Never stayed or visited this hotel . Some how I have accidentally given 5 stars for this establishment (Random google tracking) even tho I was in this area this hotel has suggested by its own by google . However, the front office manager Carolina has thanked me for giving 5star and welcomed me back to the hotel . Now for an establishment to keep track of its social media communications and responding for it says all about it . Well done , in future if am in the area I will be staying with yourll ,, that’s me with 30 years of hospitality experience responding. Thanks you .

Story Hotel is definitely the best hotel we have stayed in. The staff are very kind and helpful. The rooms are well decorated and you get a great view of the city/sea, the beds make you feel like you're sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast buffet is at the top of the building so you get an epic view while you eat - you can sit outside in the summer. The location is nice and quiet while also being close to the central station and city. We can't wait to go back!

This hotel is amazing. Good location with great views. Room is very cozy and comfortable. Super friendly and professional staff. Just had my breakfast at 14th floor. The best scrambled eggs what I ever had.

Pleasant stay, rooms are well designed and clean and with a fantastic view. The check-in could be better I feel but apart from that it’s a great place to stay for a short business trip in Malmö. Try to arrive no later than 7pm and not on a Sunday or you can get stuck without a place to eat nearby.

Very nice and modern hotel. We had our room at the 13th floor with a great view over the harbour area. City Center and Central Station are in short walking distance. Bonus: Breakfast at the Roof Top Bar 😍

This is the «ocean view» we got. The reception staff were very friendly but they can't do anything about it. We are really disappointed. There are dirty sticky tables at breakfast, the staff is busy putting food on their plates and hiding in the back room.

5 star service from this hotel. They upgraded me as a globalist member which I appreciated. They gave me a full ocean view. Said they would have given me a suite if they weren't booked . Its centrally located to the town square Anne metro Station. Parking is available nearby at a parking garage if you're renting a car. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety she great views of malmo from the 14th floor of kasai restaurant

Great location and design. But giving 5 starts for the amazing breakfast with homemade waffles!

We didn’t have the best experience but it was generally okay. We weren’t given accurate or detailed instructions on how to park our car, so we ended up in the wrong garage (unbeknownst to us) and got a ticket for 600 Swedish crowns. That was fun to wake up to. The breakfast is not very allergy friendly and the bed was absolutely awful. Our room was gorgeous and we had a beautiful view (view from the roof is gorgeous as well) but I’m almost certain we slept on a wooden pallet.Overall, if you’re passing through, then this place works especially with its location. But if you want a good nights sleep and valet or help parking, look elsewhere. The staff was kind, however, and refunded our parking at checkout. I am very thankful to them for that. Lokal 17 on the bottom floor is absolutely phenomenal for lunch.

Very nice hotel! Excellent and friendly staff, very nice hotel room views, and an excellent view from the restaurant on the top floor. Rooms were kept very nice and tidy.

Stayed for two nights. The hotel is nice and staff were friendly. Did not care for torn sheets and dirty and worn towels. 14th floor restaurant was nice and had a balcony with city views.

This place is amazing (especially for the price). Checked in and got a corner room on the 13th floor. Views of the city and waterfront were amazing. Breakfast is served on the 14th floor (as Kasai in the Sky) which provides even better city views. For a complimentary breakfast, I thought the food was fantastic: waffles, fruit, fresh juice, eggs, meats, etc. Room and bed were very nice, and the huge windows make the whole space feel larger. Room included a fridge which I appreciated. Location is in the university/business area but you're a short walk to Lilla Torg, Malmo Live, and only a block from Malmo Central Station. Status at check-in: Hyatt Discoverist. I received 100 SEK to use on the rooftop (effectively a beer or dessert) and a 1 category room upgrade.

Hotel is located on the top floors of the building. In an emerging live work play area in the port area. Close to Malmo central.

Overall a nice stay that I would recommend. Pros: Very friendly staff, partnership with a local gym is included (5 min walk- be sure to bring your gym shoes to change into AFTER you arrive to the gym), free bike rental, easy walkability to restaurants. Rooms are quite small for two people (expected) but clean and comfortable. Cons: Breakfast. It was included with our status, but if we had paid for it, I would have been upset. It felt very dingy for an otherwise nice hotel.

Stayed for a night during our summer vacation. Hotel in centraly placed in Malmø, with short distance to restaurants and the harbour. Room was as expected. Everything was clean. Breakfast has a good selection ans is served in the 14th floor. Hotel has an arrangement with a nearby parking garage, go to the hotel first before parkin the car.

