Good located, nice rooms and they have as sauna you just can book for personal use

Very nice hotel and good service, above all very clean rooms. Nice interior with gym and sauna as well. Not the best view from the rooms but it's in the best part of the center of Malmö. Breakfast buffe complete with most you can want could have been a bit better but I guess this is due to Corona times.

Really nice hotel. Hotel is situated in the middle of centre, everything is near. Smaller, but nice and clean rooms. Awesome breakfast, fresh juice, good coffee you can make fresh waffles. Free water, coffee and some biscuits for whole day. Lobby bar where you can get some drinks and beers (all good and tasty). Nice employees in whole hotel. Recommend this hotel is you want to stay in Malmö. Also i forgot to mention that it is dog friendly hotel ❤️.

It was a family weekend stay for us. Ideally located right at the center of the old city, with easy access to the places of interest and restaurants of different cuisines. Breakfast spread is good and the attitude of the staff is very positive. Rooms are of decent size with availability of all needs. Parking was not a problem as we had pre booked it. We got the value for money….

Pretty good experience here, the rooms are a bit dated and in need of an uplift, a lot of the decorations also feel a bit tacky but I'm guessing the older guests enjoy it. Staff were nice enough, but it seems they had too many general employees and too few management type staff as the few that were clearly managers always seemed to be stressed out and rushing about. Location was good as you're nice and central. Breakfast was the standard hotel experience, nothing special, but also not bad.

Nice hotel, with clean rooms, friendly staff and amazing breakfast. Free coffee, tea and water near the elevators. A map of the city is available upon request at the reception. Room was adequate size (not too big, not too small), with clean bathroom. The breakfast was amazing, beyond any doubt the best hotel breakfast I've ever had: fresh food, a great variety of products and a waffle maker 💗

We had a delightful stay at this hotel. Quiet and charming, with very friendly staff. The room was small but we didn’t mind as we only had 1 night in Malmö. Breakfast was lovely - plenty of choice and with some locally produced options as well. The breakfast room feels very cozy and intimate. The gym room was a bit basic but good enough for a short workout, and we got it to ourselves. There’s also an ice machine in the adjacent room, and coffee and tea in the lobby. One suggestion: Our room faced a huge white wall and I couldn’t help but think it would make the perfect canvas for a talented street artist.

We checked in night time, and booked from internet, we had little dog with us. in reception there was a nightshift and he got angry because we didnt inform the dog before arriwal.. dog is 1,2kg yorki, he was very rude. we didnt know we had to inform the dog, it says dog friendly but definetely no! Room was very dirty dog hairs was eveywhere, breakfast was nice, day time reception stay was nice, i dont recommed because of thet night time guy,was very rude :( also hotel parking is very expensive.

Good location in the center of Malmo the breakfast options are great as well but the rooms are moderate and not so modern or well designed but overall its a decent stay 👌

We had a really nice stay. The room was clean and cozy, the breakfast was just great and everyone was very friendly. The best thing ever is the sauna (you book a time slot and use it private). You really made our time @malmö!!

Its a nice hotel located right next to Gustav. The room was really cold though so that put a little minus over the whole experience . Staff very friendly and helpful .

Sehr gemütliches Hotel, welches allerdings auch in die Jahre gekommen ist, gerade wenn es um die Zimmer geht. Wir hatten leider nur einen Blick auf eine Wand, welche am Abend sehr stark den Schall der Leute ins Zimmer befördert hat. Deswegen lagen wahrscheinlich auch Hörstöpsel auf dem Tisch. Besonders toll wurde der Hund von uns begrüßt. Es gab extra Spielzeug und Decken. Frühstück war lecker. Alles in allem kann man nicht meckern. Gute 3 Sterne mit Tendenz zu einem Viertem!

The location ist great, but we could not sleep due to hotel owned flagpole in front of our window. The flag was flapping non-stop, making a terrible noise & the only suggestion by the reception was to use earplugs.We did not get the booked room, one bed instead of two beds & the bathroom was tiny. I have no idea why this place has four stars ?

Zimmer ist sauber allerdings sehr klein. Bett komfortabel. Kein Schrank oder Schublade, nur eine offene Garderobe. Mein Zimmer war sehr sehr warm, obwohl draußen es abends gerade 8°C war, es gibt keine Klimaanlage aber ein Ventilator. Ich bat darum den kleinen Kühlschrank auszuschalten, was ein bisschen geholfen hat. Frühstück ist Fantastisch, lohnt sich 100%. Lage ist mitten im alten Zentrum, mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften. Garage: Für große Autos vielleicht komplizierter, Max. Höhe 1,75. Parkplätze in der Region sind seltener und teuer.

