritating me tremendously. As said, first time in this "hotel" but never again in a Best Western hotel.

My room was not really clean. Had a lot of short hairs on the wall in the shower (probably someone shaved in there). After telling the receptionist twice (morning and afternoon) it was only cleaned the next day, and still not properly. The skybar is nice.

I went during the European Table Tennis Championship and thé stay was perfect. Hôtel IS clean and juste near to the Arena, that was perfect for us. We went in 10 minutes in the centre of Malmö and in 20 minutes in Copenhaguen, that was also very good, si could visit rapidly the 2 town.

It's a 4 star hotel, I expected more from the rooms. Rooms are alright, the bathroom is dreadful. The shower cabin does not close proper so the bathroom is under water when you shower. It could use a refurbish, it looks very old. There is no fridge in the room. I am surprised that all the signs were not translated in English (like check out point and instructions in room, the tv we couldn't get to English language as well). Front desk was decent, nothing special or extra, just normal. The exceptional thing was breakfast. Lots of choice and a lot of vegetarian options, including a diy waffle desk. You have a view on inside of the arena, when a concert is given in the night, there are workers so there is some noise from that part. Not a very big deal. The sky lounge is very beautiful, nicely decorated and the staff is good. Wide selection of drinks and small bites, it is just very expensive. Overal, we had a good time, the hotel could use some updating but it was a success.

Fantastic. Friendly staff. Comfy and clean rooms. Amazing bar on the top floor with great view of sunset and the bridge - serves good pizza. Breakfast had a cool view of the ice hockey arena as well. Great stop for the night if you’re driving through Malmö.

Super nice hotel with modern interior and clean facilities. They have AC, which was awesome during our stay because it was so hot outside! The food was good and well prepared but lacked a bit of seasoning. Also I was missing the essential complimentary toiletries like hair conditioner and skin lotion which you always get when you are staying at a high class hotel like this one.

An amazing hotel, with a very good location (2 minutes walk from the train / bus station - in 10 minutes you can be in the city center). Clean, beautiful, modern rooms. Very helpful and nice staff. The hotel has a sauna, gym, jacuzzi, washing machines (free!), common kitchen with a fridge and free coffe available at the reception. Floor bathroom heating is definately a huge advantage and so is the kettle and the iron in each room.

Rooms are clean , small but functional ( 2 persons ).as expected with family hotels it get super crowded during rush hour ( breakfast , dinner time , checkout time ). Plus on the garages and mall nearby ..

I booked a twin room with 2 single beds and was assured by the receptionist that the room was ready according to what I ordered and it turned out that after she arrived at the room she suddenly changed her mind and said that it was not what I ordered and that a room that would meet my original request would be very small and I cannot see it without first agreeing to the change of rooms , it felt very dishonest to me and even bordered on an illegal in some way and unequivocal moral problem. I recommend staying away from the hotel, they are dishonest

Lovely hotel... apart from the bugs!!! Went to the toilet at night to find several silverfish on the ceiling. Obviously were lurking in the constantly running fans/AC. Must have quite the infestation for them to be adventuring into rooms. Mentioned this to staff and they were not surprised so must be a regular issue of guests running into the pests. Do not recommend!

I am here to visit the fair, so from that point of view the location is perfect just opposite the road of Malmö Mässan.

Close to shopping mall (Emporia) and close to sports arena. -Close to Denmark border. -Very good breakfast, many varities -Fresh & Clean rooms. -Welcoming and open reception and waiting lounge

Solid 4 star rating. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Liked the colors, but on Level 4 there are some dirty areas in the carpet, which look unpretty. Our room was okay in size. You can't open the window, so AC needs to be on all the time. We had one foreign hair on the sink. The shower should be reworked/redesigned. It was narrow and did not close properly, so was not easy not to mess up with water. Bed is comfortable and soft, but the topper might move while sleeping. Which was a bit annoying. All "smart" features of the TV are diabled, no screen mirroring, no online services/apps. Water boiler on the room, we liked it. We recommend to park in the Emporia shopping center for 160kr/day. Breakfast ist awesome! Loved the fresh smoothies and waffle making facilities.

Renting bikes was really good choice. Rooms are rather small but there was everything we needed. Breakfast was ok. One of the receptionists was really in bad mood, every evening, but others were ok and kind.

I agree with other reviewers, this hotel isn't even close to 4*. Strange way of online breakfast registration which never works (always says it is full), so had to register the time slot at the reception. Also the breakfast isn't something special, I'd expect such a choice of food from a lower budget hotel, not from 4*. Also sometimes had to wait for long for an elevator, which was annoying. It seems like only 2 elevators were working out of 4. But still the staff are kind and the location is perfect.

Nice gym, nice breakfast. A little pricey in both the skybar and the bar on the entrance floor. Room was nice and spacious.

Nice rooms with a view if you're higher up in the building. Comfy beds. Breakfast is a bit of a walk, but very complete and tasty. Friendly staff both in the reception and breakfast restaurant. Parking a tat wee expensive (190 SEK per night). Walking distance from Emporia (biggest shopping mail in Sweden) and Hyllie Station, which takes you to town in 10 minutes or Copenhagen in about 25 minutes. Would recommend and come back (if needed)

A nice hotel with lovely bar and pizza's. The teamugs however conduct heat like metal and will burn your fingers. For the rest very nice.the 4 ppl rooms are family rooms and can fit 4 smaller adults... just not 4 of my size...

Excellent service. Asked for a quiet room, and got 6th floor, facing away from the road, and at the end of the corridor away from the lift, despite them being heavily booked for a conference. Very quiet, which I seldom say about hotel stays. Good breakfast, and always friendly, helpful staff.