The rooms are a little small but liveable, The batteries are dead on the safe and there are light switches everywhere, but none are labeled. Other than that..., Great View and friendly staff.

The best part of the service was the check in experience with Janina in the reception. She has been very friendly and gave us tips about local area and restaurant!

The hotel is new but wasn't very clean. The rooms are nice but it my opinion the doesn't reflect a 4stars standard. The breakfast was very poor and not good. Few choice of food.

Highly recommend. We stayed in for one night and it was beautiful stay! The room is furnished very comfy with a great bed and the Vitra sofa is like from sofa’s heaven! Loved the view from the room on the sea. I was surprised from the selection of cosmeric in the bathroom, there was L:A Bruket cosmeric which I personally adore. The breakfast was amazing - there is very wide selection of organic food and you can also little nice surprises as DIY waffels 😊 oh and the restaurant area is fabulous!

All of the staff was very nice. Small and cozy guest rooms with a beautiful view of city and the water from corner units. For some reason, my room didn't have heat on (a cold winter night), but they did their best to make things right. Would recommend.

Nice staff, good beds, clean rooms and breakfast was okay. Biggest problem is tho that windows cant be opend, so there is only an air conditioner and and an air circulation system in the Hotel which made me sick the second day of my stay. That ruined my stay at malmo quite hard.

Good location to explore Malmö. Adding an extra charge on the rooms with sea view is a bit cheeky. The view is nice, but not worth the extra money.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The view is gorgeous. Room was clean, furniture looks good, bathroom clean and nice. The breakfast serving at 14th floor, there are open space outside as well. Breakfast was amazing, big choice of good quality food. Nice one

Really nice and stylish hotel. Got the King Room with views over city and sea, awesome. Location is great from city center but even better you could borrow bikes to explorer the nearby seaside which is lovely. Breakfast very good! Very friendly staff. TV was not working and it was fixed quickly. Recommended!

Great views. Modern rooms. Good service. Excellent location 5 min walk from the city center and main station. Breakfast at the rooftop was also special. Even though the breakfast could be improved. I believe the hotel borrows the rooftop restaurants kitchen to prepare the breakfast. All the food is placed on top of the bar tables, so it’s a bit messy. They also don’t have any coffee machines, so you can only drink black coffee with cream. The hotel lobby is shared with office spaces, and the rooftop restaurant. At night, there are quite a lot of “posh” people waiting in the lobby or smoking outside waiting to go up. This is not so nice as a hotel guest. I would recommend for a short stay.

Good hotel, although our high expectations were not quite met. The location is great if you are visiting Malmø and interested mostly in the newer areas & old town. The bike lending is also very useful but it's not clear the policies they have in use as they are different than what's written on the website and for every receptionist. Overall it's very clean with a modern touch. However it's clear that some maintenance can be made as small things (e.g. paint, corners glue etc..) are not done to the level of a 4 star hotel. It's a pity that rooms do not have windows to open. The dining/breakfast area is worth staying in this hotel thanks to the view over the city and harbour.

Great location if you want a room with a view. Most restaurants require a decent walk, but otherwise the location is great. 5 minute walk from the train station (along the water).

Hotel was very near the central station. Staff was friendly and the hotel was modern. We got the king ocean view rooms cause of the view and it was pet friendly. We were travelling with our cat and pets are free to stay at the hotel. Breakfast was also good. Overall we had a very good stay ay this hotel.

We spent a week here this summer. Super comfy beds! Great hot and cold breakfast options. Good workspace available in lobby for zoom calls and working while away from home. Delicious rooftop restaurant where we ate 4 nights. Most of the staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Big plus is the bikes, which we used to get around town! Would definitely return!

Story Hotel Studio Malmö is located in Malmö's New harbour a few blocks away from the central station. It is about a 20 minute train ride from Copenhagen Airport, CPH, and 30 minute taxi ride from Malmö Airport, MMX. The lobby has the reception and lots of seating and work spaces to fit everyone's taste. The rooms are good size and well planned with a desk space for working. The rooms have great views over both the water and the town. There is free WiFi and breakfast with the room rate. A big bonus is the top floor restaurant and bar which serves Japanese food with a Swedish twist with fantastic views of Malmö. The hotel doesn't have it's own gym, but offers the guests to use the local Nordic Wellness gym which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Should you want to go shopping or dining the you are only a 10 minute walk from the centre of town. Overall a great hotel at the heart of town