Das Hotel ist für einen Besuch in Malmö sehr zu empfehlen. Es liegt sehr zentral und bietet seinen Gästen einen Platz in der Tiefgarage. Das Frühstück bekommt 10 von 10 Punkten!

Check-in experience was not good. We had to wait 1 hour since they couldn't find our booking. They made us contact the reservation company and in the end it turned out that the system of Best Western just missed our booking. Waste of time. Rooms are OK, bathroom little bit dirty (yellow floor). Breakfast was good.

Clean mid-range hotel in central location. Rooms are a little worn-down and dark. Breakfast not recommended. If you require parking, better reserve a spot in advance!

I have stayed at this hotel three times, with years apart. The hotel has been gradually declining, with wear and tear. For example The key cardsystem is out of date, and not functioning optimal, e.g. using it in one of the elevatiors, I often had to try the card many times to get it going, if it started at all. The same goes for the rest of the hotel, it looks and feels worn down. Ordinary I would give this hotel a four star review, because of its many upsides. It's got a great location, a very helpful and nice staff, it has its own parking garage and the cleaning is excellent. The breakfast could have been more lavish. It's a bit too meagre regarding todays hotel breakfast expectations, but sufficient. Taking this in too consideration I happily recommend this hotel. I will probably not stay there again my self, until its been refurbished. I been visiting Malmö several times a year for the past 18 year, that's a lot of hotels. Plenty to choose from that are cozier.

Good location, comfortable bed, quiet room and excellent choice for breakfast. The parking is expensive and can be difficult to fit a medium to large car. Almost all spaces are more suitable for Smart cars.

The ambience and atmosphere at best western hotel is like no other! The decoration and artwork is excellent! It is so serene and homely. My favorite part of the entire hotel were the lounge for the adults and the children’s reception/play area! Excellent ideas of inclusion. I definitely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the southern part of Sweden.

We spent two nights here and overall we were happy with the hotel. The breakfast is brilliant and deserves 5 stars. The room was ok, but only get 3 stars. The gym is small but have what you need, but no clean towels any of the two days I went there (would probably have gotten some if asked for). The location is 5 stars. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Good value hotel in a great central location. The lobby and downstairs area is well designed and inviting. However, the rooms are not as updated so it feels like a totally different hotel once you get upstairs. Our room was fine but felt old fashioned. The breakfast was great though and staff were very friendly. Thanks!

Cozy place in heart pf Malmö. Rooms are not very fancy, but for the price I’d say it is good for one night or two. I don’t know if it should be 4 stars, rather solid 3,5. Hair dryer location made my day. See the picture below. I was very positively surprised by the quality of breakfast. As always in Scandinavia quality counts. Better than expected for such price.

Good location, nice rooms and generally good service. Check-in was a bit subdued. BUT superb breakfast with stunning cooked food (bacon and eggs and beans) paired with cold cheese, meats and other delights - especially wonderful herring.

Fairly average hotel, nothing special. Rooms basic and standard. Was a very warm few days at the time we were there, and unfortunately the air conditioning was so low it was almost non-existent. There was a small desk fan provided, but that was old and noisy. Shampoo and body was is provided, but with annoying tubes that you have to squeeze quite firmly to get anything out, and I have a very strong grip(!), so those with conditions like arthritis etc should be aware of this. The shampoo and body wash are not that great anyway though, so just bring your own. We were not close to the elevators but we could still hear them faintly from our room at night, so make sure you don't choose a room that is near to them, since there are many other complaints here about that. Comfortable and decent size beds (fortunately I prefer a firm mattress, and these are firm) Unfortunately I had to drop a few stars from my rating due to the poor timing of staff doing the laundry at the same time at checkin - this is very strange and not something I have encountered before. This meant that we were delayed over an hour to our room since the reception was flooded with large trollies of laundry and the cleaning staff were taking over the elevators meaning that guests with large bags and small children etc were stuck. It was a disaster. You should not be doing laundry at the same time as check-in - just common sense. Breakfast buffet was ok, pretty standard selection of hot and cold foods etc, and there is a decent play area for small children. Hotel staff were friendly. Overall, standard cheap city hotel.

One of the worst Hotels i stayed in so far. -No warm water - old, squeaky and damaged bed, the springs were touchable. - Doors were squeaky - major security devices (laser detection) in the door of the elevator were damaged and the door closed even tho i walked through. Breakfast was okayish but everyday the same Would not recommend

We really enjoyed our stay, also the hotel was great for our 3 year old. They have a “play hotel” for kids and even some stuffed animals in our family room on arrival. The staff went above and beyond to help us after a long day. I would stay there again for sure.
